I have rated the food quality ‘poor’ because the drink (can of coke) was missing.

Food quality was very good and a nice temperature to enjoy the food immediately . Delivered well before specified time and delivery driver polite and pleasant . Would definitely recommend .

Piping hot fresh chips and battered sausage today. Always tasty. Very reasonably priced and frequently early delivery. Staff are always extremely polite. Best chip shop for miles in my opinion!

food arrived 25 minutes early. Chicken Curry hot and spicy was nice but for the price not very much was given.

Order was an hour late! Got to 55 mins late and had resigned to the fact that food wasn’t coming so requested refund. Food then arrived and was luke warm at best. Driver said they would sort out a refund for the inconvenience. Next morning had a text to say the restaurant wouldn’t be doing anything about it!

The best chippy I’ve had in I’d say YEARS! Delivered really hot, fresh… the battered chips are incredible. Worth paying that little extra and getting quality food. Will definitely be ordering again

Used to be a lot better. Really disappointed it has changed. A portion of cheesy chips is now £7.99! Ridiculous. It’s just a larger portion and it’s way too much for one person to eat. It comes in a new larger plasticy container. The chips were also undercooked.

Chips were like they had been warmed up from lunchtime and the kebab meat was hard and thrown together. Will stick to my local chippy for now on.

Use them often on Just Eat and the food is always arrives quickly and is piping hot. The portions are good and the food is of a good standard, perfectly cooked and very tasty. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Gravy had been packed upside down and lid had split so gravy had leaked out all in the bag. Chips were old with black bits and were only Luke warm, fish had stuck to the paper so half the batter was torn off. For £30 I’m not very happy

Order from here many times and the food has always been great… yesterday delivery was disappointing. Greasy, soggy chips that went straight in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was absolutely awful. Ordered a 'fillet' burger, they looked like Iceland specials and had never seen a fillet. The burger looked like it was thrown together and when I opened it, the sauce was absolutely everywhere. I ordered cheesy chips and they too were awful

Not the best, missing multiple items from the order, telephone contact number does not work so unable to contact them. Its ashame really because I've never had any problems before and that's why I use them. Maybe will have to start looking elsewhere from now on

Pre-ordered a very simple order of 3 different items and when it arrived the two large curry sauce was missing and instead there was a large mushy peas that we didn’t order. No option to call the shop just a refund option for the missing items. Ruined our tea as just had dry fish and chips. Won’t be ordering from here again sorry.

Really good service. Food was great. Excellent communication. BUT don’t get why you routinely add 10% service charge instead of asking customers when they’ve had their food if they would like to leave a tip because mostly they would and generally it would be more than 10%. This is my experience with other delivery services.

Food took ages to get here so was barely warm. I had items missing and the rest of the order was covered in the sauce that had leaked from the burger.

Oh dear, what on earth has happened?? Prices have gone bonkers and portion sizes have halved!!!!! Sort it out please I’m a big fan, but you won’t survive in this fairy land!

Don’t usually write anything unless the service was dire . However I’m moved to say the tikka kebab I had was the best I’ve ever tasted it was superb ! Credit where it’s due .

Never been disappointed with food from here, over many years. Tonight's meal was really not very good at all. The fish was hot but bitty rather than flaky. The peas were hot but didn't seem like mushy peas. They were dry with hard marrowfat like peas and dry skins. The chips were dark brown, soggy and luke warm. Really disappointing as usually very good.

Was very cold when got to us. We always get out chippy teas from here and never had a problem, but tonight we had a different driver to usual, and we found our food was cold
