Popped into this club for a random visit and it has now become our local. And that is the great thing about the place it is full of friendly locals. Live sports snooker pool and a brilliant juke box all you could ask for. Beer is also a really good standard and plenty of choice behind the bar

£2.95 for the smallest scoop of ice cream you’ve ever seen. It actually didn’t even come out of the cone it was that small. I actually said to the young girl serving - is that it for £2.95 and she replied that she had been told to make the portions smaller! Needless to say I walked away without the ice cream and went up the road to Cadwalladers. By the sounds of the other reviews on here, small portions are a regular occurrence!

Oh Dear God What’s an absolute car crash of a business, rather entertaining to be honest. The problem with setting up a business inside another business is that if everybody isn’t onboard then it turn into a CarryOn movie. We visited this place as we had heard great things about these burgers. But been able to make a burger is very different from running a business or even serving a burger to a table. The FATCATS staff have no interest in dealing with anything about the burger business. The food had to be ordered on an app, with a minimum order of £20 which is outrageous for a burger. When the burger arrived we had the honour of receiving it in a plastic tray with wooden cutlery by 2 young lads that looked liked they just come off the streets after playing football with there mate. BUT EVEN WITH ALL THE NEGATIVE THE BURGERS ARE INCREDABLE

If i could have given 0 stars i would. Long post for anyone reading but please read if possible. We attended this cafe at the weekend during the Extravaganza event. Up on sitting outside after purchasing drinks for my children, we asked if they served anything Gluten free for myself and my daughter and was given a clear answer of 'No'. We sat back outside for a while admiring the Extravaganza event whilst resting my little girls legs due to having additional needs and physical disabilities. My father walked accross the road and purchased food from Greggs to go along side the drinks from Continental and we were verbally and borderline physically attacked by the waitress and the management! We were threatened by the manager due to eating food outside from Greggs instead of his cafe. When explained we brought drinks and they could not cater for allergies he showed no remorse or empathy. We were verbally insulted, tables & chairs were ripped away from under us, my SEN daughter screamed in fright and the man and woman still continued to hurl abuse at us! Security arrived after management walked away, and the waitress (oldish, middle aged lady i may add - to help identify her) got in the securities face. One Security officer walked accross to me and sympathised with us and told us best to walk away (which we were already doing at this point). Our custom was not good enough because we did not purchase food, again as explained, they did not cater for allergens, but due to only buying drinks, we had this thrown up in our face, mocked at and made to feel very threatened. They do not deserve to be in business, and i am not sure if i may be taking it further as of yet. The whole situation was traumatising for my two children, both with additional needs and no remorse was shown what so ever! Highly recommend 'Central Cafe' accross the way instead, lovely customer service, brilliant staff and exceptional service with a smile 😊

Awful! Tepid soggy fish, scrappy chips and small portions. Expensive and very poor VFM. It says outside "The best...in Llandudno ". I think not. Subsequently, one of us had a very dodgy stomach. Not necessarily any causal link, but probably best to avoid the place.
