Inspired by the “EatDrinkHebrides” trail map, popped in to collect a picnic lunch during a Hebridean road trip. We had the most amazing toasties and hot chocolate. Handy for the ferry. Worth a detour!!

Great service. Fast, fresh food. We had a bacon, Brie and chutney toastie and loaded fries to share. Absolutely delicious 😋

We were visiting South Uist for the day whilst spending a week on Barra and were delighted to find this absolute gem of a cafe. The quality of the contents of the speciality ‘breakfast burrito’ was first class, the portion generous, everything was freshly made, and the accompanying coffee was perfect too. The cafe also has a great range of local produce so we were able to buy Tiree Tea and local shortbread to take home as gifts. If you’re in this part of the world make a point of calling in. You’ll be pleased that you did.

I was left very disappointed by the quality of lunch today (10/03/2025) My Bacon, Brie and Cranberry Panini was actually a Ciabatta roll with one slice of bacon cut up and one small slice of Brie which was arranged to look like two slices and a spoonful of Cranberry Considering the menu clearly states panini's and the cost I am not impressed and made my feelings known when paying the bill however no apology was forthcoming from male staff member on the till.
