Crispy Dosa Restaurant in Hounslow

The food was good but the attitude of the people who served was not that great. For some reason they kept making fun of the orders made by us . The issue started from the time we were requested to wait and taken inside and made to sit . The guy originally was trying to move us in the back but we sat in the bigger seating in the front that started the attitude issue with them . We ordered Chole bature, Masala dosa, Chilli paneer, a soup and a Briyani. Finally we ordered two coffees as well. But the people who took the order were polite in front of us and once they go to the back for some reason they repeated the orders and laughed about that . Don’t really know what was funny. I don’t want to name the student who was taking then orders but spoke to her later and reminded her about the right attitude she should have if she really wasn’t a to have a great future in this country. Very much disappointed .

Best South Indian Buffet in Hounslow by miles. There are plenty of options, including Masala and Plain Dosas, Poori Halwa, Utthappam, Idlis, Masala Chai, etc. The staff, especially Sumant, has great customer service skills, and the manager is seen on the floor himself looking after the customers. I would definitely return and shall share this place with friends and family.

We have been attarcted to the dine in by the promotion outside of the restaurant, when settled in we have been advised that they don't run the promotion anymore. Asked for a dish to order but not available! Placed an order, but the staff brought wrong order. Worst service ever experienced.

Not an authentic south Indian food for sure. The dosa wrap layer was too thick. The food was served cold.

Amazing free chutnetmys with dosa, sambhar was tasty, dosas immaculate golden, idlis soft and moist, vada rasam was great also. Casual table dining with service after you pay.

Great food (very different from any other Indian food I have eaten), very attentive staff. If I ever come back to Windsor I will come back for another meal.

cafe style place not a restaurant you would dine in with high expectations. seating area looked dull and poorly maintained wash room. No friendly customer service plus foods tasted average. Won’t go back.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Kids Dosa's were poorly made with little to know fillings! Service was long, and food order was wrong and then when corrected took ages to appear! Toilets smelt very bad! They then had the audacity to charge 10% service charge on the bill which stated it was (optional) which begs the question, if its an optional charge, why then is it added to the bill total? Surely tipping should be optional and to the discretion of the customer? Overall, a very over-rated experience :(

Tried this place for the first time. Reasonable prices overall. Quite busy at certain times to make sure to book ahead. Good options on menu. Quite a lot of variety and choice. Would come back again. Noodle and dosa options were slightly average tasting but most other things were quite tasty. Panner 65 and chili paneer were excellent.
