Cricks Corner in Islington

Visitado por primera vez después de que otro barista en el Bread & Bean me señaló en la dirección de este pequeño lugar fantástico! Finalmente un lugar que hace un piso decente blanco y conoce su café! Fui recibido con una sonrisa de una joven muy educada sirviendo hoy, ella tenía un excelente servicio al cliente y me hizo sentir como si fuera un habitual. Mi blanco plano estaba impecable, ojalá tuviera otro pero una pareja estaba buscando un asiento así que cedí mi asiento por ellos para que puedan disfrutar de esta pequeña joya también. Definitivamente volveré a visitar cuando visite Londres a continuación, mencionaré Cricks Corner a mis clientes entusiastas del café en casa.

Amazing service, amazing food and drinks, and amazing prices! Worth every penny, not sure why I was so scared to go here before. First time I got a coffee and hot chocolate, both were fantastic and tasted perfect. Today I got the triple cheese toastie with a hot chocolate, the toastie is absolutely divine, definitely worth the prices for all the items (going to nab a cinnamon bun next time!)

Amazing staff, polite and helpful. Had the best Danish this side of London, which was vegan. Coffee well made but not the best coffee in London am afraid. The best cafe in town still. Friendly visitors and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely come back again and thanks for making it possible to pay in cash!

Absolutely fell in love with this place, stumbled on it walking by recently and bought an oat flat white and a bacon and egg bap, was blown away by both. Im a barista and can safely say it was one of the best coffees ive had in London. Food was amazing quality and everything they source is just brilliant. service was great. Love this place

There is always a queue outside this place, and door good reason!! The coffee is delicious but the bacon sandwiches are what makes this place - they are outrageously good!!!!

This tiny corner cafe is so cute. Coffee is well roasted and the blueberry slice was delicious. A real village local. Loved it.

Great vegan coffee and lovely staff, it is our local :). cosy but always with a nice atmosphere. the babyccino with marshmallows is a must if you are visiting with children!

It's fantastic to have one of the best cafes in London practically on your doorstep. All the food is exceptional - toasted sandwiches (artichoke and spinach my favourite), avocado on toast with lime all and sumac, bacon butty all great all the time. Fantastic coffee with plenty of alternative milk options and if you don't fancy coffee great hot chocolate and teas. Service is always top notch and friendly. If you are in the neighbourhood definitely stop by.

Found this place by accident and glad we did. Good coffee and very tasty bacon baps. Toilet on site and outside seating if no rain.

My friend & I found Cricks Corner from our Premier Inn in Archway quite easily, we had read the reviews & were not disappointed. Coffee & Tea were lovely as were the Avocado on Toast & Bacon Bap. Good service & reasonably priced. The atmosphere was relaxed & chilled with nice artwork on the walls. The Décor was not the most luxurious and mostly recycled but everything about the place had character. Overall very enjoyable.

I just had a cappucino to go but I wish I could have stayed. The coffee was veery good and the guys are funny. Just found it by chance. I'm happy I did :)

Met a friend here who lives in the area and loves it here. We came for brunch and I had avocado on toast, it was amazing! Lovely service, high quality food, great coffee. Only complaint was they had run out of bacon, shame as I was after their famous bacon butty but I'll happily return!

I love Cricks, the coffee for a start is perfect, the staff are really friendly and open and always up for a laugh, and the sandwiches are delicious. It's completely unpretentious, and they've done such a great job at transforming what was an unloved corner of N19 into somewhere truly worth visiting. I have lived in the area for years and have always been disappointed at the lack of any good cafes, but Cricks has filled the void. Oh and they sell St John's doughnuts and Brick Lane bagels on specific days of the week....if ever there was a reason to go it's that!

This is a friendly little coffee shop. It has developed in a good way since it opened about a year ago. There are various rolls and sandwiches to eat. I like the decoraction of the backroom but I've never eaten in, only taken away.

If you want a great coffee and friendly staff here's your spot. Seats in the sun, seats in the shade and an indoor room if the weather's not great.

This lovely place is named after Mr.Crick who years ago had a newsagent and lending library there.Now since a few months ago it has become a very good venue for good coffee,sandwiches,cakes....all home-made...some pies and other nibbles. They do something else amazing...On Friday very early...
