Food not hot. Asked for chips and cheese. Food cold one chips barely any and freezing cold

We decided to try the Cullen Skunk for a light lunch and it was delicious. The hazelnut mocha I had with mine was excellent too, chocolate, coffee and nut syrup properly balanced.
