Good choice of desserts. Kids had bubble gum and salted caramel ice cream and they loved it. Prices are quite high but they offer a good selection of desserts.

We were served by a lovely lady that took our order. The order came within 5 minutes. One dish was vegan and delicious and the other was a pancake with toppings which was also delicious. What a lovely venue that is Close to parking. We will be back

Vengo aquí por el desierto y la zona de juegos. Aunque el desierto es agradable, es muy caro para la porción que obtienes. Tiene bonitas cabinas de estilo americano y el lugar está limpio.

Personal agradable, servicio rápido, pequeña área de juegos para niños pequeños, siempre limpia cuando he estado allí. Wifi gratuito el menú es principalmente postres, creo que más opciones lo haría una mejor experiencia. Bonita decoración pero un ambiente bastante aburrido, probablemente no me quedaría más de una hora y eso es con los niños que usan el área de juegos.

Fui a las cremas con mis amigos. Fue fabuloso. Pedimos una masa para galletas y un gofre, y ambos quedaron absolutamente encantadores. Además de ellos un área de juegos para mantener a los niños entretenidos. Así que todo es un gran lugar para ir.

My second visit, kids love the waffles here, they are so delicious and always fresh, choice of fillings is incredible. Ive chosen The Gluten free chocolate brownie, which was amazing. It is pricey place, we visit for family occasion. The idea of kids play area is fabulous, the service was great for this kind of environment. Will be coming back and would recommend

I would have not bothered. The place looked great, but was very noisy from the play area even @ 20:30 hrs. Although not busy I had to wait to attract a staff member. Shown to table given menu , not explained about ordering @ cash point. When the waffle finally arrived it was ok. The soft ice cream was in short supply & ran out before the waffle did. Expensive for quality, portion & service.

From outside this place looks amazing but sadly it’s not. When I entered the cafe the first thing I had to do was await a member of staff to take me to a seat. I had to wait a few minutes as the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. When the staff member did come over her uniform and apron were dirty and looking around this lack of standards were repeated across the premises (and all the staff including the manager had dirty uniform). Sadly this place doesn’t offer table service so I had to go up to the till and order. I then returned to my seat and found my bill was totally wrong and went and discussed the situation with the cashier who explained it was my fault for placing my order with her in the wrong way (you are supposed to say how many scoops of ice cream you want and then pick the flavours not simply pick the flavours). Initially the cashier tried to simply brush this off and appeared to push the blame on to me but when I asked for the manager she agreed to refund my what I had been overcharged (I think she was possibly the manager). She then asked me to return to my seat while she did the refund and then forced me to return to the till on two occasions while I tried to eat my desert....once to obtain a refund.....and then again to pay the correct price. Overall the place is dirty and poorly run. The ice cream and food is over priced and tasteless and NOT Italian. The staff have zero customer service skills and I would advice you to give this place a miss!! The revised bill still came to £20.00 for two deserts without any drinks!!

The dessert was ok, your standard ice cream, however the mixed fruit was so sour and was obviously canned fruit which was a disappointment, the order also took quite long even though there was not many people there.

I was very disgusted with the supervisors behaviour (Amanda). I had ordered a white chocolate crepe and was promised it would be made in 15 mins. I waited for more than 30 mins and I had no dessert Infront of me. I went to the counter and asked the staff how long it would be. They said that they couldn't give me a time as there were other orders. My mate had ordered his dessert and it had arrived in the 15 mins that he was promised, we had ordered at the same time. I didn't really fancy waiting more longer and asked for a refund to Waseem, who was very kind and helpful- he had approved the refund however Amanda appeared and was making what appeared to be my dessert. She asked if I wanted the dessert or not. I replied no thank you and then she, Amanda, aggressively flung the dessert on the floor and walked off to process the refund. Her attitude towards me and her staff was vile.I was given my money back with no apology. I would highly recommend people to stay away thr place and will not be visiting this establishment if it was the only dessert place in Manchester!
