I would have given 0 stars if I could I placed an order on the 1st of October 2021 we are now on the 9th December and still not got my order. No offer of a refund or any updates as to where my order is. Get ignored when sending messages asking for updates. Will never use again AVOID AVOID AVOID

I asked my Daughter where she would like to go for a late lunch she replied I would like an Italian so where better than Bella ItaliaSo we went to Lowery Outlet Mall SalfordI had a voucher for second main meal £2:50 The manager said it was not available on Sunday 2 November 14But he would give me a loyalty 20% off food (going the extra mile)The food and service (Roberto) was as usual excellent a great afternoon outA big thank you to Bella Italia

Nice atmosphere and tasty food, good service looks organized , but… To wait each time 15min to bring a croissant is probably is something wrong with a process. Annoyed but would visit it again. Thank you !

I,m not sure but to me it looked like one of the staff was eating cheese from a pizza, before putting it in the oven. I never saw him wash his hands after even if it wasn't from a precooked pizza. Also the guy who took my order never even looked at me. my Kebab order was wrong, no salad and it had salsa on it not chill. Straight in the bin. Lesson learned, not all things change for the better.

123 Cross StreetMy husband and I regularly go to Via Roma for dinner and we have never had a bad meal yet, the food is always freshly made and served piping hot to the table. We have taken friends and family to the restaurant and everyone has commented about how lovely the food is. We have even had our steak and pasta to takeaway. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, attentive but without being intrusive, we tell all our friends, family and even the taxi drivers to go!
