Visited today Very nice experience! The Strawberry Chocolate Waffle was absolutely delicious,& the cappuccino was just as delightful.The service was excellent,and the staff ( Asian guy) was very polite. Highly recommended..

I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff. Yesterday afternoon, there were two men present—one actively working, while the other, who appeared to be from the airport and speaking his native language, was the one assisting me. This was highly unprofessional. Additionally, the individual preparing my order handled it without washing his hands after answering the phone, which is both unsanitary and unacceptable.

Terrible Terrible service. Over 30 mins to NOT Get my cheesecake and coffee. Ordered double Espresso and got single and no cheesecake. Waited waited and nothing. In the end I left without the cheesecake I paid for. Painful place.

Please note that the 5 stars is for the worker Anna! She was on her own this afternoon (still school holidays). She was super friendly. Taking orders, payments, making the food AND bringing orders to the tables with the biggest smile on her face. Even when a customer snapped at her for not having an item she remained kind and respectful. Also she was very quick and kept the tables clean!!

The cheesecake in the window is completely black mold🤢 and it's 12 o'clock in the morning

We often go to this beautiful place setting an idyllic place in Streatham our home. The service is amazing and the Chai Latte brings a warm feeling of nostalgia 😍 The staff are friendly and willing to make any changes to set menu. Amina and her staff are so pleasant ☺️ we love Creams and look forward to seeing their smiling faces when we arrive Thank you 😊

Worst place to work loredana Anderson the area manager is a BULLY to all her staff I left cause she was the most horrible person to work for she don't care about her staff.. speaks to them so rudely. I made a official complaint about loredana and the head office didn't care how I was treated apologies and saying this will be dealt with when I emailed them asking them the outcome they ignore all my emails so unprofessional that you alow this woman to be such a bully in a work place and how she treats her staff. I've never worked someone and felt so disrespect and humiliated by the way you are spoken to. LOREDANA IF YOUR READING THIS STOP BEING A BULLY AND THINK YOUR BETTER THEN ANYONE ELSE. The team member / Supervisor are the Best never had a problem with any off them I appreciate my Time working with them.

The food is OK, but the waiting is TOTALY bad because I waited at least 30 mins. but I was alone with my 2 kids and wife.We didn't oder too much, but we are still waiting. I would not recommend this place as the service is totally bad.But the price was totally over £25-£50 it is good to try but only once

Even though made fresh, waffle was cold. Ice cream machine wasn't working but didn't get a replacement which was disappointing. Waffle was OK. I usually have better experiences with Creams. I have found a better replacement in penge, whose waffles are bigger, hot and tasty. It also comes with ice cream. I think it is also cheaper as well so highly recommended that place in penge. But most likely won't be going to this Creams again

Visited and was immediately told there were no sundaes or milkshakes. Strange because, as you can see from images, there was a freezer stocked of ice cream. Anyway, I ordered 2 crepes and a 2 scoop cone. Only after ordering and having the stale tasting crepe come to the table was I told there was no sofr serve ice cream (which comes with the £8 crepe). I asked for whipped cream instead, which would have cost nothing, only to be told no the manager says no alternatives. I explained that I had paid for an accompaniment with the crepe, so I should at least get half a scoop of vanilla ice cream, to which again I was told no as the manager says it's too expensive of a swap. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid for something that I did not receive. And was not given any warning prior to paying for it. When i asked to speak to someone about it, was told there wasn't anyone available. Wouldn't have minded the lack of ice cream so much if the crepe had tasted fresh. It didn't. Dry and stalr tasting. The moisture from the ice cream (or cream!)wouldd have helped. I won't be coming back here again!

Terrible ice cream! I had chocolate absolute and it tasted like it was defrosted and frozen several times. Tastes like a chocolate powder mixed with sugar and water then frozen. Staff is slow af. Place looks dirty. Never again I would try this chain.

Absolutely the worst coffee imaginable!! Avoid at all cost unless you wish to have an upset stomach and diarrhoea! Disgusting!!! Also the place was dirty and staff was slow like a sloth.. waste of money, time and health.

Service has been very slow before - walking back and forth to the table making one ice cream at a time. I can't see this place lasting much longer. Yesterday, we ordered and were told it would take 10 minutes. 40 minutes later we had to get a refund (the children had worked really hard at being patient). The staff member didn't seem to think this delay was a problem and asked us to wait longer because another (late) worker was going to 'arrive in 10 minutes.' They weren't even that busy. I had to repeat what we had ordered five times for the processing of the refund. We went to La Panna instead. Fast, friendly service, nicer ambience, and 20% less expensive (for more generous portions).

Brilliant service. Only took 4 minutes to bring out our order! Delicious waffle, crepes and nachos. We will be back soon 👍😀

I've been there with my girlfriend, we order at the till 2 waffles. At this time, the other 2 people were cleaning the waffles machine. They heard our order. Basically, we needed to wait 15 minutes just for the machine to get hot back. We asked for a refund. I won't recommend

Disgusting Behaviour from Staff Went to Tesco’s Creams today. I went with my son. My son went to make an order and was told to wait 10mins before placing an order. The place was empty. Only my son and I present. After 10mins he went to place his order only to be told again that he had to wait 10mins. I asked why we had to wait and the staff were extremely rude saying “are you making a job application”. I asked for the manger who was equally rude and said that if I couldn’t wait then we should leave. We left without making a purchase. This is shameful and disgusting customer service. These people shouldn’t be employed in customer facing roles. Tescos should remove their association with Creams if this is what they Tescos customer.

The Manager was so rude to my kids, Pathetic behaviour. Staff didn’t know about their products. We ordered a waffle & they served us wrong waffle. Manager was clueless. I think Creams don’t care anymore about their standards. Disappointed!!!

The Food here was really good and the service was excellent in particular Faizo, Joe, Faruk and Stacey.

The price could be cheeper. They are closed after 9.35 pm.

The service here was excellent and the food came extremely fast. Joe, Faizo and Faruk in particular’s customer service was excellent. I honestly have no complaints, the customer service along with the great well prepared food was a good experience. 10/10 overall would definitely recommend.

Slow service with lot of chatting between the staff, coffee was super hot but we were not warned in advance and the bakery item did not taste fresh. I don’t think I’ll visit them again.

Extremely slow service and overpriced!

Went here after my shop on Friday, brought 6 scoops of coconut gelato as that's the only one I like to eat from these chains, never again will I buy from here. Tasted so disgusting, has this weird taste to it as if it had gone off 😳 at first I thought maybe it was me so I ask my friend to try it and they said the same. All that wasted money. So upset.

I can’t believe how little good reviews there are. I have been to creams and i was pleasantly surprised. The workers are great towards the customers, great customer service and delicious deserts. Will definitely be coming back

Decided to try them out and boy was I disappointed. They are very slow on service, the amount of strawberries and bananas on the waffles were disgustingly sparse. Ordered bubble tea and was told they don’t do it and not sure why it’s advertised online and on the window that they do. I will most definitely not go back there again. Should have stuck with Kaspas. The only positive was the lady who served me was cheerful

Very slow service, very long waiting time to receive food. Ordered waffle for my son, as on the picture and paid £11.75! just because my son would like a bubble gum icecream not a vanilla, only one strawberry! cut in slices and few slices of banana! My order arrive 15 minutes after my son… definitely will not back there again.

Worst service ever, threatening they will call the security on 6 little kids over a paid cone that they forgot to bring.

Went today with my daughter and grandchildren was so disappointed waited ages for our order,they got one of the order wrong and missed out one altogether,they then bought the right order but still one of the order was missing so again after asking twice we eventually got it,no apology and the ice cream was the wrong flavour but let that go as couldn't be bothered to wait any longer

Excellent customer service from both Joe and Edo, they gave me some lovely suggestions and were extremely helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely return for a great dessert.
