Creams Cafe Kings Cross in Camden

Wide variety of choices which is nice, but really basic ice cream. Not worth the prices. Any other Gelato place is better

Ordered online, pancakes were under cooked,contacted customer service, provided pictures but not given refund, poor customer service, spent £ 33 pounds to end up in the bin.do not buy from kings Cross area. £9.95 each for a small pancakes and under cooked.

Got a make-your-own waffle with bananas, caramel sauce, and a scoop of chocolate fudge ice cream on the side. The waffle was cooked well but had an a very artificial and stale flavor. The caramel sauce was more like a less sweet maple syrup. The ice cream was great. Paid 13 pounds for this, if you want to decide your own toppings you will be paying more than the premade options on the menu. Feels like a place for families to go to when they arrive into Kings Cross. Not bad for one of the only ice cream shops in the area, but I would not get the waffle again and would only recommend the ice cream.

The upstairs tables were all very dirty, when I politely asked one of the staff to clean it he rudely said to just choose another place to sit in, even tho they looked uncleaned with sticky liquid all over it. After he cleaned the table he then LOUDLY told his colleague that we were annoying. I was not going to leave a review but the hot chocolate we were served tasted sour and made me sick afterwards!

Large portions, good value, could do with better seating. Brother serving was extremely attentive and polite.

Tried Signature Waffle. It was beautiful. Quantity was enough as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience.

The most underrated place in Kings Cross. Must must try guys, you wont regret it. Portion size was amazingly great. We ordered waffle wirh chocolate Nd strawberries plus with 50p extra they give us vanilla ice cream scoop. All togetger it was £9 and good for 2. Loved this place.

They didnt have many things on the menu. Also got the worse ever sticky toffee pudding with cold custard. The white chocolate sauce tasted out of date and did not taste like chocolate at all but rather melted sugar. Worst creams ive been to

Wanted to take my mother and our friend to this place because I really liked their menu. With lots of options it was tough to decide, but when we finally went to the counter to order, 3/4 things we wanted they didn’t have. They only had the chai latte, but not the things they market (coke float, mango bubble tea, lemon meringue cheesecake). We ended up leaving and found a better place. Very disappointing, would not go again.

Great customer service great food

Didn't want to make us milkshakes half an hour before closing time for take away.

On Google maps, it specifically states wheelchair accessible entrance, however when we physically try to visit this Creams, it is not a step free access and when my sister asked if they have a ramp, one of the staff said they don’t have a ramp.

Waffle with banana and strawberry. Very large waffle with very liquid chocolate...a little too much chocolate...very nice it looks. There was a cup of ice cream which was the icing on the cake.... Hard to eat it all...😊

A staff member named Siddi was very rude. she didn’t smile once, she abruptly walks away when you speak to her. I kindly asked her for a takeaway box, she said okay, then turned around and said you can come get it yourself over there. But it was very a very abrupt rude tone and facial expressions. Me and my brother and his fiancé were in disbelief. I asked for her name she shook her head no and so i asked her colleague. The manager should definitely look into this and you could even check cctv. it was between 7:45 pm to 8:20 pm. the food was nice though

Came in to this place feeling very unwell, my phone had died and no other shop would charge my phone for me so I could get home (2hrs on train) the lovely gentlemen gave me a charger and I ordered the banana and strawberry crepe which was so delicious cant recommend the food or place more! You guys really made my day thank you!

King cross creams give incredible service lovely staff, dessert is mouth watering, leaving you wanting more. The quality of their desserts outshines other locations!

I had visited the store with the intention to get a scoop of ice cream with a friend. I had tried a single sample of ice cream, and had heard one of the staff member go to the side and tell another staff member “don’t give those two any more samples” i’ve never heard any store say this near customers especially considering I had only had one sample. This experience made the rest of the trip uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking to try samples

This place it’s horrible, small place, feels like you are in a sauna, no enough light, and the service it’s really really bad. No proper communication and rude, not helpful at all. I ordered cookie dough and told him if it’s possible to change the sauce that are going to be on the top, he nod his head and proceeds to tap on the screen ask me which one I want, I go sit down and when he brings me the cookie dough it just that THE COOKIE DOUGH, no icre creem no cream no anything just cookie dough, I go back to ask him and he is like well you are creating your own so you have to pay for it separately!! Like what?? Why did you not tell me when I asked in thr beginning if it was possible just to switch sauce? How am I going to eat cookie dough without any cream or ice cream? Honestly the worst cream I have ever beeen and I love creams I go a lot. Also we asked them for a cup of water and he was like I don’t have cups for water you have to buy a bottle of water if u want to drink, so I told him if he kindly use the slushy cup and get me water as my kids are thirsty. He does do it at the end with a very bad attitude and not happy that he has to get me free water, but when he got me the water it had a lot of bubbles on it , that didn’t dissolve for a good 2/3 minutes. So I guess he contaminated the water somehow not sure if he put soap or spit in it but something wasn’t right with the cup of water obviously we didn’t drink it. BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GO SOMEWHERE BETTER, I MEAN YOU ARE IN THE CENTRE, I AM SURE YU FIND BETTER PLACES WITH BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER WORKERS.

Lovely waffle and icecream joint. As we came as a group, they were kind enough to reserve space for us in the upper section by combining tables. I haven't tried the icecream but the waffle was delecious.

a very good place for dessert in Kingscross. I recently visited Creams Kingscross and had a delightful experience. The dessert selection was incredible, with a wide variety of mouthwatering treats to choose from. I ordered a waffle amd milkshake and it served very well organised. I highly recommend Creams Kingscross, and I especially commend Saeed for his outstanding behavior. 👌

Don’t go here, they don’t know what they’re doing. Waited half an hour for a crepe?! They then bought me a waffle… My mate’s had to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake, which they’re trying to say he didn’t order?? They don’t care about customers. Waste of time and money go somewhere else.

According to Google, this place opens at 1 I stood outside until 10 past 1, while a man inside set up. Knocked on the door to ask when they were opening and the guy inside just shook his head. Like at least come to the door, obviously you’re closed. But I just wanted to know if you were going open.

The hygiene level is poor. The guy who cooked the pancakes didn’t even wash his hands nor he was using gloves, and at the same time was touching his eye glasses and the cashier…

Bought a couple of ice cream. I took the "absolute chocolate" which was an absolute disappointment. It tasted quite sugary, a bit watery and not much chocolatey. The other two (salted caramel and chocolate bits) were better and also better than average, but not exceptional.

Its ok ig. Overpriced. Milkshakes were ok aswell. Wouldnt recommend though.

We ordered two milkshakes via Just Eat. Both arrived pretty quickly and tasted nice. The milkshakes were a bit more milky/runny than Tinsel Town and Five Guys milkshakes but still tasted good. I took one star away for the cardboard straws. The straws fell apart in less than two mins. Maybe include recyclable straws?

Dark, unclean, rude staff with low personal hygiene. This place needs closing down by environmental health.

Got pistachio uce cream but no taste of pistachio at all. Only flavouring I think. Sad to charge extra 50p whn you want the scope on the cone. Whether cone or cup it should be included in scope price.

Very bad. Ice cream had a lot of ice pieces inside. Waffle was raw. Customer service did not seem all to friendly. Pistachio ice cream was plain sad. However the looks are alright.

Ordering here was fine me and the wife loved the nachos. Today we craved it but driver turnt up without our oder, called the store and they basically said the food is still at creams and its staying. The guy then said speak to just eat nothing we can do literally no help from the team working there today, creams please sort their attitudes out thank you. 26/10 22:25 .

My friend ordered a crepe with extras which came in about 10 mins, I ordered 2 Gelato Scoops which came in 25 mins this is not acceptable when I got the scoops no apology, I will not be visiting this Creams again.

The best dessert shop in Kings Cross. They have very delicious waffles and crepes. I’ve tried the pancakes and waffles. Just amazing. The ice creams are also liquorish. Highly recommended.

Best cafe in town. Also amazed with their stunning presentation of the items. No hesitation to recommend highly. Satisfied with both the service and taste.

I’ve been here before and I wasn’t too happy with the service. My sister begged me to take her and honestly this time, the service was fantastic. The staff were speedy, polite, coordinated - we had a fantastic time! I had a wonderful conversation with the assistant manager. I will definitely be coming back!

Ice-creams are so delicious that i ate the wooden spoon after finishing my Ice-cream.
