We have a small local cleaning business and have cleaned for Rana the owner at Creams for over 4 years, He has closed the site and has avoided paying us the invoices he owes us for staff wages who have worked hard trying to clean at his site in Stockport. Unfortunately we were never given the right amount of hours needed to clean the site to the standard needed and therefore we can understand some of the customer comments around cleaning standards - we tried our best under difficult circumstances. We have paid the member of staff who cleaned at the site without receiving any payment from Rana and he is choosing to ignore all attempts of communication. Rana Raheel Sarwar - Please do the 'right thing' and pay what you owe or at least have the decency to return our attempts to contact you. Thank you

Been here before and it was decent. This time it was terrible. Half the things we asked for they didn't have. The service was incredibly slow, with items coming out incredibly staggered, staff weren't particularly friendly or caring. Food wasn't as good as previous either. Overall a much poorer experience

I really wish I’d read the reviews before visiting! I came with three teenagers and an 8 year old. We were the only ones in which should have given us a clue! They did not have a lot of items from the menu and weren’t serving hot drinks or slushies. The server made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him and I got the feeling they were ready for closing even though they advertise being open until 10pm The toilets were locked and not available either The food came promptly and was presented well but the crepe was raw and smothered in far too much chocolate. My first and last visit am afraid

Terrible dessert and service. Very disappointed. It’s gone downhill. Genuinely wouldn’t recommend, and I’m a dessert connoisseur

No cream. No custard. Couldn't get a glass of tap water. Will be trying out an alternative at the Peel Centre next time. Very disappointing.

Not too busy, perhaps lacking better atmosphere, seating options good, decent choice but perhaps a little expensive on average.

Customer service is appalling not one smile from a staff member and make you feel a complete burden for being there. Used to be full of life it’s a shame it’s gone so down hill

Don’t know where to start, first of all premises are dirty and chairs are sitting area is ripped and broken. The toilet was not working and accessible toilet lock was not working. We ordered crepes that did not even taste nice but we also recipe them separately. I finished mine by the time my friend received her meal. The staff is unprofessional with not manners, just put the plates on the table without saying anything like enjoy or checking if everything is okay. Lastly we both ordered as it says on the menu SMART WATER 600ml but received 500ml nestle water that costs £2.95. We been given water without any excuse, bare in mind that nestle still water 12x500ml costs £2.50 in any shop. I am 100% sure that that is against consumers law.

Wow the ice cream is absolutely delicious recently come in again smaller portions and more expensive the place is rundown and ran by careless Indians

Doesn't let you leave a review on uber eats.. one could guess why! Absolutely disgraceful, the actual cheek and full on day light robbery! never order online unless you want a cup which is advertised as full and turns up practically quater full with literal scraps of what you purchased! should be ashamed, what a way to ruin 2 children's day!

From the outside the cafe looked closed down. Very dark with very dirty and cracked windows. On walking inside there was a group of teenagers at one table who were very loud and the staff did not seem bothered. There was also a strong smell of urine in the cafe. Maybe the disabled toilet was broke or needed cleaning? Anyway I ordered the sundae which is supposed to have some of those famous ferreo chocolates in it. It had one in it. Other venues you get 3. The icecream was nice but the venue looked like it needed a deep clean and some new staff, maybe some better trained in customer service skills. The odd smile, or thankyou would be nice. But based on cleanliness I won't be going back to this place

Used to be one of our fave places and our daughter wanted to go for her birthday. One door was smashed in, when we walked in staff didn’t even look up or stop unpacking a delivery. The whole place was filthy- tables and chairs were smeared with food and grime but we were the only customers and the shop had not long opened so it was clearly left from the day before. There are holes in the walls from where fittings have been removed and toilets were out of order. Food was ok- but over priced and took ages to arrive despite us being the only people there. Definitely our last visit. It’s such a shame as it used to be great and this area of Stockport needs lasting food outlets.

Slow service and food came with a big gap between

Awful experience. Staff were ride and unhelpful. Place wasn't clean. Only 1 toilet in order but the sink was hanging off the wall ( I see from the past post it's been like that a while but when we reported to staff they pretended not to know and didn't care) so nowhere to wash hands and all soap dispensers empty anyway. Spent a fortune on ok icecream but won't be back. Such a shame as used to be a firm favourite

Horrible customer service, putting my order in looked like it was the hardest task in the world for the staff. I actually understand why it’s always empty in there, unable to comment on the food as we all walked out.

Terrible experience. Staff couldn’t tell us which items were vegetarian (There were vegan options on the menu but my daughter wanted ice cream not sorbet) The toilet did not have loo paper - I was give a piece of blue cleaning roll to use. The sink was hanging off the wall (wish I had taken a picture) I asked for a glass of water and was told I had to buy bottles but would be given 50% discount on them (they were still expensive ) Ended up only ordering 1 dessert (vegetarian daughter decided not to order anything) and 3 bottles of water and it cost over £10 - very disappointing overall.

Shah provided top level of service. Helped us through the options and also let me change last minute. Would certainly be back because the milkshake was great, jammy dodger 😍 Over the road from the cinema too, so a brilliant snack to bring in with you!

Sorry was not the best ice cream I have tasted and so overpriced my kids had cookie dough with different flavours but cookie dough was so different in both 1 eaten one left honest review won't be visiting again one last thing toilet was broken door wide open for every body to see and smell the place was empty when we arrive but tables upstairs covered in ice cream staines hygiene very poor .

Awful. May just be an off day but being the only customers we would've expected at least some effort from the unwelcoming staff who barely acknowldged us. Brownie ice-cream, cake burnt and stale, as in it was solid and inedible. I am fussy with cups of tea but I was presented with a cup of milk, I requested a black tea in exchange and received...a second cup of milk. Gave up. Left the remnants of all but a few mouthfuls of average tasting ice cream. Daylight robbery in relation to quality to value. I repeat, awful

£25 pound through Uber eats, cold cookie dough and the size was ridiculously small. Waste of money.

I ordered Monday night a white bueno waffle ,lotus biscoff donut, white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake and a carrot cake When the food arrived the waffle was soggy and freezing and had normal bueno and not white bueno The cheese cake had a horrible out of date smell and had turned yellow And the carrot cake was hard and old as you could tell I emailed them and requested a refund and I still have no refund after they sent out this outrages food

Just awful! Staff were very unfriendly. The seats are ripped and the toilet sink was falling off the wall. The staff made us feel like an inconvenience. And to top it off,they gave us the wrong order. AVOID

Shocking service, dirty not well maintained and make you feel like a being there is an inconvenience to them. Got the order wrong and argued with us. Needless to say we will not be back.

Still sitting in galetoo and music is close. I asked manager to open it he didn’t even check and said speakers are not working waste my time and money #disappointing don’t recommend Stockport gale-too very bad behavior from manager

will never go there again.. the place was run down, walls had marks on them from where stuff had fallen off. staff were useless and very slow considering there was only one other group in there. once we finally got our food (milkshakes a very long time to come) we noticed the amount of flies around the table, we were having to swat them away to stop them from touching the food, ended up moving tables to try get away, the other group had also tried this but didn’t look happy. we went to the other side of the room and the flies either followed us or were already there and it got worse. one ended up in my friends nachos so we took it to the counter to tell the staff, they refunded but by the time we went back, our food had been infested (as photos below). we took the food to the counter and he again refunded and said ‘we sprayed this morning’. why would you run a restaurant knowing your gonna be making and serving food in a place infested with flies? even if you did spray in the morning, it was 8pm! i don’t even want to think about the kitchen standards. should be shut down - just checked and seems 3 days ago someone posted a similar review with photos of the flies, the fact this hasn’t been resolved straight away makes it even worse.

Fantastic place for many occasions with family. Tasty waffles and ice creams. Been there many times. Highly recommended.

Visited here today. Took my 9 year old daughter and her 6 friends. On arrival I noticed on how un cleaned the place was but originally thought it was just after a busy period or maybe low staff. I was totally wrong. We decided to order and ended up paying over 60 pounds for the food. When some of the food arrived ice cream was missing off the 2 cookie doughs so I asked for it and with a rude reply there isn't any. ? I said on the menu it come with it and to stop being rude who are you speaking to like that I'm the customer. We started to eat the food but during this time its was a struggle for us all as we was attacked by fruit flys landing all over our food it was horrible and disgusting to experience this. We decided to dump the food and head for the exit as it was unbearable. I didnt speak to the staff because after my previous rude experience I thought whats the point. On my way out I quickly needed the loo and wow what a state from pee all over the floor and sink hanging off the wall.. ive read previous reviews and sink was mentioned over 5 months ago. How this place hasn't been checked for health and safety and food hygiene has amazed me. It needs checking ASAP before someone ends up poorly.

So disappointed! Ordered two cookie dough bases with toppings and sauces and ice cream sides. Both came in tiny plastic boxes (previous orders came in small pizza style boxes - this was half the size). One had none of its sauces or ice creams. The other had its ice creams but they were tiny half scoops at 3.99 or 4.99 (can’t remember) each!! The ice cream DID taste good but it was laughable for the price. The cost for both puds, plus Uber Eats delivery (2.99) was almost £45. Not anywhere near worth it. Shocking actually. Don’t bother folks; it doesn’t live up to the hype. I was given £5 return from Uber although the missing items were £15. Honestly, write this place off sadly.

Server was rude, and did not make us aware sit in to dine was closed. Even though we was waiting in the dine in area. Also biscuit on ice cream was stale.

Went for a treat orderd mint sunde and a cookie dough waited 10 mins for the mint sunde but waited another 5 mins for the cookie dough that came without the ice cream it was supposed to come with and they wasn't a lot of cookie dough asked for the ice cream we was supposed to get and got a dirty look just felt like we was an inconvenience very sad as when it first opened it was very friendly nice atmosphere been twice recently both times wasn't enjoyable won't be going back

Went into cafe to get kids a treat and ourselves a coffee to warm up . Waited over 25 mins for 2 coffees staff was rude and argued /questioned me when I said I ordered 2 coffees not hot chocolate . Place was freezing upstairs . staff rude .Slow unwelcoming never write reviews but this place is very bad couldn’t not

After receiving a waffle my son got his 25minutes later and all I heard when I asked why "sorry". Nice things: Student discount Small portions for kids Vegan options I went once again yesterday and we were served with dirty and some wet cutlery, Tables were dirty and I'm definitely not going back there after yesterday... How this place has so many stars is beyond me as it's enough to walk in and see the mess ..

Went into creams and had coffee and cafe. The cake we both had was so stale was an understatement .. Slow service and staff didn't listen to what you wanted. We waited half and hour for our brews to be brought to us.. The lady who brought our brews was lovely and polite..

We thought we would stop at Creams for a treat after the cinema. We thought a couple of take away scoops of ice cream would be a nice end to the evening. We asked for one of the flavours and proceeded to be served some sort of unformed pink slush in a tub and were being asked to pay full price (?) It more closely resembled milkshake consistency than ice cream and couldnt even be scooped! I questioned it with the server and only got a blank stare and a shrug. I looked at all the ice cream on display and noticed it was all half defrosted and liquidy. Surely this is a health and safety/hygiene issue if the freezers are not keeping iced goods to a temperature or they are being defrosted and refrozen repeatedly?? Staff seemed completely oblivious or ignorant that the ice cream was incredibly sloppy and runny and were prepared to serve it to paying customers. We politely declined the 'ice cream' slush offered and left disappointed with an upset 4 year old!

went to creams with my friend for a little friday night ‘treat’ thinking it would be a welcoming atmosphere and a tidy place- upon entrance we weren’t greeted by staff and told to just find a table, we sat at the cleanest table we could find, most of them were covered in dirt, huge tears in the fabric and what i expect to be leftover icecream. we sat down and decided what to order, deciding on ordering cookie dough at almost £6 each and the ‘popcorn chicken’ - which was on the menu, as we went up to order we were told the chicken wasn’t available anymore and the woman working on the till was extremely rude to us and very dismissive. when our food arrived the man bringing it to our table said nothing and was also very dismissive. portions were nothing like advertised and the cutlery and plates were noticeably filthy. worst of all- i found a hair in my icecream, which made me feel i’ll. the cookie dough was barely cooked and very very sickly- we couldn’t even finish a small portion. overall, very disappointing and won’t be returning again.

Very pricey for what we got. Floor was filthy tables were full of pots, went to use the toilets and they were out of order so went to see if there were anymore the only option was a disabled toilet. When I looked in to see if it was the toilet, the floor was full of urine, what looked like sick in the sink and a toilet full of urine. ( didn’t want to use the disabled so used the toilet at the light cinemas they were spotless) Where the food was being served it was blatantly unkept food toppings were scattered everywhere on the work tops and on the floor. The crepe and waffle machines were full of waffle/ crepe mixture. The metal Cutlery was dirty so opted for a wooden option. Not a nice experience will not be going back all though the staff were pleasant the uncleanliness put me off majorly 1-10 on cleanliness

Ordered a £9 pudding for my seven year old - food was average at best. They then wouldn’t give us a glass of tap water to go with it. Poor service - avoid.

Very disappointed with service.

The food was good, but unfortunately the service was very slow they were to busy on there on phones instead of cleaning the tables, toilets were not in use and had to use the disabled toilet, which was very dirty toilets roll everywhere, sink falling off the wall, and water/wee all on the floor. Disgraceful!!

Definitely lost it sparkle this place came in last night all the ice cream say the wrong names unclean looks very dirty bad customer service i sat down at a table and ended up with caramel sauce all over my pants they didnt come and take bowls or plates away after people left didnt have 4 items i wanted on the menu i wouldnt go back 1 star for me think managment might need to be checking on staff alot more its a shame because when i went there a couple of months after it opened it would of got a 4 star from me real shame

I took my daughter yesterday as a treat and wish I hadn't of bothered, we usually go to kaspers and I will be doing from now on. The staff looked like they couldn't be bothered and it had been open nearly an hour but it was as though nothing was set up ready to go. We ordered 2 waffles and 2 drinks and it was £22.50!!! The waffles were tasteless and not how we asked them to be served with cream instead of ice cream, we both had stomach ache after and left half so I was really disappointed as it was such a waste of money and my daughter didn't even enjoy it, I wanted to approach the staff and ask for a refund but they were not very approachable to say the least, if a manager could get back to me I would appreciate it.

Here is why it is a 3 Star and not a 5 Star. I would have scored 2 however a manager/owner was warm and welcoming. The team serving was not welcoming, didn't really speak to me when I arrived. Seemed disinterested and when I asked for spoons they seem annoyed I asked for them for the sundae funday. Also the other day 16.06.22 we order more and all 5 turned up with no spoons to eat them with......2 days poor experience. Need to change it, and keep you customers happy and do the basics.

Insanely good quality desserts here, very fast service, will definitely go again. Prices are quite high though but definitely worth it for the unbelievable selection of food and the quality delivered

Had my daughter's 3rd birthday celebration here and it was great!! The staff were accomodating (thank you Bisma) and let me reserve the upstairs floor with the soft play area a week in advance, there was none of the stress of organising an "official party" and all the guests paid for their own desserts on the day (they were DELICIOUS and served promptly and had plenty of choice for my lactose intolerant daughter) the kids loved it! Highly recommend creams as a place to host small scale celebrations for younger children, no complaints at all! Thanks guys 😊

Food is great been hear for my birthday before and loved it

On our visit the basic standards weren’t met. Dirty plates on nearly every table, tables that evidently hadn’t been wiped down, staff walked past these tables multiple times Given dirty menus covered in ice cream, chocolate ect Food served on dirty plates and with dirty cutlery Rude staff overall and threw plates down on table The food prep area looked questionable for its organisation, cleanlinesses and control of cross contamination. We observed no gloves being worn or hand washing after handling allergens If EHO walked in they would’ve had a field day, hope this helps people decide if they want to give this business their custom. However I do implore anyone considering going here to avoid.
