El personal es muy encantador y la comida es para morirse! Recomiendo un batido o una crepe! ¡Todos deben ir y visitar!

If you want some super indulgent totally delicious desert based food this is the place for you. It came in a timely fashion and it hit all the right spots! Would order again for sure.

The milkshakes were lovely but unfortunately had spilled on our cake, which was a death by chocolate cake with an orange coloured mousse that I wasn't expecting! Otherwise the service was great it came really quickly and the delivery man was lovely too

both orders were wrong but the food wasn't bad

every time I order something gets forgotten.. so this time they forgot ice cream and also asked for extra whipped cream and they put the tiniest bit of whipped cream in a tub which was pointless ..

The waffles, vanilla ice cream and the recomended cookie dough is soooooo bad. Didn't enjoy the desserts unfortunately.

Food only came almost 2 hours after ordering. Delivery guy couldn’t even get out of the car, I had to come outside to get my food. This is the second time this happened.

First of all the wait time is ridiculous for a desert could of gone Tescos and made the items and still have time left over. The delivery driver came to the door and handed over the wrong bag luckly I realised before he drove off. The handed my money back then 5 minutes later he knocked with correct bag which I wasn't happy with as the food was not nice at all. I have nothing postive about my order , the amount money Rassams make with 2 shops opposite each and the standard of quality is laughable honestly Not worth a fiver never mind £20.00!!! Never again will I be ordering

20 minutes after our delivery time we rung rassams who said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later phoned again, they said the delivery driver was 7 minutes away and offered a free dessert as an apology. Fair enough, they were polite, helpful and could of been having a busy night, plus we are use to their long delivery times. BUT what tipped it over the edge was the delivery driver who turned up 15-20mins later, parked down the road and refused to get out of the car leading to my friend having to search for him. When my friend asked him if he could check that the food was ok as it was an hour late, the driver replied 'well it's hardly gonna of melted in this weather'. Shocked, my friend accepted the food and once inside we were left with a cold "hot" crepe and sundae turned milkshake. Just over 2 hours to deliver 2 items and a horrendous delivery driver with no customer service - will not be ordering here again.

Everything was ready to be picked up within minutes. Quick and efficient service. Good hygiene and food was up to a good standard.

40 mins for one milkshake and one mocktail. Too slow service. Won't be ordering again.

The order was nearly 45 minutes later and that was after they had added 10 minutes to the delivery time. The woman in the restaurant was very helpful and rang the driver to find out where they were. When the order arrived the driver wasn't exactly polite and said that he was out delivering when I rang the restaurant and also didn't offer an apology after I told him it was over half an hour late. When we eventually sat down to eat the food it was still warm and tasted very nice.

We waited an hour and 45 mins for the food to arrive. The cookie dough arrived cold. Used to love it here but service was poor.

Never delivered, best thing to do is go out and collect or sit in other than that don’t bother using the delivery service in my opinion not worth the hassle chasing them up as the phone is always busy

alright food, nothing special. But it's very over priced compared to what you actually get and to be honest I didn't think it was worth the money what was paid at all.

Was told it was going to be 2 hours but came within 1, which was a bonus. Plus the hot food was actually hot and the ice cream hadnt melted.. very happy

Waited over two hours for the food to arrive. Rang up once before it was due to be told it was on its way, didn't arrive. when it was due half an hour later, couldn't contact the driver. He was then pulling up at my house, ten minutes later he arrived with cold HOT cookie dough and didn't follow delivery instructions which were NOT to knock and he proceeded to knock!

Ordered tonight food arrived with the contents of a milkshake in the bottom of the bag? Food was stone cold crepes were hard and stuck to the box. Looked like a rashing portion nothing at all like I received the first time I ordered when it opened. This place as gone down hill. Contacted the restaurant to be told i could be offered a discount for my next order? There will be no next order the order I just received is inedible I didn't order crepes swimming in milkshake. I'll be awaiting my refund whenever that will be!

The only feedback; it could of been hotter, we find it jus slightly warm. We are only a 3-4min drive away so it should of been a lot more hotter. But delicious.

I ordered a large cookie dough and it was the size of a regular . Not sure how they’re distinguishing between sizes !

Really upset with the restaurant, the restaurant added 10 minutes on the original delivery time, then we tried to contact the restaurant when 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time had passed and we were told it would be delivered in 5 minutes, 45 minutes after the order was late we called the restaurant to cancel the order as it had passed 11pm and we no longer wanted the food with it being so late, we were told this would not be possible because the food was out for delivery, we explained we did not want the food and just wanted a refund. The person on the phone rudely told us to wait and she put us on hold, she then came back to the phone and said her manager had said the food will still be delivered, but a full refund would be issued the next working day due to us being so unhappy and the food being so late. Throughout the following week I tried to contact the restaurant and just eat to follow this up, and today a full week later when I managed to get just eat to chase it up I was told because it's a week later the restaurant won't give us a refund because we left it too late to follow it up even though I have tried to contact the restaurant several times. Really bad service, rudely dealt with and doesn't deserve an honest persons business, very disappointing.

awful, food arrived very late, waffles and cookie dough hard, chewy and freezing and the ice cream was melted.

Waited quite long for it to come. Not only was there constant phone calles from driver to find out where we was after telling him several times the order come wrong! The driver wouldnt take it back as he had other orders to deliver so he said. Called resturant and lady was helpful. Never normally have a problem with this resturant, but today was poor and really not happy.

Fastest delivery but please improve quality of your ice cream.cookie dough was tasty.

Food was really late.. when rang women was very rude to me. When the food arrived it wad completely inedible and all had to go into the bin. When contacting the restaurant they offered me a refund after it was arranged with just eat only money for one item was refunded when the entire order was not edible and hot items were ice cold. Disgusting service, disgusting food! I shall never order from there again!!! And i shall pass my experience onto my friends and family.

I've used this place before as a treat and always had tasty desserts. Not sure what went wrong on Saturday night but after been given a 2 hour delivery slot, it was great to see delivery slightly early. I wish they had taken more care with our food though. Two milkshakes spilt on their sides and melted ice cream, two dessert tubs covered in melting ice cream from the milkshake. Spent 15 minutes wiping the mess off other tubs in the bag. 'Hot cookie dough' was cold from swimming in milkshake. Lady on the phone sent out two new milkshakes that were presented in a tub to keep them upright, so not sure why that wasn't the case with the first two. They refused to help with the cookie dough, no refund and I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back 3 days later... I don't usually complain but when I'm spending £20 on dessert I expect it to be quality service. Sorry to say we won't be using you guys again.

Wasnt going to order at first due to hearing delivery can be up to 2 hours but Wow! it was perfect😍 Cookie dough and the Toffee pudding and custard was so delicious The milkshakes are so nice! Delivery came an hour earlier than time given. Highly reccomend!

Was ridiculous! Waited over 2hours and 30 mins waiting time and another 30 mins after that food was chewy hard and not very nice will probably be the last time I order from there again to be honest

Food was 2 hours late Rang shop was told it was on its way Still didn’t turn up Rang again and shop told us it’d already been attempted to be delivered Food finally turned up at 11:50pm when it was ordered at 8:40pm and milkshake had leaked over all of the food and bag, most food spoilt

When we originally ordered it said an hour wait, then when we looked to see where it was the restaurant had added on an extra half an hour. If we knew it was this long of a wait we wouldn't have ordered. We ordered at 20:40 and we received the order at 22:20, restaurants shouldn't be allowed to add time on after the order has been taken, I had to be up for work at 5:30am, I did not expect to still be waiting for my order till this late.

the food tasted great, when we finally got it....it's a nice desert place however took 2 hours to get to to us, there was no chcocolate sauce on the pancakes and they didn't cut the stalks off the strawberries, it takes ages seem like they just leave all deliveries til the end of the night. no attention to detail a bit disappointed

when the food arrived it took me a minute to get downstairs meanwhile the delivery man was pounding loudly at my door at around 9pm and beeping his car waking up the entire street. when I got to the door the man was screaming at me and asking me why I was taking so long bare in mind I am a teenage girl and he was a middle aged man so I felt quite intimidated as he was screaming at me and being extremely rude towards me. overall, appalled by the service and won't be ordering from here again. food was alright tho

An hour to get ice cream delivered on a Tuesday is bad enough. Then them adding an extra half an hour on top is pretty ridiculous. Then showing up after 2 hours of ordering is completely unacceptable. We rang to see where it was after an hour and 40 minutes and the girl on the phone was extremely rude, didn't even say sorry. Neither did the delivery driver. You don't wait that long for hot food. When it did arrive it was the most underwhelming sight, with the tiniest bit of ice cream. Not ordering from here ever again.

It took 2 and a half hours for our food to arrive since ordering, when we rang the restaurant to ask how long our delivery would be as it had already passed the waiting time the staff members that responded to the call was rude and unapologetic about the time we had waited! Once the food came it was cold and not up to expected standards. Really not happy about our order and we shall not be ordering from here again!

Food was 50 minutes late ! Ordered chocolate brownies which had cream and galato missing

2 hours to deliver 2 desserts within 2 miles is completely unacceptable, I could of gone and bought the ingredients an prepared it myself in that time. They add 30 min on to the estimated time so they can basically say they delivered within the slot given (which was 2 hours) however mine came around ten min after the 2 hours had passed. No apologies given when the order arrived, I had actually gone to bed. No apologies when I called. I think you should be warned on the time frame before your payment goes through as I wouldn't have bothered. This was a treat for me an my daughter whom was waiting to go to bed by the time this was delivered. The dessert was nice but not worth the hassle.

Our dessert was one hour late all melted nobody ate it all went in bin so in other words I put 24£ in bin. Girl taking phone is very rude too and she have no manners to speak to customers.

Order took two hours to be delivered and was almost cold when it arrived. Rang the restaurant after an hour and a half and was told it'd be 15 minutes but it took another 30.

Initially placed my order and it said it would be an hour, then the restaurant added half an hour, it then arrived within 20 mins. Nice milkshake could have tasted more of bueno but nice all the same. My order was correct 2 cakes and custard and a milkshake.

Initially said it would take an hour they then added another 30 minutes on. Needless to say the waffle was cold and gelato melted. Still delicious as ever, although this is the first time they've got my order exactly right too!

Ordered the white chocolate chip cookie dough, which came with vanilla gelato. I thought the gelato was a bit flavourless and I thought the cookie dough should have been cooked for a bit longer. I prefer Gelato Passion further down London Road.

A bit disappointed really when we ordered these ice creams we expected great things and yes they was tasty but I only got to eat half of mine as it had fell open in the bag!! It said that in the bubblegum tower Sunday you got gum balls but I had none and although the food was on time the delivery guy was very rude and very unpleasant and unprofessional
