Not actually been for ages, but did go to the shop next door to this the other day. So let's give it 5*s anyway, as the ice cream / jelly sundae was epic

Had 2 tuna baguettes, which the baguettes were stale, look at the picture, our knife stands up in it,( rock hard)and the tuna smelt like salmon!!! Do not eat from here,

Not impressed with the waffle stone cold bland and tasteless I will not be ordering dessert from here again id rather go kaspa or bigger company the waffle were tiny also It was threw just it or uber

I tried to come today at 8pm but they were closed and it said they were open on the website.

Although delivery was late they compensated with a couple of free items Thankyou these were really tasty , now this was lush the cookie dough was perfect just righty baked and a good amount too , Hubby had a shake which tasted nice too and he liked it , yes I will be ordering from here again All in all very pleasing

Ordered from here on Uber Eats and it took almost an hour and a half to come. When it came my pancake was stone cold and literally looked like sick in a box. My partners milkshake was disgusting and tasted sour. Really not happy and will not be returning or recommending.

Whenever I want a good milkshake, I order from here. Their milkshakes are divine and the price is very reasonable too. They personally deliver to you too which is nice. Their paninis are really nice too. Highly recommend!

Ordered an oreo waffle , a sundae and a millionairs crepe. All were absolutely delicious ! Food was delivered quickly and still warm ! (Ice cream was still cold)

We both enjoyed it and the prices are very reasonable and the staff were really friendly

Got my order wrong. Second time it.came.the cookie dough was not cooked enough and it was so thin I was not comfortable eating it as I did not want to get ill. The milkshake was not great either. Would not order again from here.

Hate to complain. Tried to find an email to contact directly but couldnt. First order came early however it was the wrong order and nor was it edible as milkshake had spilt into the other dessert. Rang and complained, they were super polite and happy to prepare correct order. Order came quickly however cookie dough was not cooked at all. Full on dough that was definitely not edible. Didnt want to eat it as I didnt want to get ill. I can appreciate it was probably made fast in order to get it out to us for the mistake but some sort of quality check needs to be done. Please see pics of both orders. Real shame because customer service wise no faults.

This place is amazing! They always have such a fantastic range of cakes and other lush desserts! Friendly and accommodating staff, the best cheesecakes and they always have good offers on!

Delicious ice cream and sundae's

Great cheesecake and the variation of ice cream in there is AMAZING! The fruit salad one was spot on and the jaffa cake one is the best by far!

Have visited a few times now, as well as trying out the delivery service. Shop experience: staff can be quiet and non welcoming at times. Would be a good idea to familiarise themselves with what they include in their items for example if a freakshake is advertised as having 2 iced donuts, it should have 2 iced donuts and not 1 hoping the customer won’t notice. In addition if two identical shakes are ordered they should both have the same items, not extra for one and less for the other. If there is a problem with fulfilling something on the menu the customer should be made aware and given the option to order something else. The cheesecake jars are not available all of the time, their availability depends on the time of day. With all the Facebook posts promoting these it should be obvious they will be popular, but going at the wrong time of day will see you stick with a sundae or waffle which frankly you can get in most places. Delivery option: I tried this out of curiosity - how would they deliver a freakshake and would it be edible when they did. Well to the latter, no it wasn’t. It arrived in a sloppy mess, in a plastic cup similar to those Starbucks use, with a donut in a separate take away container. It was warm and frankly disgusting. All in all was disappointed in all my experiences of this place. After all the hype I expected something amazing. It was barely average.

Great place to visit for a treat.

Had a jacket potato which was very small with very little cheese on. My brownie was not a brownie it was very very dry, crumbly chocolate cake. Ice cream was nice but I assume that isn't homemade? I wouldn't return but I'm sure the kids love it!

Took my son and two grandchildren for ice cream and waffles for a treat. Ignored when we went in, though we were the only customers, waffles were average, I ordered two teas for me and my son, the kids had eaten their waffles, I had to ask where the drinks were, three staff in kitchen area chatting, when the tea arrived it was lukewarm, weak and undrinkable. We got up to leave and again, totally ignored. We will not be going back !

Staff are very rude, not been trained by the book. Absolute awful food, shall be going to kaspas from now on.

Made an order here for a treat for pudding. Two Ferrero Roche ice creams and 1 pancake... £16 was a bit excessive but thought the food would be quality... how wrong could I be? The pancake was in a small pizza type box that was sodden though with syrup and leaked all into the carrier bag making a right mess... pancake had no taste and had a rubber texture... so that was binned. Milkshakes... small... cheap chocolate ice cream with a few nuts thrown in... a tiny swirl of squirt cream and a ferrero roche thrown on top... pitiful. No authentic flavour whatsoever... cheapest watery ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Did not look anything like the pics AND waited an hour and half for the disappointment. Could have made better for less myself... definitely won’t be ordering from again! Wish I could give zero stars :(

Pancake was stuck to the box. The syrup had leaked all into the bag and it was dripping all over carpet. The two sundaes where pitiful honestly I have just wasted £16 on what I thought would be lovely food. Looking at the menu all the desserts looked fabulous. Well you should see the state of this food.. Cheap chocolate ice cream topped with ONE chocolate and a small amount of whipped cream that had melted into water .. Unbelievable

Nice place, although the table across could have done with a clean, especially as it was really quiet and could have been done at any time. Service area was clean and food was good, if not a little overpriced.

Brilliant service, clean and very appealing, the food is fresh and so are all the ingredients but most of all the warm waffles with shortbread pieces and ice cream are by far the best desserts to try around Nuneaton.... they also deliver 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I loved going to this place beacuse it is fun for children and families it is also very tasty they have lots of fun foods there such as ice cream jelly pick n mix pancakes and lots more. The only thing that I disk liked about this place was the milkshakes they are very sugary and chemically but apart from that I wold highly recommend this truly amazing cafe to everyone at any age group who has a sweet tooth 🍦🎂🍫🍰🍭🍦🍨🍧🍬🍩☕🍏🍌🍅🍇❌it's no healthy place 👍😜

Had home delivery via just eat.. and it came before it's time which is all good. But it was all soggy and the bottom waffle never had anything on they were both very dry to be honest considering it was supposed to have melted chocolate on it.i feel like I've been robbed 😫 I won't order again

Delivery service is laughable, I wouldn't recommend unless you live less than 5 minutes away to then go down to the shop to inevitably sort a problem with your order. When bringing the problem up with the business they attempt to pass the blame off onto the customer. I don't want to talk bad on local businesses but the quality isn't as good as similar business around here (check the A5 parlour out) and the service is shocking.

The food is amazing and presented really well. The prices are not bad and they do delivery. Its a great little place to spend an afternoon treating the children and ruining my diet.

We decided to take the family for dessert after hearing good things and seeing good reviews on Facebook. The closing time was clearly stated as 9pm on both Facebook and in the window of the shop. We arrived at twenty five past four to be told they shut at four. We then had to take the very upset eight year old to McDonald’s. This is not how to get repeat customers. We will probably not going there again.

I have been visiting Cream on the Green since it opened. Recently went with my friend who was visiting the area. Both ordered an Ice Cream Sundae. Took us a while to decide which ones to order as there is so much to choose from! Quick and friendly service.

Came here from Coventry based on word of mouth and we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean with a wide array of ice-cream and waffle based treats. We were changing our minds every second and the lady serving was patient and pleasant all the way through. Even though there didn't seem to be many staff (I could only see the one lady) we never waited too long for our order and there were four of us all ordering something different. Well done Cream on the Green, certainly will come again

Good quality ice cream and a nice amount of sauce, brownies and chocolate buttons. Only thing that let it down a little bit was the cream was squirty out of a tin rather than whipped cream. That was the only slight negative. Prices are a lot better than ice cream places in Coventry. The place itself is small and there is limited seating. Managed to get in ok with a buggy but not enough space for a few mums and buggys to visit. Also there's a small step to get into the premises. They also do toasties jacket potatoes etc as well as a pick n mix selection and fudge. There was one unisex toilet which I didn't try. Parking is on street outside.

Unfortunately this place has loads of promise but doesn't deliver. It's not even comparable to sweet treats - drive the extra distance! The service is poor, the staff don't know how to smile, I've caught them sat on the kitchen counter using their phones (probably should have called the food inspector) and generally I wouldn't trust the hygiene of this place at all. We've been a few times now because I want it to be amazing and it's so close to where we live, but it just fails to live up to expectation every time. They also charge a premium price. Somewhere like sweet treats can get away with it as they serve a premium product, these guys don't. Don't buy the fudge, it's horrendous and we had one that was completely rock solid and clearly past its best. Don't buy the cookie dough - it's batter and disgusting. The waffles and milkshakes are nice but it's a health and safety risk due to what I've seen of their kitchen. And if you're looking for a pick me up, being around their depressed staff who will just bring you down and make you feel like an inconvenience isn't the answer! This place could do with some enthusiastic management running a tight ship - then it would be amazing! It has so much potential!

Woman on phone extremely rude,could not care less about her job when she could not hear me she just shouted “what” down the phone and was very rude to me,also apparently it’s minimum £15 for delivery even though I have never had to do that before I’ve just had to pay £1 for delivery,nice milkshakes just a shame about the rude staff,has put me off using this in the future, I believe this women to have shaved hair and tattoos, as I’ve been to the store and was the same voice

Such a shame this place is hidden . It's worth a walk from the town to visit!!! Excellent selection of many ice creams, pick and mix, sandwiches , toasties, hot drinks, milkshakes, waffels , so many naughties to choose from phew ..... AND THEY DO TAKE AWAYS AND DELIVERIES 😀 heaven .

Great place with great food. Focuses mainly on desserts rather than the overall dining experience, but because of that, the desserts are amazing. The only downside is that it's starting to get really popular and seating is limited.

Our first here after hearing good things about the place. I was disappointed on arrival, the decor is totally out of character for a dessert parlour. Lots of black and lime green, not very warm or inviting. The table was dirty, although he did clean it when asked to do so. The waffle with chocolate sauce etc was delicious though. Certainly freshly cooked and very tasty. I felt the whole place was a bit grubby, including the menus, cutlery, glasses etc The only toilet had one towel for customers to use, not very hygienic. Would prefer to use a hand dryer or paper towels. To a bad experience though. We liked the food better than Sweet Treats!

Great deserts and friendly atmospher

We ordered a takeout as we fancied dessert after dinner!I asked for warm cookie dough but unfortunately it was heated up too much and was just liquid. We didnt think to check the pudding (as you would trust the person making this) and wouldnt have had time to go back to complain. Maybe eating in is better but wont be going back.

I went last night with my girlfriend. We ordered a banana split and there were no bananas. I sat back down to have another look at the menu and the guy who was serving us ran past to go down the shop to get us one! Fantastic service haha, this shop is great :)

Para mi gusto, un sitio oscuro, no muy grande y la variedad de comida es muy "heavy" para mi gusto, muchísimo dulce, no sé....falta algo de bolleria normal y una decoración más luminosa y alegre, más llamativa.

Had seen plenty of reviews saying good things about this place so felt obliged to try. It was very welcoming and it does look nice especially behind the counter. The staff were pleasant and took our order promptly. Onto the desserts themselves... unfortunately having visited many places, this didn't measure up. The waffle was more on the burnt side and it split in half between the two waffle iron sides. It looked ok on the plus side. The milkshake was ok but could've been thicker with more bar in it. Not bad for Nuneaton, but not as good as the place on the A5 yet.

Although we live in Coventry, my children love COTG and would rather travel to Nuneaton then the options in our town. We have visited numerous occasions, across different seasons of the year and we've always had a pleasant and satisfied visit. We like to try something new each time we visit. The freak shakes and the milkshakes seem to be their favourites. We have found the staff to be friendly and attentive and we leave with a smile on our faces. Having read some of the reviews on here, I'd say "Each to their own. We all like different things, so try it for yourself." We will definitely return again soon.

What a place,took my granddaughters here for the first time today,so much to choose from,girls had pancakes and picked thier own toppings,when they came out,wow what a portion,they loved it,i had a lemon sudae and the lemon meringue icecream was lovely,my fav. The staff are very helpful and polite,i will definately be back x

Expensive for poor quality. Squirty cream what's that about come on £5 for cheap ice cream at least give the customer fresh cream .. Was looking forward to first visit, will not visit for the second time. We could see Staff eating out the back while we are kept waiting. When she had eaten what she wanted off her plate the remains scraped into a bin she then ran the back her hand over her nose and mouth , yuck bickering going on between 2 staff during this time, The place looked dirty,

the food is reasonably priced, the kids think the lovely puddings are fab & the coffee is good to and the staff are always cheerful.

We just come home after treating my daughter and my nephew for their birthday. They loved it there. All 7 of us did. We all had a freak shake each which the birthday girl decided to be different and order her very own recipe of shake. People there are so welcoming. Very lovely. Nothing was too much. Even had the table decorated for when we arrived. I would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to go again. Thank you. Xx

It was our anniversary and we felt like treating ourselves. Hot as it's been ice cream was top of the list. I've been seeing all the freek shakes on Facebook so decided to try one. It was much larger then I imagined and extremely sweet. Also incredably messy and sticky. We also had a cookie dough and ice cream. Again, very sweet but not as messy

Always tasty desserts and look amazing. Only criticism would be that everyone had nearly finished their desserts by the time my waffles come out.
