Plastic in my food and they don’t want to sort the issue bad customer service bad chocking hazard don’t buy from here

My favourite kebab shop. Lovely hot food. Generous portions. The burgers are always cooked perfectly , the staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Food was code when arrived and it also has made me feel very ill only thing I ate yesterday ever since I’ve been throwing up ? So not also it was bad food it was also cold it just don’t get better

Waste of time. Took my order on uber eats then just cancelled. If you don’t want the job or the distance. Then don’t accept it

Ordered a doner wrap, quarter pounder with doner and scampi and chips live 10mins away by car took them over an hour to deliver after I called them the second time to see if my food was on its way to me as it’s taking way longer then the time they stated at first. Anyway when the food came it was cold and way too salty didn’t even get much salad with my burger and the wrap. When I called second time the lady sound so rude. Will never order from this kebab place again.

Had the worst food poisoning from this place last night. Had to cancel all my new years plans to spend in the toilet. Doner kebab ruined me and even the next day still feeling rough

Just risked a New Year’s Eve kebab. Thought I’d try a combo, chicken shish and a lamb shish. Really really impressed. Quick delivery and excellent meat, the lamb was excellent. Large portions so I’d highly recommend this kebab house. My wife had chicken with mushrooms and peppers, she was equally impressed.

Very quick delivery but that’s maybe the only good thing. Food was edible but not very tasty. Doner meat was greasy and the chips had no flavour other than the grease of the meat beside it! Wouldn’t order again from here.

Awful Kebab, dried up old doner meat, and very poor salad all for £15.99 I wouldn't pay £1.59 for this rubbish. Just eat really need to start offering some kind of guarantee that the food will be edible.

Salad was very disappointing, no red cabbage and with lettuce from the supermarket. Pitta bread a little under as well.

I didn’t receive my food after waiting for well over an hour. Was waiting outside in the cold and didn’t get my food. Me and my partner were left hungry after a long day.

The best kebab shop in the area. We live in Dartford and still come back to it. Food is well cooked and very tasty. Staff are lovely too.

Possibly one of the worst kebab shops you will ever order from. Do not order from these scum. Get your food wrong 2 out of 3 times and when you ring them back they blame you then they tell you they will sort it by correcting it next time which they never do. Filth.

left out 1 kebab then refused to admit fault after i spent £161 !!! wow great customer service

First time here, pretty decent kebab shop. I had a half pound cheese burger which was a typical good kebab shop burger. It's always nice to get decent salad in a burger.

The food was atrocious! the Doner meat was greasy charcoal, and the pitta bread was hard and had a pool of grease inside. I paid £16 for food thar was inedible. Never ordering from here again.

I have ordered so many times from here but today unfortunately I received a burnt chicken wrap and lots of salad I did not get to eat went to waste So guys do not order chicken doner Becouse they can’t cook it

Absolutely gorgeous Chicken Shish and the chips are perfect. We swapped from a different kebab place that we had used for ten plus years, and shall now stick with these. My only small gripe is that I like lemons with the salad and they don’t have them, and the pitta is smaller than our previous regular, but it’s worth the sacrifice 😉

The worst shop in the whole of crayford got my family’s whole order wrong then when questioned was rude and said they cannot help don’t deserve to be open anyone who gives them business is scum, have fun not getting your order people.

Came cold wet and soggy. It was disgusting couldn’t eat it! I want a full refund. Driver was very rude!

It was impossible to track our order. We were given a 20 minute window for delivery but had no idea when it would arrive. When it did get to us it was lukewarm.

tried to find out where the food was from the chat facility. was told to wait for another after I had already been waiting for over an hour. The order was just a kebab. wanted to cancel as the status was stuck in preparing your order for over an hour. was told I would have to pay the full price. couldn't see the est delivery time before ordering. once ordered I couldn't cancel. this is disingenuous at best. just won't use Just Eat for food anymore.

The food was not to any public serving standards at all, the chicken was not cooked, the chips were pretty much just outer coat with no potato in the middle and it come smothered in mayo I would not even feed this food to the foxes. Absolutely disgusting!

Donner kebab last night no flavour very grey in colour only ate a little threw the rest away, Four visits to the WC during the night stomach cramps. Will not use this takeaway again.
