The best kebab shop in the area. We live in Dartford and still come back to it. Food is well cooked and very tasty. Staff are lovely too.

Possibly one of the worst kebab shops you will ever order from. Do not order from these scum. Get your food wrong 2 out of 3 times and when you ring them back they blame you then they tell you they will sort it by correcting it next time which they never do. Filth.

First time here, pretty decent kebab shop. I had a half pound cheese burger which was a typical good kebab shop burger. It's always nice to get decent salad in a burger.

I have ordered so many times from here but today unfortunately I received a burnt chicken wrap and lots of salad I did not get to eat went to waste So guys do not order chicken doner Becouse they can’t cook it

The worst shop in the whole of crayford got my family’s whole order wrong then when questioned was rude and said they cannot help don’t deserve to be open anyone who gives them business is scum, have fun not getting your order people.

The food was not to any public serving standards at all, the chicken was not cooked, the chips were pretty much just outer coat with no potato in the middle and it come smothered in mayo I would not even feed this food to the foxes. Absolutely disgusting!

Donner kebab last night no flavour very grey in colour only ate a little threw the rest away, Four visits to the WC during the night stomach cramps. Will not use this takeaway again.

Order meat an chips ask for chilli sauce mayo an all salad an two well done pitta What I got was just meat chips no chilli sauce no mayo under cooked pitta not well done very let down meat so grease Alway use them will have to try one across the road

Working around the corner from this kebab. Let me tell you, the salad is sitting on the counter with no cover, next to the window from 10am each day. Will not even try or waste my money trying here. Good luck to those who do.

Food was cold very small portions the meat was like rubber and very salty the hot wings was rock hard worst food iv had in a long time Won’t be ordering from here again 🤮

Good service and good quality food

We have been using this kebab shop for years and it was always really nice, lovely moist chicken , fresh salad, but lately it has been over cooked dry chicken, the cabbage is just plain sliced cabbage no seasoning, get orders wrong, turns up late or early, even though I pick a time slot , it seems to been since they have been using just eat and deliveroo, we won't be ordering from here again...

Cant fault the food at all. Unfortunately the women that works on the phone is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Takes down orders wrong, takes down payment details wrong and have been told by numerous people that she heavily drinks on the job hence the problem she has writing down people's orders correctly.

Good size chicken shish wrap for price

Just one thing: since I have moved in the area 16 years ago, if not every week but at least twice a month I am buying food from here. Great kebab, the guys are more like my brothers now, great prices, friendly.

Just received our order and are really disappointed. Have used for many years, but tonight, the meat was like chewing on old leather. It was rock solid, dry and looks very, very unappealing. It was really hard and tasted foul. The chips were like tiny bits that were left over and not nice tasting at all, plus some were brown in colour. We have used these loads over the years, but not again! Two meals thrown away .. 🥺😩

Please do not eat your kebabs from here. They have a general ‘good’ food hygiene rating conducted in 2021 of a 3 out of 5. Recently witnessed rude aggressive behaviour towards staff and customers. During the exceptional weather of 38 degrees, the food delivery was left without refrigeration for 4 hours, outside in the heat which is usual behaviour. The food waste bins are overflowing and are rancid and rotten effecting neighbours and residents nearby. Appreciate many have had an excellent meal from here but seriously consider ordering another meal due to poor food hygiene practices. Reported to food standards agency. Please don’t get sick!

Sadly the last time we will order from here. Loyal customers for 8 + years. They constantly make mistakes with orders which we always just ignore. But today when I made a genuine mistake with my order & called straight away. Lady was rude on phone and passed me over to someone else. Order was changed, but I was charged double and had to pay for the extras twice!! No loyalty.. bye bye Crayford Kebab

We ordered here for years and never complained firstly prices went up making this place more expensive but I always prefer to pay more for something I know, however the lady working there made me change where we order kebab and because of her this place will never see me ordering again. So rude, not helpful and literally hard to understand, so hard to communicate that ended up not ordering and placed an orde elsewhere!!! Crayford Kebab, guys you need to do something about this lady, read the comments, she is the reason you are getting 1 star reviews as this woman doesn't know what customer service is and still not learn what this place sells in order to understand simple request

Never ever in my life, often ordering take aways I have ever had such a hard conversation when trying to place an order. The woman was rude and not helpful, kept on repeating totally different things than what I said, ended up no ordering as could waist any more of my tike trying to place an order when someone doesn't give a s***t and feel like you need to beg them to take your order!

The staff is ok But the chicken doner is awful

Just been on the phone the women couldn't understand me so the 'owner' came on the phone and I told him my bank details and he was repeating them back wrong telling me that I was saying it wrong when I had my card in my hand, spoke to me so rude and told me his not taking my order because they can't understand disgusting attitude!!!!

I ordered a special chicken shish and found a bone in it.....I was told to just pick it out or bring it back but I still wouldn't get a refund. Apparently your supposed to expect bones in a chicken shish. Disgusting customer service from the lady and man even when your a repeat customer.

I used to live in Crayford and used this kebab shop regularly. It is fantastic! Staff are so friendly and food is always amazing. I have moved to Welling yet I still try to use Crayford kebabs when I can as it is, by far, the best kebab shop in the area.

Arrived on time, food was still hot, friendly driver, food well wrapped and presented couldn't say bad thing, always would use them, lady on phone when ordering very polite and friendly too so no complains.

Brought from this kebab shop for years. They made a mistakes on several occasions lately and wouldn't come out to rectify the mistake but we have always gone back as loyal customers but enough is enough. TERRIBLE customer service. Also when you pay with cash the delivery driver short changes you. Chips are clearly re fryed.

Best Kebab shop around and can't be faulted, always used them when I lived in Barnehurst and have since moved to Sidcup, I'm now happy to drive past two kebab shops (Albany and Bexley Grill) to continue using Crayford Kebab. Staff are friendly and food is always top notch. People complaining about order deliveries maybe stop using food apps and go and collect.. you won't be disappointed! (IMO)

I’ve used Crayford kebabs for years and years and it’s always been great food. But I cannot justify eating there anymore due to the prices. It’s outrageous how much they charge now. £4.50 for large frozen chips. I was about to order food for 2 people. 2 kebabs, 2 chips and 2 drinks and the price was pushing £40. When did it start costing nearly £40 for 2 people to have a kebab ??

Having used these most weeks, was so disappointed that we waited for our delivery until the allotted time, when it didn’t arrive, we called to ask where it was & was told they’d call us back, they didn’t, I called again, to be told, by a very angry person on the phone, that our food was delivered already, when questioned he repeatedly shouted, that the kebab was delivered, totally shocked at the aggression & being told that the driver had been asked & told that he’d delivered it, he said the driver was a good guy, so no food & very aggressive treatment, we called again to question where it was left, this time we were told it was handed to someone, so the story had changed within 5 mins, really annoying as service had been ok before, def would never touch or recommend to anyone, no customer service, very defensive rude & aggressive, def would never use again.

Never order here! Not only was my food 2 hours late, The food was no where near the quality I expected and when I rang up the manager was so rude and ignoring everything I told them. Easily Number one for worst food place I've ever ordered from.

ADVOID THIS TAKE AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Over 2 hours late. Every time you call to ask where your food is a rude lady with no customer service skills answers and advises you the food is leaving the shop and will be 15 minutes. In my world 15 minutes is 15 minutes not a hour! Once the order arrived it was wrong! And what was there was cold. Called to complain and basically got told we was at fault and we was lucky to get our food. When we ordered we should of guessed it was going to be a epic fail. Got told off for asking to pay my card. I have ordered from here many times and has gone from bad to worse and now diabolical. Safe to say I and everyone I can tell will not be going there ever again.

Placed an order at 6.30pm and one hour later called the place and ask when will be delivered. After confirming it will be delivered in 15 minutes, called the place again after 40 minutes and the lady answering the call was not able to tell when the food will reach the destination. I offered to go and collect it myself but the staff was not even able to tell me if the food left the restaurdnt. It came after 2 hours cold. Will not order food from here again. Terrible experience.

Love this place always fresh and exactly how we want it. Salad separate for kids. Owners are lovely people. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for many years. The food is always fantastic and staff always friendly and up for a laugh. This is probably one of the best kebab houses in the area.

Used to be one of the best and friendliest around but seeing their overpriced and exploitative nature from the likes of ubereats has made me hate this place.

So my wife was really hungry and this was the only best kebab shop I could see there .We were really confused what to order so we went for chicken doner kebab meal .It was £7.70 for medium chicken doner with chips and drink .food was really tasty but I would say value for money is not so great or maybe because I'm from East London we have cheaper food and portions are massive compared to Crawford kebab.The chicken doner was really tasty with all salad and sauces .Chips were good too except I forgot to add sauces on them.Staff is very kind and polite.Over all I would recommend to others👍

Absolutely gorgeous been using this shop for 11 years, foods always cooked exactly the way you ask for it to be, lovely staff.

The only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because of kebab meat. We used to use this as a regular takeaway but I think they changed meat cos everytime I bought kebab meat it tasted funny and made me sick, apart from that burgers are yummy and everything else is yummy

Moved into the Crayford area recently. Tried a few of the many take away shops. I was most impressed with this one. Portion sizes and quality of food was very good. Have been many times now and yet to come across anything for me to make a complaint. What also got me was that the staff were very pleasant, especially the young fella with the black t-shirt, which is not always the case in these sorts of establishments. I will not go anywhere else.

Food is hit and miss, use to get the chicken donor but recently found it fatty and gristly. But then there are times it's amazing. The woman who takes the calls is normally rude and hard work.

Pretty average and not cheap for what you get. To be honest all the kebab shops in crayford are very much on the average side in comparison to best kebab ye in Welling. I quite often drive there for a decent kebab. Shame really as most people have a kebab after coming out of the pub so no chance of a decent one if you're drinking in Crayford unfortunately

I wanted to post a review as I was looking for a good kebab shop in Crayford and this one had excellent reviews until the last one.I thought, after reading the negative review maybe that maybe the food had gone down hill, but I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed.I had a chicken shish with salad and small chips...the portion sizes were BIG! There was lots of chicken and so many chips...way to many just for me! The chicken was a little greasier than I like, but, in general the food was good and the service excellent.I called ahead to pre-order my food and the staff were friendly and welcoming when I collected it.I will definitely go back to this kebab shop.

If you have good taste buds, please avoid at all costs! Ignore all good reviews (don’t know what crap they are used to eating, but it must be close to dog food!) Kebab meat was awful and salad was the most abysmal I’ve ever seen! If you want a good kebab please go to Britannia Grill further down the road, always packed with so many regulars. We thought we would try somewhere new, why, I don’t know, maybe we were getting greedy and that’s what happens!

Fantastic food, fantastic service

Great service and really friendly stuff. Unfortunately the quality of the meat is pretty poor and i found bone in the burger moree then once! This resulted in over £1000 worth of dental work which was a complete nightmare. I would avoid at all costs as its simply not worth it!!!
