Chicken was dry, no sauce, had to pay extra for sauce. Portion is reduced compared to last few orders.

Delivery time getting pushed back constantly. Food arrived nearly an hour and a half after ordering and it was freezing cold. Food wasn't even edible. Went straight in the bin.

According to the map, we were the second delivery and the food was not very hot.

Sent uncooked chips that were cold, rolls wet . Called to complain was told no drivers available to deliver cooked ones and the oil was not hot enough. That's the last time they ever get our business.

Always a pleasure when visiting this restaurant. Everybody is friendly and so welcoming! Even if the food wasn’t as delicious as it is I’d strongly consider going for the environment as well. Reasonably priced, great tasting and no request is ever an issue. I’ll definitely visit again… Probably tomorrow! 😉

kofte kebab regular with pitta bread for £10 not worthy

6th time in ordering from best kebab ye & as always the Doner Wrap & chips were cooked perfectly, thin cut doner meat, with freshly cooked chips... The only thing i would like to see is options for specific salad & to add the option for sauces, all you can select is all salad or no salad, also no option for any sauces or salt.

Absolutely lovely kebabs it's a nice treat for me and my family.

Cold, burger fallen out of box in the bag

I have ordered chips in pitta and salad in pitta, however, I have received two portions of chips in pitta. The food bag must have been a little bit shaken, burger meat was coming out of its box and came 30 min late from placed order time. Despite all that, food was freshly prepared and as always - very yummy.

Didn’t get the chips I ordered and got a load of cold, rubbery meat dumped onto a pitta bread. Chilli sauce wasn’t even sauce. Wouldn’t even give it to my dog. £16 in the bin and didn’t even get a decent kebab. Save your money and disappointment and go to Harry’s.

haven't had a kebab in ages so decided to order from here for the family and I'm glad to say it didn't disappoint. food was lovely and plenty of it. will be my regular from now on

Excellent Doner Kebab Wrap and Chips, fresh salad too. 10/10. Delivery was super fast as well. Everything was fresh and hot. The meat was cut perfectly and the chips were really nice. Please don't change anything best kebab ye. The only thing I would of liked is a cold drink and not warm, but the food was perfect.

I am incredibly disappointed with the discrimination and service I received at (Kebab Ye Express). To start with, the staff were incredibly unwelcoming- it took them 5 minutes to realise they had customers in the shop. We had still not been seen when my friend had blowed his nose (into a tissue and far away from the food counter) as he has severe allergies including hayfever and was then rudely told to ask him to leave the shop by Ibrahim. I do not feel this is fair to ask a customer as one there was no other customers in the shop and two it was far from the food counter. one worker then took our order whilst the other continued to verbally abuse us in a discriminatory manner which lead us to ask for a refund. Overall this place has horrendous customer service and we were not able to get food for our elderly grandmother.

The doner meat I had tonight was like boiled hunks of lamb, no char or flavour at all. Shame really, it's an expensive meal when you can only eat the chips and salad.

This is the place I usually go to whenever I fancy a kebab and the standard is usually absolutely incredible! Great food, lovely people, quick delivery and consistently delicious. However when my food arrived today, it wasn't quite what I ordered. I ordered thr meat and chips combo with a large pot of glass sauce. I instead got the chicken wings with chips and the garlic sauce already poured on... I didn't call them to ask for my cottect order, but I'm hoping next time it will be correct!

Foods a little pricey however the quality of the food is worth it

We had a kebab from this place before and we know they’re good at what they do. But this time, the food was inedible. It was very cold and very dry. Due to the extended delivery time. Looking on the map, we saw that the delivery driver went to numerous other houses before us. It would be nice to know before we order that the food stays with the driver for over 25 minutes. That way we can choose whether we want it or not.

This driver was rude, I live 5 mins from this restaurant this driver went to another address over a mile and a half away and took 25 mins to deliver my food. I had contacted the restaurant who confirmed the time they had given the food to the driver - food cold, driver couldn’t care less told me to use app and get a refund! Even- acknowledging food was cold doesn’t care out on a lovely drive with his wife in the car !! Needs sacking totally incompetent with no customer care skills

Popped here late one night to pick up a kebab. I placed my order of chicken shish and chips but the guy never heard me say chips. The chicken kebab was nice but there was no chips, I was in a rush and couldn’t wait and it probably was a blessing tbh. Note I wasn’t charged for the chips so it was fine

One of the people in the shop is extremely rude and aggressive. He does not know how to talk. Extremely disappointed. Quality food can be found anywhere but Service matters the most.
