Fab food, freshly cooked meat and good salad selection, has been going to them for years, didn't realise they were now on Just Eat, now order from them everytime 👍

Cold, burger fallen out of box in the bag

I have ordered chips in pitta and salad in pitta, however, I have received two portions of chips in pitta. The food bag must have been a little bit shaken, burger meat was coming out of its box and came 30 min late from placed order time. Despite all that, food was freshly prepared and as always - very yummy.

Didn’t get the chips I ordered and got a load of cold, rubbery meat dumped onto a pitta bread. Chilli sauce wasn’t even sauce. Wouldn’t even give it to my dog. £16 in the bin and didn’t even get a decent kebab. Save your money and disappointment and go to Harry’s.

haven't had a kebab in ages so decided to order from here for the family and I'm glad to say it didn't disappoint. food was lovely and plenty of it. will be my regular from now on

Excellent Doner Kebab Wrap and Chips, fresh salad too. 10/10. Delivery was super fast as well. Everything was fresh and hot. The meat was cut perfectly and the chips were really nice. Please don't change anything best kebab ye. The only thing I would of liked is a cold drink and not warm, but the food was perfect.

I am incredibly disappointed with the discrimination and service I received at (Kebab Ye Express). To start with, the staff were incredibly unwelcoming- it took them 5 minutes to realise they had customers in the shop. We had still not been seen when my friend had blowed his nose (into a tissue and far away from the food counter) as he has severe allergies including hayfever and was then rudely told to ask him to leave the shop by Ibrahim. I do not feel this is fair to ask a customer as one there was no other customers in the shop and two it was far from the food counter. one worker then took our order whilst the other continued to verbally abuse us in a discriminatory manner which lead us to ask for a refund. Overall this place has horrendous customer service and we were not able to get food for our elderly grandmother.

The doner meat I had tonight was like boiled hunks of lamb, no char or flavour at all. Shame really, it's an expensive meal when you can only eat the chips and salad.

Good but bad as they advertise free WiFi but refuse to give password, false advertising I know uber runs on WiFi so they have to have it Food is OK They should take down the free WiFi sign if they claim not to have it

It says they have free WiFi but when me and my friend asked they said they didn't know the password so they shouldn't advise it

This is the place I usually go to whenever I fancy a kebab and the standard is usually absolutely incredible! Great food, lovely people, quick delivery and consistently delicious. However when my food arrived today, it wasn't quite what I ordered. I ordered thr meat and chips combo with a large pot of glass sauce. I instead got the chicken wings with chips and the garlic sauce already poured on... I didn't call them to ask for my cottect order, but I'm hoping next time it will be correct!

Foods a little pricey however the quality of the food is worth it

Excellent food arrived nice and hot very very large portions

We had a kebab from this place before and we know they’re good at what they do. But this time, the food was inedible. It was very cold and very dry. Due to the extended delivery time. Looking on the map, we saw that the delivery driver went to numerous other houses before us. It would be nice to know before we order that the food stays with the driver for over 25 minutes. That way we can choose whether we want it or not.

This driver was rude, I live 5 mins from this restaurant this driver went to another address over a mile and a half away and took 25 mins to deliver my food. I had contacted the restaurant who confirmed the time they had given the food to the driver - food cold, driver couldn’t care less told me to use app and get a refund! Even- acknowledging food was cold doesn’t care out on a lovely drive with his wife in the car !! Needs sacking totally incompetent with no customer care skills

Popped here late one night to pick up a kebab. I placed my order of chicken shish and chips but the guy never heard me say chips. The chicken kebab was nice but there was no chips, I was in a rush and couldn’t wait and it probably was a blessing tbh. Note I wasn’t charged for the chips so it was fine

One of the people in the shop is extremely rude and aggressive. He does not know how to talk. Extremely disappointed. Quality food can be found anywhere but Service matters the most.

I have to share a story of this place from a couple of days ago, just because of how fantastic they were. I had ordered a few wraps whilst on the way home through JustEat. We were driving past as it looked like the order would be delayed. The staff were super helpful in helping to contact JustEat in order to get the driver cancelled so that we could pick it up. The falafel wraps were huge fantastic, and the halloumi delicious. We will definitely be coming back. The food and service were all great!

This is our favourite kebab shop in the area, hands down!! The portions are worth the money and the food is always fresh and delicious! We normally always order for collection, however we had it delivered this evening and we had the happiest delivery driver - Carlos, who had the biggest smile on his face so just want to say thank you for the amazing service!

Kebab had more grease than a can of WD40 . Not good at all if you want food

Kebab was OK but nothing special. They don't take card payments though which is very surprising in this day and age. Won't use it again for that reason.

Lovely delivery guy but the food was late and very cold. I had to heat it in the microwave which ruins a kebab and the chilli sauce had no flavour or... heat. Very disappointed.

Couldn't taste much of the flavours this time around, the food temperature went down quickly this time but think the flavours were because my taste buds went numb because I've come down with a cold so not necessarily a problem with the restaurant will order again in future thanks !

Excellent service accompanied by fantastic tasting food. We usually order the lamb doner and lamb/chicken shish. Unlike other small kebab shops, most doners are ready made. This one is prepared in house which explains the difference in taste. The lamb and chicken shish are both succulent and well cooked. The chef usually butterflies the pieces towards the end which gives a greater taste and is evenly cooked. Fries are crispy and tasty. They have chosen a brand which works really well. It's not stodgy and full of flavour. The shop is clean and well maintained. Tables and chairs are clean so you can feel comfortable eating there without worrying about sticky table or left over food from the previous customer. The team is friendly and welcoming. Orders are also processed very quickly. Overall very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Very tasty, although pitta bread combo kebab I ordered came in I wish wasn't used to soak juices and the info was included for that Will order again I'm very impressed with flavours and taste and quality overall

Food turned up cold and soggy the driver made a delivery in falcon wood then bexley making a 5min drive into 20min which the food turned up in a blue freezer bag wet from steam being in a bag for 20min. Usualy this kabab shop is good left down by bad delivery.

The food is just average and definitely not the best. It is very disappointing that, as a whole, the Anatolian cuisine in SE London is very average at best. The shop is very cold in appearance and feel. Uber prices and promo codes make it better value than some.

The food and the staff is what really bring this place together! I’ve been coming to this place since I was around 5. One of the best I have ever had it is not only tasty but cheap. The staff are very professional and take pride in their job. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
