Went for a Chinese chicken sandwich with coleslaw and salad it was really nice and yummy it was fresh everything

I ordered two ham salad baps. One white , one brown. I also ordered the two cream doughnuts that were in the cabinet in the window. It cost £11.60. The two girls in the shop didn’t even know what cake was what. A lady came in just behind me and asked for cream slices, they didn’t have a clue what they were either. We got back home and ate the baps and they were nice and fresh. The doughnuts were like two bricks and the cream was just like rubber( no kidding). I rang and left the girls a message to say how disgusting they were. I also promised a review which I am doing now. For the price we paid you would expect ALL the food to be edible .

Everything we have had here has been lovely recently tried the cakes and they are gorgeous also staff are friendly and helpful x

I’ve been here today and they are back under their old management! My bap was delicious bbq chicken and fresh salad, no complaints at all, will definitely be returning, welcome back Anita!

I was only person in the shop 8am and had to wait to be served because the two girls were stood in the back in full view having a chat.

Had a cheese & spring onion bap and in all my years I’ve never seen a bap with such little filling on it. This place used to be good. Other sandwich shops have opened nearby and it’s no wonder they can’t compete.

Came here last week, asked for 4 ham salads, made absolutely amazing, so tasty, young girl who served me, was so pleasant and nice, I believed she had ginger hair, made great chat and smiled, recommend to come here, lovely place!

Let me start by saying the food was fine, it was the service that was awful. I ordered a brown roll, no butter with turkey and sweetcorn-extra sweetcorn- with lettuce tomato and salad cream. I was asked to repeat myself over and over again: Was it a white roll? Would you like mayo? Did you want any salad? Eventually after stopping her from putting cucumber on it and reminding her about the salad cream for a third time I asked her not to forget the sweetcorn, only to be told she didn't have any. It was one of the first things I ordered. Had I known there was no sweetcorn I'd have ordered tuno mayo but by now I had a turkey bap and my colleague - who's three rolls had been made in the time I had one- was about to leave so I paid for what I had and picked up a tin of sweetcorn on my way back to work. Turns out I needed to buy salad cream and lettuce too because neither were sufficient to cover even half the bread. They turkey was fresh though.

Well I visited today (14th July) ordered 2 prawn baps well to my disgust on returning home one of them was basically thrown in the bag the bap was Falling apart it was disgusting wont be visiting there again customer service was rubbish as I have an allergy I asked her to change her gloves I had to explain 4 times for her to do this

Called in here as heard was nice place to get a sandwich how wrong was I was standing in the queue waiting to be served a girl comes threw from the back and asked the person behind me what they wanted I said I was here first the look she gave me was disgusting need to have a word also another girl was leaning on counter talking to someone not the way to run a sandwich shop and I will deffo no longer go here and will tell my friends and family as well got a new place now and sandwiches much nicer

ordered A chicken and stuffing sandwich today twice and the stuffing was powdery and hard and tasty funny and clearly hadnt been made properly, this has happened a few times now and needs addressing, normally quite good but the standards have dropped

I have been going to cramers for years and the sandwiches have always been great. I was in there today getting a sandwich and i noticed that the young girl serving the 2 men behind me was only wearing one glove, she proceeded to wipe her nose with the ungloved hand while halfway through making the sandwiches. Had it been me she was serving i would have definitely been asking for them to be made again... The girl serving me was wearing gloves on both hands, surely this should be standard procedure when handling someone else's food, and if not then she should have washed her hands begore returning to the sandwiches. Made me feel a bit ill thinking about it. Maybe the management should focus on making sure the staff are properly trained and operating in accordance with that training.

Visited here for many years and still visit most days during the week as really good sandwiches. However ive recently noticed staff seem to come and go and seem to be young girls herewhich isnt an issue but noticing more and more each time i visit that mainly the newish staff seem to make your butty wearing only ine glove and notice they handlethe bread with hand not gloved. Why wear one glove instead of wearing two. This is a very bad hygiene issue and im only putting this as hoping the management or owner will bring this to light as glovesn both hands should be worn whilst handling somebody elses food. Hopefully this big issue will be brought to light and rectified as this has never been an issue here before and have visited here for 20 years.

Had a sandwich while back and keep going when am in the area, best sandwich with lovely staff and reasonable prices, definitely recommend it....

When i am in Rhyl and hungry i go here the sandwiches are all made to order and there is a wide variety and all is excellent. The staff are always very nice and the food best place for a buttie in north Wales.

Visited yesterday for 2 baps ham salad and crab salad. Lovely and fresh and as a chef myself was very happy with my order. Clean environment and lovely service.

Having visited your shop on Thursday I was served by a very nice lady to whom I found very pleasant I got what I asked for which was made in front of me lovely hotel drinks when I was leaving I asked her name she replied it's sharon .thank you sharon I said see you again soon you deserve a pay rise for all the hard work you have done many thanks .

The Cramers Sandwich Bar is the best place to get a sandwich that is tasty, healthy and priced well. There is a lot of "cardboard sandwiches" that are around that do not really do anything for you on your dinner, they are a necessary eat...

Freshly made in front of you. Lovely choice, staff where glove to handle money - separate from making sandwich. Hygienic and also do meal deals. No place to eat in.. Baps are big and tasty - good value.

Went here 1 o'clock for some dinner but was absolutely shocked how little there was to choose from , I did ask was there anything else as the menu on the wall is huge but unless I wanted 3 different types of chicken , ham or corned beef then that was it which for my vegetarian wife it was a salad bap but no they didn't even have lettuce??? So went home and had toast gutted as usually Cramer's is lovely but in future if its after 10 in the morning when I fancy my dinner I will go pound bakery

made to order, reasonable price, friendly staff, nice tasting, would highly recomend the cheesy tuna mix

Don't go into Rhyl very often but when I do I have to visit here for a freshly made muffin or sandwich. They offer a vast amount of delicious fillings and sometimes hard to choose what to have. I do love the roast chicken and salad on a muffin though. They also offer meal deals which are great value for money.Staff are pleasant and service is pretty quick considering the amount of customers that can be in there at any one time and ordering in bulk too.Definitely recommend here for a bite to eat.

I visit here often and every bap/baguette/pastie is always tasty and enjoyable. Staff are friendly also. The place is clean and the menu has lots of selections.

Good value sandwich, tuna, ham etc with basic salad. However service is slow and on this day we didn't receive the friendly staff as others have stated.

So i was feeling hungry i was bored of the cafe's Fast food chains so i said to myself lets give it a try,So i had a chinese chicken bap i could not complain, Will be coming back worth coming to..

Lovely muffins from here especially the chinese chicken!! Although I think the staff may need a bit of training in hygiene! ! When you have a member of staff saying how sick shes feeling as shes making your sandwich is quite offputting!! Also taking gloves off to touch their hair and wipe their nose on the back of their hand is not right at all!! I cant fault the food at all just a little bit of training would be great!!

This has just got to be the very best take away sandwich shop in Rhyl. Great choice, lovely fresh salad produce, the barm cakes are huge!! Staff are always pleasant and very helpful, and let me also point out that they sell a mouth watering range of hot savoury products (my favourite is the Cornish Pastie!) Breakfast baps too!! Great place, great choice!!

You won't get a better muffin in Rhyl. End of. Most muffins are currently priced around £2.40 and there is a good variety of flavoured chicken ready mixed for speed along with a selection of fresh sald. My personal favourite is cajun chicken. I've yet to see any of the staff crack a smile but so long as they keep serving up delicious food I don't care too much.

I like this sandwich bar it one of my regular place to go the bap's are a good size and you get a decent portion and is reasonably priced.
