Cove in Manchester

Went onna Saturday evening decent music and drinks. Only downside is the size of the place espcially if you want to dance . Also doors or windows not open when place is rammed. Even asked doorstaff can we keep the door open and he said no.

I would avoid it if you were looking for a good day/ evening out. Food overpriced for what you receive. You have to wait for up to 1 & half to two hours for food, which I think is unacceptable, and wouldn't say it was worth the wait. The table service from one of the servers wasn't great. She had a bad attitude. The only good thing about the place is good music.

A Friday nights visit was fab great staff&like minded people enjoying life&tunes ;I most definetly would Recommend 🍽🧋🥤🥂🍾🥂 🎶

I’ve been here a few times, it’s always a good vibe! Food and music is on point. Cocktails are strong enough to keep you dancing all night! 💪🏾 staff are always friendly. My local go to for a quick Tun up with the girls 🙌🏾

ABSOLUTELY BLOOMING AMAZING!! I came here with a few friends for my birthday a few days ago, and it was a wonderful experience. The food service was quick and the food was DELISH, swith the catering staff/waitresses/waiters treating us with the utmost respect! The toilets were clean and I d due to the cleanliness; no, the bathrooms looked freshly cleaned even after a busy evening. Drinks were quickly served and not overpriced like at other local bars. At one point we ran into the manager, Saskia, and how amazing she was! A lovely woman, really, and she had us all crying-laughing due to her wonderful humour. We also noticed her at other tables making sure that other customers were okay. Not overpriced at all, and a 100/10 experience! Hoping to spend my 25th birthday here, as the 24th was made spectacular due to the staff and food.

Wouldn’t take my worst enemy here Possibly the worst service going, an hour wait on food with only two tables, and when it did arrive it wasn’t even the right order and half of us ate before the others even saw theirs. The toilets weren’t finished and had no locks, the walls were still drying from being painted Staff had no idea what was happening, no menus to offer and thought it was our responsibility to remind them to top up our drinks for a bottomless brunch…Not to mention the food arrived in foil trays in the back of an Uber and we were served with dirty cups! The manger. Laughable. Dismissed everything we said and accused us of lying and patronised us. If we hadn’t pre-paid, these people would’ve never seen my money.

Beautiful place for a few drinks. Was super busy but Saskia still made us few like we’re we’re the only ones there! Please give her the credit she deserves!

Nice little place, nice staff and good beer

Literally one of the best brunches I’ve attended in a long time! Food and drinks looked and tasted amazing, 2 hours of bottomless drinks with a good selection of drinks to choose from, Rum punch was my fav.. The music, vibes and atmosphere were 10/10. I was very impressed with the service especially considering how busy it was, our cups were never empty for long. Can’t wait for the next one!!

Great music! Great vibes! Dj plays bangers till late! Cocktails are lethal too! We’ve also had the food here and it’s gooooood! One stop shop for food, drinks, and an all round too night! Keep it up guys 👊🏼

I love it in Cove…. Definitely the best rum punch in Manchester. Really good music, friendly staff, nice food… nice vibe . What more could you want? I absolutely recommend this venue x

Been to Cove on several occasions always a good vibe staff are very friendly and welcoming the bottomless brunches are fab the food is beautiful and the cocktails are amazing you get a lot for your money worth every penny.

I had the best time at Cove !! The Staff were amazing (Especially Taya & Romario) the food and drinks were amazing and the vibes were even better !! Highly recommend!!!

Picked up a 2good2go on a Friday evening. 1 person behind the bar who was nice enough but didn't know anything about the AP. 1 other person in the place not really a customer. Received 3 chicken wings and a portion of half cooked frozen chips.

Last Friday was my Birthday, I had a great time in Cove. The DJ went all out, family & friends enjoyed the night. The Last Friday of each month, old school.

Bar staff are great! Romario and Aliaghah were fantastic

I have been here on several occasions the vibes is buzzing its cozy and cute the food was very tasty and loved the fact that they were creative with their vegan option. The bar staff are amazing Romario your service .manners energy is second to none I watched you single handedly clear tables take orders and tend to guest my only critique two to 3 staff minimum at all times that way it reduces customer waiting time and will enhance the running of the place. Overall very impressed deffo go again. Shamira Sabrina and another young lady whose name slips me you are amazing thanks for a lovely experience everytime Romario Cocktail King x

Went here yesterday, we ordered some food it was literally incredible, the chicken wings and mac'n'cheese was enough to make me want to go back. We loved the place and the cocktails were amazing.. not forgetting the very friendly staff. Thank you guys x

Promptly responded to request for booking time. 4 of us enjoyed our food . Travis commented best nacho fries he's ever had. Had an amazing time at Cove recently- food was fab, cocktails were amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive- Dionne in particular was brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us even though it was busy- she deserves a payrise! Will definitely be back!

Went for brunch not worth money, waited 45 min was not busy as well, and for come in paper box and plastic fork we left just after food not the best . £ 54 POUND

Thank you Cove for a shocking evening. My booking was for 7pm for 4 people. We planned to celebrate a friends birthday with dinner and drinks. I paid a deposit of £10 per person and £20 for balloons, a cake and shots. At 5:30pm I tried to call to inform them that we may be late. I phoned countless times and even sent a mesaage on instagram and there was no response. We arrived at 7:10pm and there was no table ready for us. The balloons were nowhere to be seen and the shots never materialised. We ordered drinks and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive. We ordered food which came in polystyrene boxes - after a 35 - 45 minute wait. The food tasted okay. We waited 30 mins for 4 more drinks and then we asked for the bill. The barmaid was trying to be helpful in sorting the bill for us but the manager was dismissive. He thought it was appropriate to tell me that the reason the balloons and cake were missing was because of the staff members I'd spoken to. If Romario and Sabrina are real people then your manager says... its your fault. When we finally came to an agreement to take the £20 off the bill, we paid by card but couldn't get a paper receipt because: "we dont do those". So go to Cove if you wish to be ignored if you phone, sit at dirty tables, wait 30 minutes for drinks and eat food from Deliveroo. Just go to Island Vibe or the Drop and call it a day.

Cocktails are two for one well worth Money.staff lovley.would recommend Aruba passion.which my friend had.I had The Trinidad sidecar.

Had 2 for 1 cocktails lovely bar.staff very attentive would highly recommend 😁
