Courtyard Cafe Dalby Forest in Ryedale

Lovely food cooked fresh and hot. Very friendly staff in this lovely family run pub. My family go here regular and have tried most things on menu with no faults. Everything has been nice that we've had

shocking food not enough to feed a small child and cost us £30 avoid this place the cheesecake was srill frozen

The food we had was truly awful. We had the 2 steak deal. The sirloin was the worst we've ever had. Cooked correctly but really chewy and tough. The salmon dish looked like it had been reheated, it was dry and stringy. We ordered dessert. The 2 crumbles we had were again awful. The fruit looked like it was from a tin and barely warm. The crumble was out of a packet, the waitress even confirmed this. It was raw, unheated, and hadn't seen an oven. To compound this, they had run a blow torch over the top of it so it looked like it was crispy. Unfortunately this burnt the crumble and that's all we could taste, burnt crumble. Avoid this place.

Me and partner got recommended here and the food was amazing. So much flavour. We have been to many Thai restaurants before but this one is the best. Our only critique is we wish the music was more appropriate for its settings.

Harry is the shining star at this restaurant, he’s so lovely and easy going, the food is immaculate and full of flavour, by far my favourite Chinese to go. So friendly and welcoming
