Great food for a great price. The scones are to die for! A little smaller than they used to be, but still amazing 👏. They have got new tables and chairs which are much more comfortable than the old ones. Every thing is made fresh every morning so you know its going to be 😋 yummy. Well worth going to if your visiting Strathaven. 😉

Fantastic 'homemade' hot and cold food with a wide choice and special menus every day. (try the 3-egg cheese and ham omelet with 'real' cooked ham accompanied by a salad - especially good if you're avoiding gluten - and are hungry!) Very efficient and friendly servers (which is quite impressive given how busy the place can be sometimes) One of my favourite places in Strathaven.

We've always enjoyed coming to this cafe near our Bets on the outskirts of Strathaven. As all cafes it was shut during lockdown. It reopened a couple of weeks ago and it is the best coffee shop we've been into since the new normal began. The reception is well marked as is the one way system. Masks are worn at all times, now compulsory anyway. Staff are friendly, kindly and helpful. There are perspex screens between the well spaced tables and the cleanliness is exemplary. The food is tasty and there is a good variety of foods for lunch at reasonable prices. The home baking and tray bakes are very well received

I visited Country Bake Coffee Shop today with my sister & nephew and feel I must write a review regarding my visit. I felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe as they have only just re-opened their coffee shop for the sit-in menu this week. They served the most delicious caramel latte & tasty home-made baking - the jammie dodger traybake is highly recommended. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Visited centre with friends today and decided to have some coffee and cake in the cafe.The centre has a wide selection of clothes and gifts for sale.Also a wide selection of pet care items and food.Everything is very reasonably priced.The coffee and home baking was delicious and also very reasonably priced.Would definitely recommend a visit.

Taken to CBBs by friend. Strathaven new to me, was charmed by this out of town establishment with its coffee shop and clothes outlet.Soup and wrap really good, great selection of naughties for the expanding waistline.Staff, warm, friendly, not pushy just natural.Return visit on the cards.

Tasty food with great quality and a really good service too breakfast is still the best time to go but you won't care.

A first class coffee shop with excellent food which is also great value for money. The home baking is to die for - especially the apple tart, scones, tray bakes and bridal slices to name but a few. The staff are attentive, well trained and helpful. The owner also provides outside catering for any type of function which I can also recommend. This place is always busy which is not surprising. Well worth a visit - you will not be disappointed.

A first time visit for us despite the shop being open for some time and we only live a mile or so away. We were not disappointed by our visit the food and service were very good and reasonably prices. The food is traditional Scottish fare but well cooked and presented. The shop and café are in a agricultural / rural centre that services the local farming businesses so the car park may have the odd tractor or agricultural machine in it.

Top quality meat for a roll on sausage plus tatti scone always good food and great service would recommend

Situated in the Town and Country Store, off the main Strathaven Road next to the NFU offices is this lovely cafe. We only had a coffee and a cake and it was lovely. They do a wide selection of hot and cold food and we will certainly be back to try some later. The shop seems to cater for the country life and was nice to browse.

Really reasonably priced food in a very country setting. Service delightful with very friendly staff. Very busy at lunchtime. Had a lasagne which was quite good. No credit cards taken. Proprietor was helpful.
