Ten cuidado de que toda la cochera sea privada, soy titular de una placa azul estacionada en la bahía de discapacitados, placa en la ventana, tuve una multa por no mostrar mi tarjeta de la manera que querían, al revés. Bien 50 libras, soy un usuario de silla de ruedas, necesito el inodoro gravemente IBS. NO VUELVAS A COMPRAR ALLÍ

Just a note to 'less able bodied persons", that after doing some shopping at the Coventry Costco, a member of staff' John', kindly helped myself pushing the trolly to the exit, and to my car , also helped load up the boot too. Wishing all staff, especially John, for his help, it was gratefully received. It put faith that there are people out there, to help ease the shopping experience. Thanks Costco

Visited Costco in Coventry today. I have not been before and therefore both my partner and I signed up. When we arrived we asked for a wheelchair as my partner has an injury resulting in him using crutches. The staff on the doors got us one. Sadly, all of the trollies for wheelchair users had been taken and I was stuck as I was unable to push both a trolly and my partner. We explained our concerns to the door staff and Ray offered his assistance by coming round the store with us and helping by pushing the trolley. This was a huge help as A) we had never been there before and he acted like a bit of a tour guide and B) it was a huge help as we were unable to shop otherwise. He didn’t have to do this but it was super kind for him to offer and the continue to help throughout our lengthy shop. Ray was extremely kind and polite throughout, so this review is purely based on our experience with Ray today and was 10/10 - so massive thank you to Ray! Not only did he stop helping when we paid for our shopping, he also helped us to the car and helped pack the car. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, we really appreciate everything you did today! #EmployeeOfTheMonth

Visited on Saturday queue to get in ridiculous, you do the right thing and queue in inside lane to get in store. Only to be overtaken by selfish idiots cutting in, 20 mins to get in the car park, because of petrol station, they need to do something about it like a separate entrance for petrol, puts you of going. Shame store and food good inside

I have been a committed Costco shopper ever since they opened their Coventry Store. However, I have twice been let down by their so called buffet food order service. The first time my order got lost - their rather haphazard ‘post a piece of paper in a slot in a cardboard box’ system did not work for me or for several friends who reported the same issue. You now order online be get a receipt and order number. I ordered food to be collected at 12.00 (the earliest allowed) and arrived at 12.00. I was told it would be ready in five minutes and that I had to go to the bakery (I was at the deli) to collect the cake bar I had ordered. I went there, spoke to three separate people, none of whom seemed to know anything about it. At this point I was getting stressed - the food was for the wake after my mother’s funeral that afternoon. I told them to forget the cake bar and picked up a cheesecake from the chiller cabinet. Back at the deli my sandwich order was still not ready. Five minutes and it was - then up came a young man with the pork pie and asked when I wanted to eat it. Apparently they hadn’t noticed it on the order form and it was still frozen solid. As I finally headed out I asked how I could register a comment / complaint. I hastily wrote my name and phone number with a quick comment on the paper provided. The next day I emailed the Customer Service dept and the immediate reply was that they are not using email at the moment. So I printed out my email and posted it to Coventry Costco. They should have received it round about the 10th May and have not even had an acknowledgment. To me a food order means I collect it all from one place - and that people take notice of my email receipt and order number. Mistakes do happen but this is just not satisfactory.

Recently visited and I have to comment on how helpful the staff were. They fulfilled my need for toilet rolls as I couldn’t get them anywhere in lockdown! Considering how busy they were, staff were in good spirits!

Costco is the best! Torrington Avenue is a great location, lovely area in the heart of Tile Hill. The best track suits selection. Disappointed there were no tastings (best thing about Costco) but still a very enjoyable visit! Looking forward to my next visit.

Second visit to this café and it didn’t disappoint. Simple food at a cracking price. Yes the surrounding ambiance leaves a lot to be desired, but you get what you pay for and this is a great value eatery.

My son badgered me to try the cafe at Costco ... a simple affair with a limited menu but the choices it does have are smashing. Hot dog, Sheppard's pie, pizza etc. All are great value and all are a huge plate of food which really fills you up ... they don't skimp on portion size. Go try it and do you bulk shopping at the same time!

The village cafe offer so much, be it breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. The staff are excellent and friendly, service is first class. Our visits here started as a once a week meeting now our friends meet us here, only today we went to another cafe and they requested we meet next week at the Village Cafe, it’s a place loved by all. Well done to Charlotte and her team, keep up the good work 😊

Food was some of the best Mexican I've ever had, so it's worth a visit *** Second visit!*** This time was a disappointment, we arrived at an extremely busy restaurant, staff were very friendly but clearly under pressure. We waited 25 mins for anyone to take a drinks order but didn't mind as we could see how busy it was. Starters arrived and the food was delicious, again the staff was very friendly and nice. We ordered more drinks, and there was a large gap before the mains arrived, but again, it was not a problem, and the restaurant was starting to quieten down. Towards the end of our mains, the staff approached and informed us they needed our table back and could they bring the bill. They were friendly but explained they had a table of 16 arriving. The bill arrived immediately, and 3 members of staff stood at our table and basically walked us out of the restaurant. We would have been finished and gone 30 mins beforehand, had there not been so many delays on the restaurants behalf. It ruined our experience and having rated this restaurant so highly previously it's disappointing to have to leave a bad review for the second visit but we've never been treated like this before and for the delays to be on fault of the restaurant I feel it unacceptable. Throughout the whole experience, the staff were very nice and polite, but it did really feel like we were escorted off the premises before we had finished. The food was still good and the drink delicious.
