Costa Coffee Northwich Retail Park in Cheshire West and Chester

Lovely staff who were most helpful as we have had no power at home for 24hrs. Made us feel very welcome despite being in for over an hour x

Everything was amazing, but when it was closing time, they kicked me and my aunt out.

Easy access,this modern Costa outlets beats most fot it's smart design and open aspect. The location is good too, plenty of parking available around the location.

The toasties deal looked good value but the toastie was very bland and the coffee was warm. Couldn't be bothered complaining as I had my 3 year grandson with me and he refused to eat the toastie. The staff were not very friendly and when I asked if they do anything for kids the reply was no.

Great service and good decor.And a good choice of food to pick from.

Unfortunately food was cold by the time it got here, also sent the incorrect food which I am allergic to. Really unimpressed :(

Clean cafe, well stock with sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, salad option pots, yoghurts, porridge pots etc. Coffee tasted great, but disappointed with the ever increasing prices.

Normal good quality for Costa. Lately delivery times haven’t been great and food turns up cold.

Everything is delicious but trying to drink a bubble drink without a straw is not a very good experience - small details but such an annoying experience and there is always something :(

Good place to sit and do some work while waiting on your vehicle repair. Big space with a good selection of sandwiches and pastries. The coffee is great. Really great service, friendly and happy.

Try drinking bubbles with a tiny straw - good luck! I will not order from this place again. Mango leaked everywhere in the bag :(

Had my 1st extra skinny latte. Was really lovely.

Only had a coffee with family but I was impressed by the atmosphere and ambience in the coffee shop.

Standard fare but the cafe was freezing air conditioner unit on cold even after asking the staff to turn it off or change the temperature a lot of customers complaining amongst themselves of the 21 of us in only 2 of us sitting without our coats on will go to the lostock or Tesco one in future

Blonde employee on the till was very insulting and patronising to the lady in front of me who was elderly and then proceeded to roll her eyes to me as she walked off.

Lovely staff, good coffee and bacon sandwiches but the heating had broken so it was very cold

Not the best in town, but still a decent brew.

Stopped here for a coffee when I had an hour to spare. Nice atmosphere, clean and quiet. Set back from other shops on the retail park. Not obvious to most that it's there. A good place if you need to work on your laptop.

Coffee far to strong, couldn't drink it

Hit and miss with the latte, sometimes not very hot. Always too cold in there with the air con on, it doesn't make you want to sit in there for too long

Not my usually Northwich Costa but happened to be in the area and thought I would give it a try. Maybe it was just the time of day, but they only had two staff members on duty. One serving and one doing drinks. So service was a little slow, no fault of the staff. Most people were buying drinks that take a little longer to make. I would go back

Only had a drink on a clean and pleasant atmosphere with very good service from the staff.

Sat shivering, it was so cold. Air con was way to high for most in their who I noticed loads rubbing thier goose bumps to keep warm whilst having coffees. Server was quite abrupt. Won't go back to work thier..

I was charged for a ham and cheese toastie but never got one

Very poor service, waited in a queue and then the serving staff decided to go and clear tables leaving us standing at an empty counter with no one to take our order. Gave it a few minutes then left and went to Costa at Tesco. Got served straight away there.

A little tucked away, but worth getting there.

When I received my order I had the wrong sandwich sent which was a veggie one which was less money than what I paid for! The sausage sandwich the bun was rock hard so these both opted for the bin! My drinks had spilt all over the bag when last time the come with a cover over them! Really unhappy with my service made a complaint and heard nothing back!!

The lid on one of the drinks was not secure so half had spilled in the bag, and one sandwich was missing entirely. 2 orders in a row of random missing items. Really not impressed with this Costa. You need to be better than this

Poor service received waited over 25 minutes for two coffee to takeaway. The lady only apologised for my wait at the end. I could see trays on tables that people had left. I think you need more staff as a matter of urgency. Service was too slow!

Good coffee and service ... But music so loud you cannot even hear your own thoughts, let alone take a call. This is not a good cafe to work remotely in, sadly. Turn it down.

Seemed short staffed and no clean or cleared tables, just needed a member of staff taking 5 mins to clear the pots instead of the customer.

Long queue and short on staff so had a long wait. When we were finally served we were told because of staff shortages only serving drinks in take away cups even if u were dining in. Coffee not the best

Didn’t deliver 2 of the 3 items ordered and the item that was delivered was wrong. This is the second time this has happened as well so probably wouldn’t order using just eat again as the system doesn’t seem to update what’s in stock.

Cost is a dine in or takeaway coffee shop that sells coffee, cold drinks, savoury and sweet foods. They have a good selection of cakes, sandwiches and other pre-made lunch options. Service at this Costa has always been friendly and efficient. There are toilets here which were a little grotty when I was there. Due to eyesight issues I couldn't read the drinks menu which was up on the wall behind the counter. I asked the lady behind the counter for a paper menu that I could hold but was told the didn't have one. I ended up just asking for something caramel and was told about an icey milky caramel drink and just went with that as I felt a nuisance. It would of been nice to be able to look at a paper menu to see what else they had and not feel a nuisance.

Lovely quiet place to have a coffee, chat, something to eat if you wish. Just love the atmosphere so chilled. The staff are friendly and polite.

Normally the people serving on the counter are polite and chatty, food and drink is always correct and nice. There's always lots of tables not cleared so you often have to move dirty trays to get a table which is a shame.

Been to this costa twice now and both times I have been served with my food on the same plate as my husbands. To me this is cross contamination and food shouldn’t be served this way unless stated, also I have allergies which means there are some ingredients which I’m allergic too and this could become a health issue for me. This made my 2nd visit disappointing.

I was served by daisy who gave great customer service and knowledge on the different options of roast and syrups available.

Misplaced order for a short while then didn't get what we ordered. Didn't want to wait to be redone 🤦‍♂️

Much better than the one in Northwich town centre. Smaller queue, better tasting (somehow) and easy to park to grab a coffee.

Ordered cake with my coffee,cake wasn't fresh at all. It was very hard it was meant to be chocolate sponge but it was like stone.. Coffee was great as it normally is at Costa. But want be buying cake again..

Lady who served me was very friendly and super helpful in using the app, made for a very pleasant experience.

Nice little Costa but not in the best location for a view

If you want a Costa in a peace...come here. The one in tesco and town always seem bust and noisy. Where here you can drink and chat with a friend whilst being able to hear each other

Fine coffee and a nice place to sit. I've come in a couple of times when there were only 2 people working the counter during a busy period meaning they had to run back and forth between cash register and coffee machine, hope they are able to hire 1 or 2 extra people for those periods! Otherwise, great place!

No facility for dogs. Can't even order coffee. No issue at Nero trying to do the same.
