Costa Coffee-jubilee campus in Nottingham

Bad customer service at the till flat white coffee tastes as water.

Expensive side but that’s costa the brand the place is nice it’s in a nice environment very good for studying with other uni students staff are nice too!

Chris was warm and friendly. Smiling and having a conversation with every customer. Helping with the drinks and food. It was great to get such a good quality customer care after a long time. Thank you Chris.

Absolutely appalling service. It took 15 minutes to make one drink which was grudgingly delivered to me. Seriously shameful service

Lovely place I often visit the staff are all very friendly

Very happy staff where nothing is a problem. Parking is a short walk away.

It was quite busy but overall staff very polite and drink (tea) was made well. Asked how much milk I wanted which I appreciate. Also had a chocolate cornflake cake which was very nice too.

The beautiful place at the beautiful Jubilee Campus. It was my first visit and what an amazing experience. I had a hot chocolate and bubble tea. What a combination of hot and cold. The place is just awesome. Warm seating inside and some benches outside to make you feel cool. But the benches were all drenched with water. Well it rains all the time here. This place has got lovely snacks and drinks on the menu. Nice to while away your time when you are on a break. Cheers to Costa Coffee, I had a nice time.

This is a nice little Costa tucked away on a university campus. It's busy, so the food sells out quite quickly. No free parking close by, only paid parking on the university site.

Used to be a Starbucks at this location so we went along for a starbucks sunday only to find its changed into a costa. Its clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and we were served quickly.

Excellent service and the cleanest Costa I have been to and I do go to Costa shops a lot. Keep up the good work ✨
