Costa Coffee Ilford 1 in Redbridge

Staff are very helpful BUT everything is dirty. Avoid this place. Just awful. Costa is t cheap but you expect clean and sanitary.

The behaviour of the lady who served me coffee was bad. She didn't give me chance to download my privilege card. She behaved like she wanted to drive me away as quickly as possible, but there were no cusomers in the queue. After downloading my code, I requested that you consider repaying my privilege discount. She acted more roughly than in the previous instance. She could not even serve me the proper coffee. I won't visit this store again.

A Good coffe with briliant people. Really nice and a good staff. They are working hard in a busy day hands up 🙌 for them they deserve 😎

Gabriela is an amazing barista. Such a lovely girl. People buy from people. Coffee is available everywhere however good service is rare these days. Well done

It’s always been a great experience visiting Costa at Ilford exchange. Today the hot chocolate with marshmallows and a lot of cream made by Zainab was excellent and also a 🥭 and Passion Fruit smoothie also made by Zainab was surely delirious it was lovely having a chat with Zainab who served us at the table. Thank you Zainab and thank you Costa
