Poor place, could have given in minus if possible

Rude staff who laughed at my order?? Poor customer service.

I use Elm Park costa everyday as I live in Elm park the Service is getting bad and bad every other day new staff that’s not properly trainee and cause me a daily to work every morning

I have been in the Costa a number of time and before this time it has be great, however this time the Store was not good. Server ignored me fo a couple of minutes then asked me what I wanted which was a black americano which he then put through as white Americano which I said 4 time no a black americano, when I went to get my drink the server was going to put milk in it. The coffee was really bitter, half a cup and the tables were a disgrace with bits of food all over them with no cleaning done. Did not have food but with amount of fruit flys around I don't think I would wany to. usually good but the pair at the counter we poor this time (never seen them before)

I visit this shop every weekdays staff are amazing They make really nice coffee. But Morning girl Luban is best She got always really big smile on her face and she serve really fast.

Very very helpful. customer service is important to him and I really appreciate your help and service. Only 4 stars for store as I have noted before furniture covering could do with a good clean or complete overall/change freshen up otherwise would’ve got 5stars

Fantastic service and coffee from Shahaz, whoever hired this man made an excellent choice

Barista’s were nice and helpful, however I got the wrong drink twice, the toilets were quite dirty and I noticed A LOT of flies hovering around the coffee machines.

Went here to have a coffee and I asked if the manager was here to ask for a job. I really dont understand how a person like him can become a manager, he got no people skills. I asked if they have any vacancies and the first question he asked me was which country I am from. When I said where I am from he stopped listening to me and referred to the door that there informations on how I can apply for a job at Costa Coffee. Very rude. And the shop also needs a good clean.

Service was great, can't really remember if there was any music or any other kind entertainment in the background. The only problem I found was the flies buzzing around. They need to sort that out.

Had to reduce from 4 stars to 3, been in this Costa a number of times usually no problems. Last visit, I said to the lady behind the counter about the amount of fruit like flies fly around the counter area. She didn't seem to care and just ignored the issue. When I sat down all I had was these flies around me whilst I'm trying to eat and drink and landing on the tables etc. Hope this issue has been sorted. It will a while before I return. If this hasn't been dealt with then Environmental Health will be informed with supporting evidence. So sort it out Costa!

Went into Costa to grab a coffee and the manager was standing there doing nothing and I ask for help and just ignored me

Went to Elm Park costa and the manager Shahbaz was very rude. Was on his phone and wasn’t paying attention to people waiting to order.

Lovely service from the staff very happy faces and love environment. The shop is very spacious and has lots of great seating to choose from no.1 go to Costa!!

I have to say, over the last few months the quality of the service, and in some cases the product has deteriorated. This morning when I walked through the door the staff member serving me was stood behind the counter by the till on his phone. I approached the till and he carried on texting on his phone for a good 30-40 seconds without so much as a lift of the head to acknowledge me or an actual greeting. He then finished texting, put his phone into his pocket, picked up the receipt off the counter and started to make the drinks for the person who had ordered in front of me, still without acknowledging that I was there. Whilst he was making the drinks, 3 more people arrived and were in the queue behind me. After about 2-3 minutes he came over greeted me and took my order. I understand that he may have been texting for work reasons, however, it would not have taken a lot of effort to acknowledge me, say good morning and explain that he would have been with me in a few minutes. Customer service can be extremely hard at times, but small things like saying hello and making the customer feel acknowledged and valued goes along way. What I will say is that the coffees he made were perfect and tasted lovely. It’s just such a shame that what once was a very good store for both customer service and quality of product, has taken such a dramatic turn for the worst. Being based in Elm Park, the staff at my pace of work would go to Costa daily if not a couple of times a day for food and coffees. Sadly now this is not the case due to the long wait times, lack of trained and experienced staff, lack of atmosphere and above all else, lack of general care and service for the customers. Such a shame.

The baristas take very long making drinks despite there only being a handful of customers. I have been to many costas and this is by far the slowest. I would recommend the baristas to SPEED UP!!!

I had Order Flat white coffee with panini cheese sandwiches. Food was okay but coffee wasn’t that good manager himself served me coffee but to be honest he got no clue to make a proper flat white. May be management need to give their staff more training to be better at serving a flat white coffee👎

Today after long time I bought a cappuccino for me and me husband and very disappointed,cups was filled with a lot of milk foam to look nice ,when we got home we just had this and taste horrible.

I come to Costa every day wity ny grandaughter for breakfast. I have been very disappointed over thr past 2 months as there is never any bread for toast. I am glad to see a new manager in position. Thanks

I have been coming to costa coffee on Elm Park for a very long time now as my daughter goes to school local so I always meet with friends in the morning for a quick coffee. Place is very friendly and the staff are great always accommodating and very welcoming. Not to add the coffee is great. Keep up the good work girls because with your approach to the customers you always start my day off on a good one x

An amazing experience and service every time I attend this costa. The staff are always smiling and always having a conversation asking "how my day is". A welcoming and warm environment with positive energy from the staff. Patricia who just started has shown such passion and loving and caring experience a pleasure to meeting her. All other staff members who have been there for a long time have created such a lovely bond as being neighbours and having a family business they have all really shown how lovely it is to be part of Elm Park. The staff are lovely, making my usual coffee before I'm even at the till.

I ordered your kit kat range and was informed after placing my order the kir kat had run out, which was part if the reason my kids wanted their drinks. And when I asked the person on duty couldn't care less and her words were it was only an extra and she didn't take my order so what do I want her to do about it. She was very rude. As customers we are asked to be polite l, etc, but what are the expectations from your staff to deliver good service and show some regards?
