Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Rugby

One of the best Costa peach iced teas I’ve ever had, hence it being worth a review! 10/10

Closed when we got there so not 24hr

Poor service and coffee. It’s a shame as It’s so convenient but a waste of money going.

Rude young lady taking order, clearly needing some customer service training!!! If you want an instant order the second a customer pulls up the please move your menu board further back som people do not get rudely spoken to whilst deciding what they would like. On a plus note, the young man service through the hatch was extremely polite and well mannered.

Used this drive thru they other whilst on my way to work. Such a convenient location. The guy that served me was great. He was very friendly and made my coffee just how I like it. Thanks.

Got to the serving desk and Blanka decided to ignore my partner and myself to serve the person behind us. Whilst we were still waiting, she asked one of the other baristas to serve someone else, leaving us still waiting. I had to say that I was next to the poor barista. Not apologise from Blanka. Disgusting!! Rude!! 12 midday Saturday 24th June 2023.

Asked for a Gingerbread Latte and it was probably the best I've had from any Costa so far. So good in fact that was going to return and ask the lady who served me to marry me. And if it was the gentleman who made it then I'll marry him instead. In all seriousness though, it was excellent service all round and a great tasting coffee too.

Drive through - Nice it was open early but coffee wasn't that hot and didn't taste like a latte but staff served with a smile

On numerous occasions now, I have gone 20 minutes before the stated closing time of 8pm, for it to be closed or not taking orders. I see from the reviews this happens regularly. Not acceptable, revise the closing time if you want to do your closing checks before 8pm.

went to get some cold drinks at 7:20 pm, i was told that they were cleaning and could not serve any drinks or food, it’s says they close at 8pm, i don’t understand why they’re cleaning before they close. usually have a good experience with this costa but not today!!!

A whole lot of bs dropped by on a Sunday morning craving for me fav flattie and it's shut, please revise the opening hours, pity I can't give half a star even though it's not worth it 👿

Absolutely useless. No pastries or biscuits, a long wait and then got the coffee order wrong! You would be better off going into the services and getting refreshments.

This is quite a new drive thru Costa and although our service was ok, we were put on edge listening to the barista's sarcasm with the driver before us through the speakers. The driver before us had just driven thru and not ordered before. I don't think he did it on purpose and didn't seem to be demanding service but we couldn't hear them. We could just hear the male Barista being very rude in his manner to the driver, which resulted with the driver leaving. We were served by the female barista but still on edge when waiting for ours. Not great service as neither engaged with us like Costa Barista's normally do, and my friend was hesitant to ask them anything else like if they'd put chocolate sprinkles on, they normally ask the customer!! Made to feel very uncomfortable here.

Quite possibly the worst Costa I’ve been to. We were waiting in the drive thru for a few minutes with no response as to weather they were going to take our order or not. When we did finally have our order taken the drinks were disgusting. Ordered two hot chocolates - both didn’t taste like they had any hot chocolate mix at all bearing in line one was supposed to be a terrys chocolate orange flavour and one of my drinks wasn’t full to the top at all.

Went here around 2 weeks ago and had the worst tasting drinks we've ever had!!! The hot chocolate and latte were completely undrinkable. I'm not even sure what drinks they were supposed to be!!! The woman completely mis-heard/understood our order, she tried to give us vegan alternatives on multiple times despite us trying to tell her we didn't want vegan option. I then ventured back there today and had a similar experience. They need to looking into there drink making skills. I would say that the drinks from the costa express machines are more drinkable that this place. I would suggest if you want a decent costa to go into the moto itself. Don't waste you money in the drive thru. I've had some bad drinks but this is by the far the worst!!

Worst coffee I've ever had. Tried to get a refund a week later and was asked to go to main service station shop. Was offered free coffee but wasn't going to waste more resources. Think staff need more training and the machines cleaned and washed out thoroughly.

I went in for a coffee and all i saw was 4 or 5 flys around the coffee machine.

Good drive through Costa. No option to go in though. And as the lorries drive past you can’t hear the ordering speaker very well. Slightly confusing how to get to the actual Costa as you have to drive around the HGV section, by the petrol. But fine once you know how to get there.

My wife's loves a Costa. However, we have now pulled over at every drive thru Costa on M1 then on to M6 past Rugby and all are closed... yet Google says they are open 24 hours... dissapointing.

Go for it like I did .... Drove through it , Didn't stop for a MILKY COFFEE ...... what ever happened to the COFFEE they used to put in it . Bring the COFFEE back

After a 15 minute wait in the drive-through those four items that were not available at breakfast time. And super slow service. Hardly a quick drive through

Not great drinks but not bad. Disappointed compared to usual Costa - had golden caramel iced latte. Not recommended as tasted of nothing, however the drive thru had ice and was quick - perfect for motorway services.

Ordered coconut latte and just told not sure which one it is. Neither was a coconut latte - very good for people with allergies.

Consistently, incredibly slow. Staff appear to be constantly in training. Doesn't seem big enough/sufficiently well staffed to be viable, as yet. Early days though I guess.

1 as I cant give 0. Nobody spoke on order station to say hold on or be with you in a second, waited 2 minutes, nothing, person behind the same. Got to counter where girl said I should have ordered and went to send us back round again to order at microphone. I asked why nobody spoke at order station just to say hold and she said they were so busy. 3 people working/ 2 of which were standing around and 3 cars in queue? This is busy? Such a shame, new Moto is fantastic. This drive through was really poor. Went to Watford Gap drive through instead, they were great
