This is best Costa I've been in for ages and staff were so friendly and dogs are allowed.

The staff are so kind and sweet the food and drinks are amazing , I recommend chocolate fudge frappe 😋 and you can bring you dog in aswell! So 5/5 stars

Place a bit shabby and very few staff on duty, so quite long wait just for a basic coffee. Premises just need an update and one or two more staff to improve things.

The woman counter, called Kirsty, was arrogant and rude for no apparent reason. I walked in, and she ignored me and went outback, then came back and said “What do you want?” I then started placing my order, but I forgot so I called my boyfriend to find out what he wanted again, and she started huffing and puffing. There was no one behind or in front of me. The phone call took less than 30 seconds of my order time. I told her the order of one large cappuccino with no chocolate and then she said “is that it?” I said “that is all, thank you.” I paid and then asked if I could use the toilet whilst my order was being made, she rolled her eyes and said “yeah, whatever.” This was appalling attitude to experience, whilst just trying to get a coffee. I will not be returning here again.

Lovely café. Always nice vibe. Friendly staff. Helpful and supportive. It's an ideal location for a friend and I so we always use this as our meeting point. Very clean. Very tidy.

The staff on hand were welcoming and kind. One young lady especially interacted so kindly with my son, it was lovely.

The best Costa in the land. Caitlin is the best barista in the land. She is always looking after her customers and helping people like me with the Costa app.

Lovely meeting place just to " chill out ".... good selection of cold and hot drinks.... can be a bit expensive, cause everything has gone up, but hey, it's great to treat yourself sometimes, for that special moment..

Very shabby and understaffed but the hotchoc and coffee was good. Much in need of some care and attention but the limited staff were great

Staff are always really lovely here, though there are never enough serving and for a place that's not very busy, there's always a queue. Coffees are pretty weak, but that's Costa. Nice interior, but a bit cold inside.

The cleanest Costa I have ever been in! A young woman who's name was similar to Karistana? Made the best flat white I have ever tasted in a Costa! Really friendly team.

No bog roll. Yes that's right. Someone else used it all. Imagine my shock horror after drinking a massive coffee, knowing what would happen next. To find. After my bowels open that I had no roll. After calling for help the staff ran to my aid. For this. 5 star!

Nice selection of tasty snacks. However quite noisy when staff make milkshakes and frappes.

Good service, lots of drinks and cakes to choose from. Always plenty of space to sit and linger. Now with M&S sandwiches and sausage rolls.

Coffee/ cappuccino was not very nice. Just did not seem to be made very well. And the brie and bacon panini was over cooked. But the customer service Wes very good though.

Waited at counter for over 3mins before googling shop details to then telephone for assistance to come out of rear storage area to serve me...

Staff are always helpful and is a great place to visit also if you have a dog it is dog friendly.

the very people who complained about tesco deliveries would squirm...so remember that the next time ur enjoying the bottomless cup of coffee, cos u've nothing else to do!

5* Costa. They allow dogs in the front half. Comfy seating, never too busy or noisy and always accommodating for children. I have sat in there to work/study a few times and have been there for hours at a time.

Pleasant staff. Got here mid afternoon and it was not busy so had a relaxing mocha and a bun.

Offers lovely Cappuchino. Customer service is great. But above all that, they have a unique selling point or a point of attraction is that they allow dogs into the cafe and offer free water and dog biscuits. This is unique and never seen shopsn doing this even in Exeter city. Thanks to the folk who cameout with this idea.It make me drink 4 coffee a week at your shop.
