It's got expensive keep putting price up and as for the food was bad and very little in the flatbread I got.

Best place in town to get a coffee, the staff are always so cheerful and service with a smile. The best way to start your day.

Excellent service from a dedicated professional friendly staff whom I've witnessed on many an occasion going the extra mile to help customers.

I love Costa and I am a regular customer. However On a recent visit to costa Magherafelt, I used Google pay. Apparently the first time the payment didn’t go through. Second attempt the payment went through. What I didn’t know, I actually paid for my cappuccino and hot chocolate twice. Instead of paying £6.30 I actually paid £12.60. I am sure someone in Costa noticed this and decided to ignore.

My 1st time in costa magherafelt. My daughter was treating me. I dont normally do cafe or restaurants as I'm claustrophobic and can get panicked. However this was open and airy and I could look around and not feel closed in.....perfect. my tea was in a proper tea pot and my cup a proper cup and the rocky road pastry was amazing. Staff lovely and nothing was a bother. I'll b back lol xx

As with all Costa's one size fits all but I did notice the chair coverings were absolutely disgusting there was every stain known to man on them.

It's very relaxing. Just one thing it's an awful place for water flies but no one can help that. A brand new building to be opened shortly.

We can boil a kettle and add a spoonful of instant a lot cheeper.

It was ok food good but staff not so friendly I asked for no bread with my small fry which you get potatoe bread and soda bread I can't eat bread I asked for five chips instead of the bread they would not do that I had to pay extra for about 5 chips don't think I will be back

The staff in Costa Magherafelt are friendly and helpful and the coffee shop is always clean

My daughter who is 11 visited today with friends and got a cheese and ham toastie which was priced at £2.95 - the girl on the till charged her £3.95, my daughter questioned it but the girl told her the price was wrong and that it was £3.95. No doubt she was pocketing the money. Hopefully the management see this as there are no contact details online, she was there at 4:30pm.

Too dear for a coffee and a snack. Food prices are so high. Good coffee though.

Met friends here for coffee at their suggestion as it was easy to find. The coffee and snacks are on the dear side and we had to wait almost 10 minutes in the queue, only 3 people ahead of us, to get our drinks. Just a standard coffee shop chain experience.

Costa Coffee is my favourite. Hard to beat the taste

Now something of a stalwart at this poor excuse for a shopping centre (Magherafelt deserves better) my opinion of its location, service and the quality hasn't changed from previous reviews which are not hard to find since few people even bother reviewing the place.

Poco café caro pero frente a es un campo de juegos donde los niños pueden pasar el tiempo y puede relajarse con sus amigos o en su propio. En conjunto, un buen lugar y agradable comida caliente hecha de allí. Lo recomiendo. Recientemente renovado, así parece nuevo y decoración así ☺ resreshed

Costa coffee is the slowest coffee shop in magherafelt .staff not interested in customers at all.Always chatting to each other .the food is sticky buns ect just terrible and coffee so expensive

It's a wonder why Costa allows their name to be associated with poor service and coffee production of dubious quality.

Staff seem unable to up their game even on a busy Saturday afternoon with a surfeit of employees. Part of the problem is the over familiarity with some customers as a result of personal friends of family having an expectation that they can gossip with the staff and hold them back from working the queue. Another factor is the painstakingly slowness of service which seems to be a feature of Costas not helped by the increasing amount of customers who arrive at the counter not knowing what they want (so why are they there?) and ask such questions as "what have you got?" or "what do you do?" despite the visible array of information about the products.

School kids sitting in customer sitting area when they haven't bought anything Staff never seem to smile would need to be retrained to deal with customers Location is poor as it in a shopping centre were people intrude on your table while passing by

De acuerdo con el comentario anterior, gerente de los viernes por la tarde totalmente desinteresado en los clientes- ella necesita recapacitación y el agradecimiento de palabra y el semblante de una sonrisa nunca se cruzaron sus labios. Temo que éste es un comportamiento resultaba evidente recurrente - a diferencia Abbey personal del centro que están comprometidos, amable y muy una tranquila zona ... y mantener las mesas limpias! remodelación necesarias!

Costa en mi opinión necesidad de capacitar personal en el servicio al cliente ya que parecen tener un problema de actitud cuando se trata de servicio sencillo. Sí, las bebidas y elaborar bandeja alta son bonitas pero nada despotricar sobre especialmente para su precio. muy caro y sobrevalorado nunca suficientes escaños para sentarse en como colegio de niños sentarse esparcidos por todas partes no comer o beber sólo de perder el tiempo a regresar a sus clases. Y para todas las mesas hay, creo que no debería ser demasiado difícil para el servidor para limpiar un poco más rápido ya que no hay más que suficientes trabajadores por un pequeño bar y café.

Aunque esta Costa ofrece el buen precio habitual está situado en la explanada de pecera de disculpa de Magherafelts por un centro comercial. Cualquier idea de una relajante taza de café es lo estropea el atroces hilo musical, la la estruendosa confusión de los paseantes y el traqueteo de aquellos que pasan por las mesas inmiscuirse en su estancia de conocidos. Personal a menudo parece nervioso y no están bien formados.
