Costa Coffee in Purbeck

Im a disabled person in a wheelchair and I went to buy a hot chocolate and twixie that served the me was ever so polite and got my drink carried out to the seat for me but while I had my drink carried out to the seat for me I asked if I could eat my lunch in costa and the girl that works there said that was ok. Thank you very much

5 out of 5 for service, the staff are always happy and kind and always wish you a nice day. Very efficient and great service from the Yarrow Road, Tower Park staff. Not saying all the other staff in Costa Coffee are bad I just generally use Tower Park. Definitely recommend.

Nice, but it's a bit "old fashion inside." WiFi was not working. And again It is not choices of vegan options, so why do I have the adverts said lots of vegan options when is not?

Very quiet when i was in there (about 10 am). Fast service and plenty of seats available. You need a code for the toilet though which is awful. I didnt eat so marked 3 stars as ive eaten in a costa before and its always average.

Popped in for coffee on a rainy day, held the door for a member of staff coming in from the rain to later be grudgingly served by her. After numerous eye rolls, sighs and vital checkings of snapchat from our barista, we enjoyed our coffees away from the tills. We later returned to the tills before we left to buy some water where we were greeted with yet more eye rolls and an exhale of “ ughh another one” with reference to one of our purchases. Safe to say we won’t be coming back for the customer service! A pleasure to meet you Vee.

The cake was not edible . Coffee was OK.

Great staff, always happy and go above and beyond .. Bakewell tarts are awesome!! Coffee perfection !!!

It's a Costa what do you expected

It's a very friendly Costa coffee to visit with parking.

Came here to have a coffee whilst my daughter went to group. They had 40 mins until closing and yet they were crashing and banging around us, putting things away, taking rubbish out and dumping it behind, mopping up. It's made us feel like we were in the way but yet they still have 25 minutes till closing whilst I'm writing this! The coffee was alright though once we had to tell her she was making the wrong drink.

When this place first opened it was great but in the latter few months this establishment has drastically gone downhill from the range/amount of stock to no stock. Staff regularly say it wasn’t ordered or it never came in. Sounds like a management problem due to the lack of loyalty from staff. Shame this could be avoided with the range of so much more.

Waited 25 mins for a coffee only to find out blond girl had forgot to pass over my order, last week it was forgetting to put coffee in my frappe. This place has gone downhill the last month.

Used this Franchise Costa before so knew it was professionally run by the great friendly staff. Nothing phases them.

I normally have a very good experience here, but today when I asked for a little extra milk in my latte the (lazy) staff added hot water instead and thought I wouldn’t notice the watery taste. Disappointing….

Good coffee shop bit hard for parking but really good service

Wait time in queue and for drinks to be made was close to 20 minutes. Very small area for staff to move about, which is probably why. Staff were friendly, think the layout could be reviewed by owner.

Favourite place almost a second home

Go to Costa every day at lifeboat quay poole . Coffee always great staff always friendly but since the manager Reece left it’s gone down hill no area manager he left . Now they have a temp girl manager waiting for her new job at the new Costa job at holes bay roundabout to be finished. Well where do I start rood to her staff in the office and front of shop in front of the public were everyone can hear her those girls work hard she sits on her but in the office or she outside on her mobile phone or doing her shopping in Asda next door the girl can’t even order sandwiches rolls so unprofessional for most of the week she has the nerve to blame the hard working staff members the money they must be loosing

Nice friendly staff but on last visit flies were landing on table and tea cup I'm a regular customer and I've seen these on many occasions over the last 2 years so it's obvious this is a long term problem and needs dealing with.

Really well made coffee this morning during breakfast rush hour.. Jedi Barista behind the machine.. Service with a smile makes the coffee taste the best.

Two amazingly friendly ladies served me today. My husband had just had a minor op and wanted a Costa so I popped in and ordered 4 different drinks. They were happy, smiling and really made my waiting experience lovely. Thank you ladies !

Reasonably spacious with good service however I am not sure it will be warm place in winter as the door is kept open.

Annoying to park. Toilets only accessible if you buy a drink first and get a code! Bit annoying if your desperate for loo first and then want a coffee especially if there a que !

Well located on a visit to Poole Hospital. Very well designed to manage operations during the Covid-19 outbreak. Excellent friendly service. I recommend this Costa.
