Costa Coffee in Brent

An inattentive attendant kept talking and not paying attention to me. She put the amount to pay in the machine and walked away, the machine refused and I had to call her out of the conversation to charge the amount again. Horrible! There was no napkin, I had to ask for it, she kept looking for it and gave it to me all crumpled up.

My coffee was hot and my muffin was correct and great. I was extremely happy with the service and delivery.

The manager Anita is rude Makes faces whilst making coffee and has no customer service skills I guess they hire anyone these days

For me to pay for a caramel latte with double portion paying extra not even getting what I ordered as they gave me just a regular caramel latte and asking for a straw just to be told "we only offer straws for cold drink " just ridiculous . One straw! Terrible . Asking for a straw is just too much.

menu included choices that were not available. the restaurant confirmed the order and did not send the food they confirmed. I refused delivery, and will not pay for it. I will no longer use Just eat app

Two female staff member there were very rude. When my coffee order was done the one female barista with circular glasses moved my drink away from me when I went to retrieve it and laughed in my face. Overall very rude and inconsiderate

Arash is the name of the barista that was very rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. I complained to the manager and he was worst. I asked for his name , he wound not give it to me. I know he is a Romanian guy, in fact they both are. It feels like it’s their private place and they chose who gets a coffee and service and who doesn’t. The manager took my coffee and started drinking it in front of me. I was left with no coffee. Costa Coffee you have stooped so low hiring people like Arash and his fellow countryman manager. I will take it to head office!!!

the staff are absolutely what makes me want to come here! I have been served by a staff member I did not catch his name but he had round glasses, he was so friendly and cute plus the drink was delicious! overall the staff in this costa are so nice and good coffee!

Absolutely appalling. The restaurant phoned me to say what I had ordered wasn’t available. Neither was our second choice. There was only one vegan option that was not suitable so I asked them to cancel the order. They sent it anyway and I refused delivery. Will not order from them again.

La atenciòn es buena, y la comida es fresca y muy bien preparada. Puedes ir con la familia ya que hay platos para niños.

they had just seen a boy, I was waiting. I waited for the attendants to argue. They looked at me and completely ignored me. ridiculous!! if they want to argue they go to a restricted place. the woman justified herself to the boy and the two saw me and did not speak to me. I gave up and left without my order!!!

I had an Almond milk based Mint Choc Chip Frap. 2. It's located inside the Kilbirn UG Station. 3. The customer service on both occasions was great with friendly staff. I tend to come here at the end of the week after accumulating my points(beans) and get my free coffee but yesterday just done coming here and don't care for the point system anymore. The bleach blonde haired girl working fri afternoon looked at me dumbfounded when I asked for more coffee in my latte. Costa have on numerous occasions not got the ratio right with lattees and always end up with a cup of milk as other customers have detailed here. So this time I kindly asked for more and got to the platform tasted it and she had added filter coffee of some kind, not a shot of espresso. It was so vile I threw it away in the platform bin. Seems like across the board these staff need extra training judging by the reviews so it's down to bad management but given her reaction and as if I was asking something horrendous she needs some serious training in common decency especially in customer service. Plenty of small businesses coming up in the area, forget this measly costa that fails to perform everytime.

Please teach your staff how to make a proper latte 🙏. Its should not be a flat hot milk poured in to the cup with espresso. Training in customer service and dealing with complaints would also help. The girl who made my coffee today had no clue what she was doing and when I asked why my latte had no froth, she responded that this is what latte looks like and if I wanted more froth I should have asked her earlier🤦🏻‍♀️

Purchased a cappuccino this morning, sat on the tube looking forward to my first sip then realised they had omitted to add the coffee; I was sold a cup of hot milk! Took it to work and brought it back again, hoping to get a refund No one could help as the only member of staff was locked out and couldn't tell me how long I would have to wait. She kindly offered me a free coffee if I go back later, to be honest I just want a refund and won't bother buying there again. A very poor and unorganised service.

the drinks are never hot enough especially on a cold weather when you can't wait to drinks something hot.. when i asked the staff said the thermometer indicate the right temperature... anyway is not only my opinion, but this costa brunch has the worst staff ever, i prefer buying from another location

Their online ordering never works. The staff aren’t helpful in fact, quite stand offish.

Staff is nice everytime kind and friendly drinks quality is very good also they serve very quick. I like the stuff. My everyday best cup of coffee is coconat latte. ☕🧁 Thanks.

Usually really good service but bought a hot chocolate today that was so hot it scalded my tongue. I get a hot chocolate from Costa several times a week so I know how hot it should be. If it spilt in someone’s lap it would of definitely caused burns.

Piccolo Costa all'interno della stazione di Kilburn, poco prima dei gate di accesso ai binari. Ovviamente non sono presenti posti a sedere ma solo servizio takeaway. Oltre ai caffè è presente una selezione di sandwich e panini.
