Visited this costa for a drink with friends. The service was very quick and staff were polite. Plenty of choice of different seating areas, however the air-con was quite strong on a fairly cool day, meaning the seating areas around this were uncomfortably cold, so we had to move to another table.

I went to this Jewellery Quarter branch of Costa. It's nice and spacious with having plenty of seatings. There are spaces by the wide windows to choose from if you want to seat and get some day lights. One thing which was really annoying the very loudly noises of café machine. Despite we were seating far away from the counter right by the window, but the café grinding machine completely disturbed our conversation and we had to wait again and again for the machine to stop so we can continue to our conversation. Finally had no choice but to leave the place. Btw, before leaving I thanked the two members of staff. I don't think I would try this branch again, unless I'm desperate.

I went in today, and was not sure what I wanted to order. The lovely lady who served me was great in talking me through the drinks. She was so pleasant, and gave me the best recommendation for the salted caramel frappe, which was delicious! Lovely staff in this place, and a great atmosphere. Thank you 😀

Stopped here for tea, coffee and cakes on a wet Monday morning. Service was polite and efficient. The 'raspberry and almond bake' was delicious - but rather small for the £2.85 price tag. And 25p dearer than at my local Costa!!

Honestly, the best Costa we have ever been to. The drinks taste amazing compared to everywhere else.

Not so bad this one, drinks carefully made on occasions, some staff friendly polite whereas others not so, not to fault that. Managers are helpful, talkative and attentive. Prices gone up, which I don’t like. Visit many times within the week. Located in lovely surroundings, lighting I find very bright for some reason. Overall I am very happy with experience, coffee and service. Been to other Costa coffee outlets which have not been so good. Ideally can not fault this one as It’s hid the nail on the head. Keep it going….

On a rainy Sunday, there was no one there. Nothing negative or positive to say.

With chains you tend to have a very consistent experience. Staff were pleasant and the toastie and coffee went down a treat.

Uncleanliness and unhygienic. The last time I visited the plate was greasy and dirty from the last person who used it. They explained the dishwasher wasn't working and didn't look like it had been washed at all. The lady had to hand me 3 times a new knife and fork and spoon cus they were dirty. I didn't get a refund either. So I will NEVER be visiting any costa for this matter. The last time I went in Wolverhampton store there was a fingernail in my coffee 🤮🤢.

I haven't tried the food as yet...,but my ready to go coffee and cream and fudge brownie is the best...

Great service and atmosphere. Got the mango tropical bubble frappe with cream, which was delectable! Definitely recommend trying.

Had an iced whipped caramel latte it was nasty all the coffee bits in my mouth which shouldn’t be there!! Got it from town 2 days ago it was lovely!?

decent coffee, however I think sometimes they make it too bitter. I am not that concerned though since there's the same problem for literally most costa coffee shops.

Staff ignore you whilst waiting to be served .

Made me feel a bit uncomfortable. They should make you feel more welcome. But coffee was nice and cake are delicious!

Went here to support my friend for her interview, chairs are comfy, the staff were quite rude when I ordered but perhaps it was a misunderstanding although my friend also experienced attitude from the same blonde girl.

Lovely assistant served me with a delicious cortado and Biscoff rocky road. Very nice break after a busy day.

I had bad customer service from this place once before (I was waiting but they served someone else who came in after me), this was a few months back, but I thought I'd give it another go. Customer service was fine this time round, the coffee was not so fine. Was it me or the coffee I dunno, but my stomach didn't feel good afterwards. Which is not something I usually experience after coffee. The croissant I purchased was stale, not dry just plain stale, too tough to eat. 😐

Decent place for a coffee. Sometimes only 1 person working which means there is a wait.

I visited at 4.55pm as Google said this Costa was open until 6pm, which was apparently updated by the business 7 weeks ago. The guy behind the counter told me they were shut. I told him that Google said differently and suggested they update it. He told me, rudely, "the opening times are right there on the door". Which obviously isn't much use if you walk there as they've told Google something different. I again tried to explain they need to update Google, to which he said "we don't do that", which is evidently not true. A really unpleasant experience. First time trying to go, won't be back. They need to train they staff to be at least polite and understand walking in the rain to get to them isn't much fun, especially when they are closed.

Can't rave about this Costa enough. I've been going here nearly every day for the past couple weeks. Every time I order on the app, my drink is already made and waiting, so I can drop in and out in a second. The staff are really friendly, always service with a smile. Can tell they put the extra pumps of vanilla in my latte too!

Weds 16th Feb-Service at till good - went downhill after that took ages to get the order moving and when finally coffee produced looked terrible did comment on the appearance was offered a replacement but said couldn't wait any longer and the abuse started could not believe it needless to say if that barista will be avoided

Popped in with some friends on a short break. Good location, one of few places nearby where you can sit in and this is much needed. Nice and open feel inside. Very busy midday. Clean and organised atmosphere.

Lovely place for a short stop in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham

We are regular customers and the staff is very polite, helpful and hygiene is always under control but the environment is really too cold since we are now in October and the air conditioning is no longer needed. I think you should put in some hot air since there are customers who are sitting for a few hours to study.

Came in expecting the usual great costa experience, instead had a horrible experience. We weren't given the option to eat in, coffee given in takeaway cups. The coffee itself was burnt and loaded with sugar free syrup. The mint choc frostino was so watered down and bitter. On top they had no whipped cream. They forgot the cake we had ordered and gave it later in a bag. Needless to say the coffee and frostino went down the sink and i made myself a warm coffee at home. What a total waste!

Went in with my sister to grab an iced drink on a hot day. We had questions on if we could make one of the drinks vegan friendly, and the lady behind the till went above and beyond to make sure my sister was happy! She got out a folder of allergens and all the singular ingredients to check my sister was okay with the items. My sister said she's never had someone so helpful, she normally has to research each item herself on the Internet as employees just "don't know". We wish we'd noted down the name of the lady to thank properly. Thanks Costa!

Lovely new cost with great service.

Outdoor seating at the back. If all goes to plan they will open for indoor seating from 17/05/2021.

I love this Costa. The manager at this place (Karl) (?) brightens my day. Amazing!
