3 in 1 Burger in Birmingham

This used to be my go to place for a spicy dipped burger but after today's visit/experience, I will not be coming back. I placed an order via phone for collection. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I came in 10 minutes after placing my order. Told the guy at the counter that I have placed my order for collection. My food took 20 minutes to come despite making a phone order for collection. I was not happy with the wait having to wait a bit for my order. What made it worse was when my food was ready, I asked the young guy at the counter if they had Kinza cola but the guy shouted at me and said 'i told you toilets are upstairs' when for starters, I did not ask where the toilets were and to be spoken to in a rude and angry manner, there was absolutely no need for that at all. I used to come into 3in1 burger and see the same guy who was behind the counter around 4-5pm where he delivers good service but today was not on, to be spoken to in a rudely and unprofessional manner. The food was decent but the chicken tenders were not up to my standards, where I felt that they were tiny and slightly overpriced. My spicy dipped burger meal with the loaded fries was delicious though. - Saf

Best burgers I’ve ever had and very cheap as well.

Raptor burger was incredible. It was recommended by the server. Gorgeous piri chicken strips and a chicken fillet. Mad flavour. Smash burger was great. Very well seasoned and a great taste. Ordered around 4 items and it was very well priced. Your ticket number is called when your food is ready which is handy.

Nothing special about food or place, nothing a local takeaway can't provide at cheaper price. Dipped chicken burger sauce was just red chilli powder based. Fries were cheap.

The dipped chicken burger is something else especially with the ranch.

The first time here and the smash burgers were incredible. Chips were fresh, and the ranch sauce was fire. Guy serving was polite and food was ready in around 10 mins. They call your order out on a tannoy when it's ready. Not a nice place to sit in, not sure what upstairs was like. Prefer the atmosphere in Mak Halal, but smash burger was better here! Look forward to trying rest of the menu.

The dip chicken burger coupled with that house-made ranch sauce has a well sized chicken fillet with a nice tangy spicy dip. It's always steaming hot and fresh every time. With that being said, this place has been consistent and has the best value for what you get. Easy, quick, reliable munch that you know what you're going to get every time. The smash burger uses a chicken mix with beef, however its richness is quite addicting especially with that added price value, leaving it to be something not to miss out on. The only concern about this place is to improve on their loaded fries which is quite lackluster but judging by the price, it's still worth it

I’m a huge fan of dipped burgers, and this place is easily in my top 3 of all time. The spicy dipped burger is packed with flavour and just the right level of spice. It’s perfectly paired with spicy dipped wings that literally melt in your mouth and fall off the bone. The smash burger was the perfect size and melted in my mouth with every bite. Hands down, one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. I order from here regularly, and they’ve never let me down – always consistent, always delicious!

Terrible customer service especially from the guy at the till. Never had someone roll their eyes at me huff and puff over asking for an extra dip…..stay away

Very nice experience. There's an upstairs and very good restroom facilities. Order number is called out to collect food. The food is spot on. Biggest most enjoyable burger I ever ate. I've eaten at literally over a thousand places. It's the best and great value too. parking available opposite.

Ordered today via uber eats. Disgusting food. The ramadan box had rice from yesterday, the burgers were smelly and full of rotten lettuce 💩🤮. The chicken in the box was uncooked and leaking with oil. I wasted £30. Don't order. They're selling crap food.

Cheap prices and good spicy dipped burgers

Decided to visit quite late and was shocked to discover that I was eating the best burger of my life the low prices and huge portion sizes left me full for the entirety of the next day my order was the spicy dip burger and the bbq wings the staff were friendly and the food arrived relatively quickly based on how busy it was at the time only complaint is the seating area could be improved, but all in all 100% recommend for any day of the week

Waited 40 minutes for a burger despite phoning in advance and being told it would take 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and should be more considerate of customer time, will avoid in the future.

Went to 3in1 burger last week and the service and food was top notch. I had the rice with the chicken fillet and I’m a fussy eater and I have to say the biryani was delicious. I even wanted to go back the next day for more! Whoever cooked the biryani is an amazing cook. Will come back soon. 3 stars for the seating upstairs.

I always come here as a regular customer and I always get great service by a staff member that I believe is called umar, very talkative and always helps me out. However, this time I came and there was someone new with short hair and his service was rubbish, consistently getting my order wrong and arguing with Uber eats drivers. Im not the type of person to write reviews but this needs to be changed asap, either bring umar back or hire a better staff for the till.

I am a regular customer here, and always served by a amazing lad called umer, however this time I came there was a new lad on the till and his service was rubbish, no smiling, and got my order wrong. Also found it very disrespectful that he was arguing with a uber eats driver in front of me. The 3-in-1 Smash Burger is one of the best in Brum and consistently so. It is simply delectable and succulent - full of juicy flavours. I have frequented this establishment at least 10 times and not once have I been disappointed with the food. The atmosphere is a 3 because they have gone for a very simple look, with no frills. Once you taste the food, you honestly won't care!

Tried the spicy dipped burger as a meal. Very poor quality burger and you couldn't have given less chips if you tried. Service was good. I would avoid the spicy dipped options.

I have been a big fan of dipped burgers since I’ve lived in Manchester. Miami Crispy had set a very high bar. I wanted to try something similar since I moved away. 3-in-1 Burger was the most recommended however the experience was not even comparable. First of all, they do not provide sauce with their meal. Their single dipped chicken burger is quite small, both in width and depth. I struggle to finish Miami’s single chicken burger but this was a breeze. The taste is not something I would call spicy, it herbaceous and tomato with a hint of spiciness. The portion of fries was good and they were fresh and crisp.

Been coming here for months their burgers are great fries need to be better. I opted to have some chicken strips with my meal but what i was served was a joke. They are hands down the worst and saddest looking strips i have ever had. They were literally like nuggets The speed of service needs to improve and the interior needs a major makeover. It’s just run down and crammed in there. The place has potential if you can nail a few of the fundamentals and sort out the decor and cleanliness.

I asked if my driver picked up my meal as it said the driver has been “picking food up” for 50 minutes. I asked and then he just started ignoring me ????? I didn’t pay £30 for cold food. And the whole time it was because they still never made the order. Why does it take over an hour to make some chips and burger?

I decided to try the dipped burger I’d been seeing on social media, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. While I didn’t mind waiting, the burger itself was disappointing. It was only lukewarm and not particularly enjoyable. Sadly, this will be my first and last visit.

It's so sad that some of the best burger places are so badly maintained. The atmosphere at the restaurant is so run-down not at all suitable to go with family. This time we went the spicy dip burger was great as usual but the wings were a let down. Personally not a huge fan of the Algerian sauce they sell either. But it's all quite a value for money (you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️) Highly recommend you go for Take away option, get just their spicy dipped burger and eat it in your car if possible lol.

Food was decent. We ordered 3 spicy dipped burgers. We asked them to cut our burger in half but by that time the burgers were already made so they couldn’t. Instead they gave us wooden knives to cut it ourselves which we couldn’t do. Seating area is okay but could be better as the seats are ripped. Overall it was a good experience.

Burgers are amazing, great taste, great size. Fries are a very small in portion. Drinks selection great. A little too expensive considering the fries were literally 3-4 fistfuls in portion. Interior has space and seating, but is not of good standard. If we can improve the interior, add some chicken options to the menu and enhance the sides we got something great here.

This place has just become our firm Friday night takeaway with me and my family. I went there earlier today and ordered 3x 3in1 burger meal. I ordered via the phone for collection. I was served by a lovely brother called Umar. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. I requested for my food to be double wrapped since we lived quite a distance from this takeaway. The food was delicious but could oniy manage half of the burger so saved the rest to eat tomorrow. Go and try them out you wont be dissapointed.

This is my first review. The whole experience was awful. The food was soggy, and it had some smell from it. The tables were disgusting, even though a staff member had just wiped them. There was still food stuck to the table. Similarly another customer behind me also had to clean their table. The staff member at the counter was distanced. Either he had to much work or was not bothered, forgetting items. I felt bit struck asking him as I felt he may blow at me any second. I did leave and said my greetings but he ignored me, hoping I could just approach him about the whole ordeal. I suspect he was aware of it. The stairs were slippery and extremely dangerous and someone seriously needs to inspect that place. As I said this was my first ever review and hope it's my last. I am a forgiving customer but today was awful. Any evidences the property has cameras

Best thing I had was the ringer burger, great flavour, nice cheesey sauce and pattys and decently filling. Would deffo recommend the ringer burger

Best spicy dipped burger in Birmingham in my opinion. If you haven’t tried this, you’re missing out. The only downfall of this place would be the seating area which is very fast food-esque but as expected & the spicy dipped burger compensates for it.

Cant even get a simple order right....you order 3 burgers with fries and wings on uber....when you get just the fries and wings its a disaster...the driver had one bag. Restaurant blames the driver and take no responsibility....great way of ruining a meal. Ill go elsewhere. Had to make do with soggy fries and horrible wings...rather drive to Manchester and buy them.

Food not bad, probably one of the best spicy dipped burgers in the area but the fries are disgusting and cheap. The staff always miserable and too ghetto, no customer service and act like they are doing you a favour. Very different when they first opened and the staff was great but think they go e too big for their shoes. Place is run down and doesn’t look the best.

I went there 12.40 they gave my order at 1.20 after 40 minutes no apologise for late order spicy wings are very salty can't eat them and fully loaded fries dried with very less sauce no happy with quality and service .. I called next day at the shop talk with manager with the name of hammas..he is really nice person ..he listen me carefully and described me what happened last night with the order..apologies and request for come back and get meals again ..resolved ir nicely with all food he give me very nice with extra stuff thanks for manager and 3 in 1 burger staff..I changed my mind to give new rating 5 star ..

Their meals are always consistent. Spicy dipped burger is by far their best choice and the reason for it is the amount of taste you get and the crazy thing is they aren't whacking crazy prices. £6-7 is a bang on price and not overpriced like a Pepe's XL which is dry and half the size

Sensational dipped burger. Not extremely spicy in my opinion but everyone has different heat levels they can handle. Tender soft chicken, sauce on poiint. Any downside. It needs a stronger bun to hold it
