3 in 1 Burger in Birmingham

I paid for sauce and wings and they didn't put it in.

I have been a big fan of dipped burgers since I’ve lived in Manchester. Miami Crispy had set a very high bar. I wanted to try something similar since I moved away. 3-in-1 Burger was the most recommended however the experience was not even comparable. First of all, they do not provide sauce with their meal. Their single dipped chicken burger is quite small, both in width and depth. I struggle to finish Miami’s single chicken burger but this was a breeze. The taste is not something I would call spicy, it herbaceous and tomato with a hint of spiciness. The portion of fries was good and they were fresh and crisp.

Been coming here for months their burgers are great fries need to be better. I opted to have some chicken strips with my meal but what i was served was a joke. They are hands down the worst and saddest looking strips i have ever had. They were literally like nuggets The speed of service needs to improve and the interior needs a major makeover. It’s just run down and crammed in there. The place has potential if you can nail a few of the fundamentals and sort out the decor and cleanliness.

Waiting over an hour for uber order still not done and when called they just hanged up phone also I bet my food is gunna be cold won’t be ordering again ex loyal customer

I asked if my driver picked up my meal as it said the driver has been “picking food up” for 50 minutes. I asked and then he just started ignoring me ????? I didn’t pay £30 for cold food. And the whole time it was because they still never made the order. Why does it take over an hour to make some chips and burger?

It's so sad that some of the best burger places are so badly maintained. The atmosphere at the restaurant is so run-down not at all suitable to go with family. This time we went the spicy dip burger was great as usual but the wings were a let down. Personally not a huge fan of the Algerian sauce they sell either. But it's all quite a value for money (you get what you pay for 🤷🏻‍♀️) Highly recommend you go for Take away option, get just their spicy dipped burger and eat it in your car if possible lol.

Food was delicious and spicy, we ordered the dipped Burger to takeaway. BUT! They charged us £4 for ranch but didn’t give any!! No cutlery was given. No tissues were given. Not nice being ripped off. Big thumbs down 👎🏻

Food was decent. We ordered 3 spicy dipped burgers. We asked them to cut our burger in half but by that time the burgers were already made so they couldn’t. Instead they gave us wooden knives to cut it ourselves which we couldn’t do. Seating area is okay but could be better as the seats are ripped. Overall it was a good experience.

Burgers are amazing, great taste, great size. Fries are a very small in portion. Drinks selection great. A little too expensive considering the fries were literally 3-4 fistfuls in portion. Interior has space and seating, but is not of good standard. If we can improve the interior, add some chicken options to the menu and enhance the sides we got something great here.

This place has just become our firm Friday night takeaway with me and my family. I went there earlier today and ordered 3x 3in1 burger meal. I ordered via the phone for collection. I was served by a lovely brother called Umar. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. I requested for my food to be double wrapped since we lived quite a distance from this takeaway. The food was delicious but could oniy manage half of the burger so saved the rest to eat tomorrow. Go and try them out you wont be dissapointed.

This is my first review. The whole experience was awful. The food was soggy, and it had some smell from it. The tables were disgusting, even though a staff member had just wiped them. There was still food stuck to the table. Similarly another customer behind me also had to clean their table. The staff member at the counter was distanced. Either he had to much work or was not bothered, forgetting items. I felt bit struck asking him as I felt he may blow at me any second. I did leave and said my greetings but he ignored me, hoping I could just approach him about the whole ordeal. I suspect he was aware of it. The stairs were slippery and extremely dangerous and someone seriously needs to inspect that place. As I said this was my first ever review and hope it's my last. I am a forgiving customer but today was awful. Any evidences the property has cameras

Food was excellent, the spicy dip burger had great size to it and flavour but was a bit too salty in my opinion. Slightly overrated but still very nice. Best thing I had was the ringer burger, great flavour, nice cheesey sauce and pattys and decently filling. Would deffo recommend the ringer burger

Been going here for long time and the spicy dipped burger here was so good but recently im guessing the sauce they used has changed and its way too salty! Its extra spicy now too which i dont mind but the salt is over bearing. Unfortunately will be the last time i go there i think. Edit....the burger is back to its normal 10/10

Best spicy dipped burger in Birmingham in my opinion. If you haven’t tried this, you’re missing out. The only downfall of this place would be the seating area which is very fast food-esque but as expected & the spicy dipped burger compensates for it.

Cant even get a simple order right....you order 3 burgers with fries and wings on uber....when you get just the fries and wings its a disaster...the driver had one bag. Restaurant blames the driver and take no responsibility....great way of ruining a meal. Ill go elsewhere. Food not bad, probably one of the best spicy dipped burgers in the area but the fries are disgusting and cheap. The staff always miserable and too ghetto, no customer service and act like they are doing you a favour. Very different when they first opened and the staff was great but think they go e too big for their shoes. Place is run down and doesn’t look the best.

I went there 12.40 they gave my order at 1.20 after 40 minutes no apologise for late order spicy wings are very salty can't eat them and fully loaded fries dried with very less sauce no happy with quality and service .. I called next day at the shop talk with manager with the name of hammas..he is really nice person ..he listen me carefully and described me what happened last night with the order..apologies and request for come back and get meals again ..resolved ir nicely with all food he give me very nice with extra stuff thanks for manager and 3 in 1 burger staff..I changed my mind to give new rating 5 star ..

Their meals are always consistent. Spicy dipped burger is by far their best choice and the reason for it is the amount of taste you get and the crazy thing is they aren't whacking crazy prices. £6-7 is a bang on price and not overpriced like a Pepe's XL which is dry and half the size

Sensational dipped burger. Not extremely spicy in my opinion but everyone has different heat levels they can handle. Tender soft chicken, sauce on poiint. Any downside. It needs a stronger bun to hold it

I was quite disappointed with the food and service. All the take aways and just eats were served first. It was a take away but we had to wait as if we were in a restaurant for 45 minutes. The food wasn't to standard as normally their food is good.

Best Spicy Dip burger in Birmingham and UK

I’ve been going to manchesters Miamis, Philadelphias, and even Shakebees for years now, i may not be an expert but i am definitely well experienced in the field, and since moving to birmingham i needed a new fix. After a couple hours searching through tiktok, this establishment popped up. From the get-go, the place is kinda small and cramped, however once you get through the order/collection queue, there’s extra seating upstairs if you’re thinking of dining-in. The guys at the till are super conversational and the service was quick in my experience, no longer than a 10 min wait on a friday evening. onto the food, we all know the real reason we’re coming here, the spicy dip burger. I’ve had the luxury to have tried the single and the double spicy fillet and let me tell you, manchester finally has some competition. The chicken is saucy, flavourful with a kick that rivals all of manchesters finest spots. The batter is perfect and the actual chicken itself is super juicy. I wish i could have taken pictures but with this burger infront of me, who has time for pictures? The single burger was well structured, didn’t fall apart and went really well as a meal with the chips, however the double burger was an absolute tank. 2 whopping fillets stacked in between cheese topped with their creamy mayo and shredded lettuce. That burger in itself was enough to fill a hungry man like me, but that being said, as it is a DOUBLE burger, the structural integrity wasn’t the best and i did find the fillets sliding off the bun when picked up, but not to worry as you will find that the same problem persists with almost every spicy dip burger franchise. if you mind a mess, don’t go for the double but i can guarantee you it’s worth it. i now don’t find myself crawling back to manchester for my fix, and instead make my way down to 3in1 burgers to take care of me. if you’re hesitant to visit, i hope my review changes your mind.

Tried their burger and fries and wings. Burger good 👍🏻. Wings average has a sweet Smokey powdery taste which I’m not a fan of. Wings should be chickeny tasting. Chips average- just them home chips you can get. :) just a honest review - service is confused. They got my first order wrong lol- you also wait in a very awkward line with strange positioning that they need to rearrange cos u be waiting and people pushing past you to go upstairs not good. 👎🏻🌝

Updated review on 3 in 1 and sad to say it has just gone downhill the past couple months. Their burgers before was the best in brum but now it’s just served in a cheap bun that doesn’t hold up and is a soggy wet mess. The chips were always a problem from here and instead of fixing it they have just ignored everything and decided to serve cheaper quality foods. The whole burger tastes wet and flavourless, they clearly have lowered their standards and maybe focused on other areas which has reflected on the food. I understand prices have gone up everywhere and you have decided to keep your prices the same but surely increasing your prices but keeping the level of quality you had before would be the top priority of someone who has pride in what they serve. This updated review isn’t just based on 1 recent bad experience by the way I wanted to give this place chances to maybe go back to how it usually was but after 2-3 times of being the same bad food I have to let you guys know. Edit: Updated review since I was told that the buns have gone back to the quality ones they used before but this was ordered yesterday and it came again in this cheap bun, I even asked for the burgers not to be wrapped in foil so it was not soggy but it still was and the quality of the burger as a whole is definitely not the same.

HIGHLY recommend the griller raptor burger. My new favourite burger joint in Birmingham. The burgers are delectable and bursting with different flavours. So much so that I’ve eaten here twice in one week for Iftar. The chips were very much below average. And another time, they were missed in the takeaway but refunded on UberEats.

The Smash Burger from here was one of the best I’ve had in a while and I’ve been around nationwide as a foodie. The customer service was top notch and fair play to the lads that are in the front of house. Truly a credit to a good establishment where customer is the heart of what they’re about. May they continue to grow and prosper and I wish nothing but the best for the people in this establishment.

Had a really great experience at this place. Was in Birmingham from London so thought I’d check it out. Staff were great. Inside is clean and has good seats upstairs and downstairs. There is even a prayer room upstairs mashallah Food was better than expected. Spicy dip burger was flavourful and good level of spice. Only downside was the bun basically disintegrates due to the sauce but it’s to be expected, so can get messy especially if you have the double. Chips were fresh and nice and a good selection of drinks available. Price is also great. Will definitely come back if I visit Birmingham again.

The double chicken Burger is waaaaaay too big. Couldn't eat it the buns were drenched in sauce. The fries were alright. Haven't tried the rest of the food so not sure how that will be. The problem is it's way too noisy and it took them around 30 minutes to prepare basic fried burgers.

Best spicy chicken burger in Birmingham.

The smash burger here is really good, very nice smashed meat and enjoyed the peri fries too with the ranch sauce. The spicy dipped burger was also very well made too, very nice and big fillet, was just not a fan of the wings but everything else i loved.

With the amount of burger places around this is definitely 1 of the best you can find even though I've not tried a lot of their burgers just the big spicy chicken burger and the smash burger which are fire! 😋😋😋 the fries could be a lot better though. Smash burgers are the one here… very juicy and tasty. Loaded cheese fries are super delicious with a strong flavour . Very good food. However the spicy dipped burger has had a change of taste…maybe it’s because of a new ingredient to make it less spicy but I’d prefer the previous taste a lot more than this one. Overall 8/10
