Went there today first time and did not disappointed fantastic service and the food was 10/10 every thing was perfect they were patient with me even tho I was taking a quite time making the order 😂 the little brother in the front was polite aswell there is nothing I can complain about the shop is 10/10 highly recommended!!!!!

Best spicy dipped burger in Birmingham in my opinion. If you haven’t tried this, you’re missing out. The only downfall of this place would be the seating area which is very fast food-esque but as expected & the spicy dipped burger compensates for it.

Cant even get a simple order right....you order 3 burgers with fries and wings on uber....when you get just the fries and wings its a disaster...the driver had one bag. Restaurant blames the driver and take no responsibility....great way of ruining a meal. Ill go elsewhere. Had to make do with soggy fries and horrible wings...rather drive to Manchester and buy them.

Food not bad, probably one of the best spicy dipped burgers in the area but the fries are disgusting and cheap. The staff always miserable and too ghetto, no customer service and act like they are doing you a favour. Very different when they first opened and the staff was great but think they go e too big for their shoes. Place is run down and doesn’t look the best.

I went there 12.40 they gave my order at 1.20 after 40 minutes no apologise for late order spicy wings are very salty can't eat them and fully loaded fries dried with very less sauce no happy with quality and service .. I called next day at the shop talk with manager with the name of hammas..he is really nice person ..he listen me carefully and described me what happened last night with the order..apologies and request for come back and get meals again ..resolved ir nicely with all food he give me very nice with extra stuff thanks for manager and 3 in 1 burger staff..I changed my mind to give new rating 5 star ..

Burgers are nice would like it to be a bit more better because torontos dipped spicy burger is better but these lot food in general is better and banging.

Their meals are always consistent. Spicy dipped burger is by far their best choice and the reason for it is the amount of taste you get and the crazy thing is they aren't whacking crazy prices. £6-7 is a bang on price and not overpriced like a Pepe's XL which is dry and half the size

Been going here for long time and the spicy dipped burger here was so good but recently im guessing the sauce they used has changed and its way too salty! Its extra spicy now too which i dont mind but the salt is over bearing. Unfortunately will be the last time i go there i think

Sensational dipped burger. Not extremely spicy in my opinion but everyone has different heat levels they can handle. Tender soft chicken, sauce on poiint. Any downside. It needs a stronger bun to hold it

food used to be good but now it’s disgusting ordered a double dipped burger and inner chicken was cold whilst the outer was warm wasn’t nice at all waste of money

I was quite disappointed with the food and service. All the take aways and just eats were served first. It was a take away but we had to wait as if we were in a restaurant for 45 minutes. The food wasn't to standard as normally their food is good.

I’ve been going to manchesters Miamis, Philadelphias, and even Shakebees for years now, i may not be an expert but i am definitely well experienced in the field, and since moving to birmingham i needed a new fix. After a couple hours searching through tiktok, this establishment popped up. From the get-go, the place is kinda small and cramped, however once you get through the order/collection queue, there’s extra seating upstairs if you’re thinking of dining-in. The guys at the till are super conversational and the service was quick in my experience, no longer than a 10 min wait on a friday evening. onto the food, we all know the real reason we’re coming here, the spicy dip burger. I’ve had the luxury to have tried the single and the double spicy fillet and let me tell you, manchester finally has some competition. The chicken is saucy, flavourful with a kick that rivals all of manchesters finest spots. The batter is perfect and the actual chicken itself is super juicy. I wish i could have taken pictures but with this burger infront of me, who has time for pictures? The single burger was well structured, didn’t fall apart and went really well as a meal with the chips, however the double burger was an absolute tank. 2 whopping fillets stacked in between cheese topped with their creamy mayo and shredded lettuce. That burger in itself was enough to fill a hungry man like me, but that being said, as it is a DOUBLE burger, the structural integrity wasn’t the best and i did find the fillets sliding off the bun when picked up, but not to worry as you will find that the same problem persists with almost every spicy dip burger franchise. if you mind a mess, don’t go for the double but i can guarantee you it’s worth it. i now don’t find myself crawling back to manchester for my fix, and instead make my way down to 3in1 burgers to take care of me. if you’re hesitant to visit, i hope my review changes your mind.

Fries are actually disgusting. Never had fries this bad before… the sauce doesn’t even help. Have eaten here a few times since they first opened and they haven’t seem to changed them, so at least they’re consistent I guess? Please fix them so I can change my review.

Pretty good spot tbf, smash burgers are very good and the spicy dipped burgers are worth a try if you haven't already (get the double, more than enough). Good customer service, their prices are very reasonable for what u get

Lost a loyal customer. Twice it happened where we placed an order for collection and got there only for them to say there was no order placed. Waited an hour in the end and they didn’t even offer anything to compensate the wait or error on their behalf

Tried their burger and fries and wings. Burger good 👍🏻. Wings average has a sweet Smokey powdery taste which I’m not a fan of. Wings should be chickeny tasting. Chips average- just them home chips you can get. :) just a honest review - service is confused. They got my first order wrong lol- you also wait in a very awkward line with strange positioning that they need to rearrange cos u be waiting and people pushing past you to go upstairs not good. 👎🏻🌝

Great food but they are too busy. Majority of the time the queues are till the entrance. They need to open the second premise or move to a larger location.

Rude man on the till with no manners on how to speak to customers. Ordered on phone and told to Que when asking if order ready- why would one order for collection if I ordered 30mins before and told to Que. made no sense. Food is good but attitude of staff stinks. Won't be coming back.

Went hear last weekend with the kids. Food was amazing and really good for the money. Staff are nice and friendly also. Clearly run by good management. I will definitely be returning soon ☺️

Updated review on 3 in 1 and sad to say it has just gone downhill the past couple months. Their burgers before was the best in brum but now it’s just served in a cheap bun that doesn’t hold up and is a soggy wet mess. The chips were always a problem from here and instead of fixing it they have just ignored everything and decided to serve cheaper quality foods. The whole burger tastes wet and flavourless, they clearly have lowered their standards and maybe focused on other areas which has reflected on the food. I understand prices have gone up everywhere and you have decided to keep your prices the same but surely increasing your prices but keeping the level of quality you had before would be the top priority of someone who has pride in what they serve. This updated review isn’t just based on 1 recent bad experience by the way I wanted to give this place chances to maybe go back to how it usually was but after 2-3 times of being the same bad food I have to let you guys know. Edit: Updated review since I was told that the buns have gone back to the quality ones they used before but this was ordered yesterday and it came again in this cheap bun, I even asked for the burgers not to be wrapped in foil so it was not soggy but it still was and the quality of the burger as a whole is definitely not the same.

HIGHLY recommend the griller raptor burger. My new favourite burger joint in Birmingham. The burgers are delectable and bursting with different flavours. So much so that I’ve eaten here twice in one week for Iftar. The chips were very much below average. And another time, they were missed in the takeaway but refunded on UberEats.

The double chicken Burger is waaaaaay too big. Couldn't eat it the buns were drenched in sauce. The fries were alright. Haven't tried the rest of the food so not sure how that will be. The problem is it's way too noisy and it took them around 30 minutes to prepare basic fried burgers.

Had a really great experience at this place. Was in Birmingham from London so thought I’d check it out. Staff were great. Inside is clean and has good seats upstairs and downstairs. There is even a prayer room upstairs mashallah Food was better than expected. Spicy dip burger was flavourful and good level of spice. Only downside was the bun basically disintegrates due to the sauce but it’s to be expected, so can get messy especially if you have the double. Chips were fresh and nice and a good selection of drinks available. Price is also great. Will definitely come back if I visit Birmingham again.

The Smash Burger from here was one of the best I’ve had in a while and I’ve been around nationwide as a foodie. The customer service was top notch and fair play to the lads that are in the front of house. Truly a credit to a good establishment where customer is the heart of what they’re about. May they continue to grow and prosper and I wish nothing but the best for the people in this establishment.

Best spicy chicken burger in Birmingham.

The smash burger here is really good, very nice smashed meat and enjoyed the peri fries too with the ranch sauce. The spicy dipped burger was also very well made too, very nice and big fillet, was just not a fan of the wings but everything else i loved.

With the amount of burger places around this is definitely 1 of the best you can find even though I've not tried a lot of their burgers just the big spicy chicken burger and the smash burger which are fire! 😋😋😋 the fries could be a lot better though. The prices are surprisingly very decent compared to other burger places. The shop needs to be bigger though because it's always busy here

Smash burgers are the one here… very juicy and tasty. Loaded cheese fries are super delicious with a strong flavour . Very good food. However the spicy dipped burger has had a change of taste…maybe it’s because of a new ingredient to make it less spicy but I’d prefer the previous taste a lot more than this one. Overall 8/10

I placed an order through Uber eats which went smoothly but when the food i noticed hair in the chicken fillet burger I was so disappointed as it completely through me off meal and considering it was a cheat meal aswell was highly disappointing

Not being much of a chicken burger girl myself, I decided to try this place based on strong recommendations from many people. I went for double spicy chicken burger and boy, I was not disappointed! Firstly the burger is HUGE, easily enough for 2 people but what is worth mentioning is the phenomenal taste! Can’t fault it and will certainly be back

Got a few different burger meals Smash mix burger, Raptor burger and Charcoal sizzler burger The burgers were very enjoyable, especially the smash mix, beef patties just literally melted in your mouth, combined well with the chicken breast fillet.

This place is where you need to go if you want a fat, spicy burger honestly the BEST they do a burger called the spicy smash a mixture of chicken fillet dipped in a spicy sauce and 2 patties , I’ve never rated any burger joint that did the meat and chicken combo the way this place does, and their chicken fillets in the burgers are just cooked to perfection so so so so delicious MashaAllah

The spicy chicken burger is amazing. The portion size for the double is enough for two people. It's great the restaurant does not sell products which support countries that carry out genocide against Palestinians like Coke and Pepsi. Definitely a responsible company.

Sauce not to everyones liking. So try it out first maybe order some wings or something. Got a tomato base and not too spicy(well that's if you eat spice regularly). With a slight tang. But the fillet is juicy and a great size . The double is very filling .

The double spicy burger was enough to feed two people. The burger was better the one you will find in Manchester, really spicy but flavoursome at the same time. The strips were on the smaller size but pack a punch and were really tasty and a good portion size.

Nice staff, good portions. The "dipped" spicy burger is actually not very enjoyable, too spicy and not enough flavour. Really just felt like 2 slabs of chicken in chili sauce stuck between a bun. Also, odd raw egg/chicken smell lingered around the place which was a turn off and made the dine in experience awful.

I just tried the burger and loaded fries here and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken burger had the perfect amount of spice, giving it a delicious kick, and the sauce was incredibly flavourful. I'll definitely be returning for more!

This place had popped up on the radar through the usual channels, IG etc showcasing the double Fillet chicken burger dipped in the spicy sauce; Thinking it was another case of youtube only hypes....took a mate...No its really not for the youtube hypes the double burger really means a double burger those boys aren't playing; taste is in point get yourselves over there.

Food was very delicious. It’s hard to find Angus burgers that are both juicy and packed with flavour. Unfortunately most takeaways choose style of substance, focusing on the ‘instagrammable’ aspect of the food rather than how it tastes, whereas here the food is top notch quality. Highly recommended!

Food is very nice, but service is excruciatingly slow. The 8oz smash is second to none. They are very weird with some of there menu items though I must say. For example the 3 in 1 burger can't have a spicy chicken patty, why is this?! Also they are very stingy with extra sauce. If I'm paying over £10 for a meal, I should be able to have some extra Algerian sauce on the side, without having to beg. If they fixed some of there service issues, they'd be a 10/10 for me because the food is actually really nice

Probably best chicken burger place in Birmingham. The spicy dipped burger is delicious and burger is huge. A burger meal is £5.50. It’s good value for the money. The peri grilled chicken burger is also really nice. Always hot & fresh when I’ve collected. Room for improvement - Increase the portion size of chips. General point - Parking is a nightmare here and keep your wits about you as the general area is run down with your rental boy racer and gals speeding up & down the road like they’re on the Autobahn.

So Yummy. Value for money. Highly recommended

I heard alot about this place and honestly I was disappointed. I had the fried chicken burger meal. The chicken was tasteless, no taste at all. The fries were cold and you can tell they have were old... overall the price was decent and portion size was good but food did not have any taste at all....

Great establishment, food very nice however staff should mention there is a charge for the different fries (peri)as the billboard sign advertises it is £5.80 for a meal. Peri fries nothing special it was basically normal fries with salt on. Waiting time could be better took 20 minutes to receive my order for a mid day service.

They made a small error with my order and called me back - I'm so grateful for this because they gave extras on the house for the inconvenience. Meant I was able to try all the food. Absolutely amazing, from the strips, to the fries and the spicy chicken burger. Somehow the 3 in 1 burger actually tasted really good too. Worth the drive from London
