Costa Coffee in Derby

Always a great coffee with excellent service. Whilst it is more of a premium it is good quality coffee with a decent reward scheme. Food is fine but is more of a premium. Would be good if the reward scheme offered more in terms of food offers.

Coffee is okay, but very customer unfriendly and biased they just want to get to next customer.

Just been served by Kirby (sorry if I spelt it wrong). They were a ray of sunshine, really helpful, great service and after a tough day put a smile on my face so thank you 😊

Very nice people, loverly girls enjoying their work. Only issue I had was I ordered a white hot chocolate, served very fast, all good except when asked “would you like chocolate” I said I’m fine, but she put it on anyway… I think she was on autopilot… so now I don’t have a white chocolate anymore but some light brown powdery mixture… still drank it, but was not really what I wanted. But service and everything is great otherwise, you can tell they all love working together :)

the two women who served me were so welcoming and kind. i felt like they deserved some praise.

I mostly attend Camberwell and Peckham stores. Very friendly staff - well most of them,some probably had either bad start of the day or someone has managed to spoil their mood already. I love Peckham store for space and nice view of busy Peckham life, Camberwell store for quietness and friendly staff. I have issue with Costa Custome Services thou-i purchased mug in Derby-didnt get receipt, now back in London i am stuck with this cup because i found my favourite mug in Clapham.

Awful coffee. Very very bitter nasty coffee. 🤮

PLATFORM SIX DERBY STATION - Take away only as there are seats on the platform and in the waiting room. EXTREMELY busy, staff doing their best to be cheerful even though some of the passengers seemed to think the staff should already know what they want to drink and have it ready!!! an eye opening experience into the not so nice world of the barista. Personally I would now always arrive early and go to the branch at the entrance to Derby station instead.

Deliberately has no power sockets.

Every time I go away with wife always go here for a nice coffee and staff are really nice
