Costa Coffee in Harrow

Ordered coffee and croissant for delivery. Only coffee in bag - no notice or attempt at replacing the croissant. Terrible.

Fantastic staff, cosy ambience and great drinks.This lovely Costa coffee branch is welcoming and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely go back.. loads of seating and loads of delights on offer.

Above average for a Costa Coffee. Tucked away under the bridge it's easy to forget it's here. Pinner also has a Nero's and Starbucks plus some really good independent cafes. When the independents are closed I think Costa has the best coffee, but this, of course, is a matter of taste.

Terrible customer service l. All the staff are rude and unfriendly. Never service with a smile. Don't listen to your order either. Absolutely terrible all staff need replacing asap. Also never any vegan whip everytime I ask for the past 9months, display food not labelled properly and half the signs are backwards. Can't even see the allergy advise. Never seen a place like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND at least until the staff are replaced.

Wouldn't order any cakes here again. The banana loaf [I think it was] or some loaf cake that I ordered was dry and crumbly.

Ok not to use full as no toilet is ever in working use

I was served by George today - I am a regular costa customer- excellent service over and beyond to get the taste right how I wanted it.

Had a meeting with my boss and decided to meet at costa cafe. Staff were limited. We ordered our stuff and sat . They re called back within 5 minutes and specially me I am not a coffee fan but the coffee was as per my pallet. Just loved it. I will definitely tell my friends and couligues about it.

Third visit and third time they have manage to get a simple alternative milk option wrong. I would be extra cautious with this place if you have allergies.

Costa need to clean their toilets. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly ready for the next person.

The atmosphere is great and you can work there. The WiFi is good and as always the coffee is great. It's a bit noisy which might be challenging if you're taking business calls, but other than that, it's a great place!

Amazing Costa!! They took so much care in making our drinks. I am a paramedic so I was in uniform and they gave both my crew mate and I free chocolate too. Great girls serving us and I fully recommend.

Avoid this branch of Costa in Pinner if you are looking for a Costa with.WiFI hotspot. This is the only branch that does not provide customers Free WiFi. I believe the franchise owner of this branch does not welcome business customers and students that require WiFi. What a disappointment!!!

I am a visitor from Kenya and happened to be in the area with my wife and two Sister in Laws. I was craving for my Americano Cup of Coffee and we Saw COSTA and entered. Coffee and Services SUPER

Neatly maintained. Quick service. Don't forget to take your own coffee cup / mug and earn double points in the Costa app.

Quite a small place but it was cosy. Still a cosy place, not too busy at the time.

Coffee was reasonably good. Plastic wrapped and heated food was awful. I have had these before from costa and the were OK. Nodule if Costa have change there product or it was not heated correctly.

Went there today and couple of other times and guy's working there even they don't say " hi" "or talk at all and they looks angry all the time, went today bcoz it's near my house I do go often actually and the Italian guy so so so rude, (all guys in this coffee shop are Italian and very rude) I ordered a coffee and a tost and at the end I said "can you put some chocolate on the top" oh my God 🙏 he so angry said you should have told me, blablsbla, I said please just leave it don't worry, he started taking and looking angry at me, this happened few other times as well, as it's another Costa coffee in Rayner's lane I would be happy going there as the girls in Rayner's lane Costa coffee so respectful and kind, polite, but these guys in Costa coffee Marsh road Pinner HA5 5PB they looks arrogant, rude, and that's not good because we are paying for the coffee and toast even left tips few times but I really really hate them. These Italian guys working in this coffee shop are so rude😡

This store does not have bags of beans for sale, but the staff members don't seem to understand that beans are different from ground, which is disappointing as it would be hard for me to trust their expertise on coffee

Walked in at 4:00pm exactly but they refused to serve me as they close at 4:00pm Possibly the worse Costa I've ever been to.

Used to be terrible in here, but it's got better. Staff are polite and friendly these days and the place seems a lot more tidy and clean.

It was good. Sufficient seating available. I ordered belgium choc frostino and it was great.

Wow, now they provide premium coffee for 1 pound and I just bought a flat white. Mocha is also good.

BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! As much as I love Costa,my experience today was incredibly unacceptable. I asked for oat milk,which I know Costa Cafe do not usually serve. I was surprised when a member of staff said they had it available. Suspicious, I specifically TRIPLE-checked with the member of staff,as I suffer from severe lactose intolerance which has an impact on my eyes. The lady reassured me it was oat milk latte. I started drinking it,but it did not taste right. 15 minutes later, I started sweating along with my heart rate going up and physical sickness. I went back to resolve the issue. The lady admitted she was wrong and the manager of the shift apologised. I got offered a soya latte and 2 free drinks on my next visit. Nice gesture but please be careful if you have any food intolerances.

Relatively new installment of Costa Coffee; situated at the Southern end of Pinner, opposite the synagogue. A bit dark inside but doesn't tend to get very busy which often means you can get a seat :)

Coffee at costa taste the same as out of a machine!!! Had a latte which tasted and look the same as one out of a costa machine at petrol station

It's a Costa coffee shop, they're everywhere and all the same. Which is comforting, you always get a decent espresso.

I have noticed that they want you to order something as soon as you walk in ! I normally like to get comfy there before I approach the counter to order something. I noticed that one of the employees ( Probably a manager) walked down to bunch of young girls sitting and asked if they are going to order something ! I completely understand that people shouldn't sit without spending but this behaviour makes people feel unwelcomed. Other than that costa is as good as costa can be. Ambience is very pleasant!

Worth going to the other end of town for. The latest Old Paradise blend is probably the best yet.

An excellent branch of Costa. I use it all the time and they make the best flat white of all!

Even though it is right on the edge of Pinner shopping area, it is lovely inside. Cake selection seems a bit small, but I guess it's just not that busy.

My favourite coffee shop in Pinner. Very clean and well kept! Staff are excellent and so friendly. A great place to work if you are a home worker. I think Costa has the best tasting coffee. I find the others are just too bitter.
