Horrible service very rude! Your staff should learn about your own breakfast deal instead of arguing with customers

The Costa just south of the Staples Corner roundabout is the best Costa within about 10 mins drive from Colindale. A larger one than most, which I like, and adjacent parking, which the otherwise good one on Colindale Avenue has none of. The service was brisk, unusually so for Costa. A large queue was cleared through in a minute or two. And the seating is pleasant & there is an outside area too.

Best Costa ever (because the team are the best). Feels like a local independent coffee shop even when it's a huge corporate chain and that's all down to the team who work there.

Ladies who were working there this morning was very polite however they made a very bad mistake. I’m very sensitive to caffeine atm (anxiety) and also breastfeeding so I have asked for a Decaff cappuccino but was given a regular one. My bidy felt straight after finishing it unfortunately.

Online says open at 7 bit when I got there, on the door says opens 7:30 which is not good as I rely what it says online and not what the staff decides when to open. Plus I parked about half a mile away so I walked and it start raining. Not good at all not to update the site but I suppose there is noone to controll the manager.

My Best Friend and I called in to get a cappuccino each, to walk into London City Centre with. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was really clean. XxX

Was served by emm on 10/11/23. Both of the servers were lovely and make a lot of alterations to my partner and I’s drink. Had a lovely chat and made sure everything was okay. 10/10 place would definitely recommend coming again.

Came in at 10:45 for a tea and a coffee. Rather than serve us with proper crockery they insisted on takeaway cups only, making unnecessary waste. The attitude of staff when questioned was abrupt and dictatorial. My partner asked for just a splash of milk in the tea yet they didn't listen and poured a load in. I had to leave the teabag in the cup. When I went to the toilet I noticed the toilet paper was empty (despite being open a short while). When I informed the staff that the toilet needed paper they didn't even thank me for letting them know and were more like 'yeah yeah yeah we'll get to it later'. Not impressed.

The dirties place on Earth. Staff doesn't care (or dare?) cleaning tables and floor at all.

Went today to Costa at Staples Corner Retail Park. The toilet was disgusting. The floor looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in days, the feminine bin was full and there was no toilet paper or hand soap. When I told a member of staff, she said she had been too busy to clean it. But this mess hadn't just been from that day. Costa, you need to do better.

Waited 15 mins in the queue as only two staff members were trying to handle the crowd while a manager (a blond lady mid age) was scrolling through her phone behind the coffee machine not even trying to help her staff but being proud saying stories how she was busy on a meeting since 11:30am taking notes. Time to change job maybe going back to coffee making would be better as being a “leader” definitely doesn’t work for her.

I was at this store 5 minutes from when i am writing this. I asked for a coffee frappé with caramel syrup as an extra. i told her to just add caramel syrup on top and i would pay extra for it. i was talking to my child, on how she was answering me. she got into our conversation, and when we were asking for her name for the review, she said "we can clearly see it" even though we were far from her. monika it was. horrible customer service, and the other lady working with her gave us a dirty look when me and my daughter were talking about their store. this is not the first time I've been treated like this, and you need to train your staff more on how to treat customers, and how to serve customers. not to listen into conversations.

It's a good place to grab a bite, high quality as always and very friendly staff. Unluckily thief are always around us. Happened to see a man with a hoodie stealing 2 sandwiches... nothing you can do. Just let the staff know...

Very good idea to have costa there as no much about dining around. The place itself is always clean, staff friendly. I live nearby and like spending my time day when weather is not good for outdoors.

I came in to the staples corner Costa yesterday for lunch as I usually have a pleasant experience in other locations but the women behind the counter put me off.. The food fridge was sold out of most choices so we settled on the mini pizzas for our 3 year olds. Once the pizzas were was done. I could see from my seat they were ready sat on the counter.. I ask her if it this was my order. She didn't look up.. just sharply said 'yup'. She took me aback. She didn't appear to be doing very much.. she could have at least given a plate for our sandwiches or cultery. Or even attempted to notify me of my order.. which was now a little cold. After we had finished another lady came over to take the tray.. we was great however we weren't ready to leave yet.. she asked me to pick my bag up so she could clean the table.. not sure why she couldn't wait till we had left the table. Now it was soaking in detergent so we had to go to the next table. Left feeling irritated by that experience. Plus my points cards didn't register. Will avoid in future.

First time coming here this morning. Leah first served me and was rude, with a lot of attitude. No smile at all. It put me off even buying anything. However the other lady on shift was nice and explained how the rewards system worked. Won’t be coming again.

Really helpful customer service, sometimes I struggle with my eyesight and can become anxious when I’m unable to read digital menus, a specific staff member was really helpful read through the options for me asked me questions to find something to my Liking. Was really polite and professional and did not pressure me whatsoever. Very thankful for this experience after having a bad day! A big thank you to that staff member, little things really do mean the world sometimes. Also ended up finding something I liked 😌

Unfortunately at time of visit this Costa was very untidy and dirty in areas staff got order wrong and seemed to not fully understand English

Very dirty place and no one clean the table

Lack of assistance to carry a microwave to the till, but we managed it...just. Then assistance was called at the till to carry out to the car and 10 minutes later the lady kicked her till and got a trolley and helped us herself!

Normal or subnormal service with the exception of one excellent staff member. Generally, staff could do better with a smile and pay attention to how they service an order. Location is excellent for what could look like an underserviced area.

Fairly speedy service despite how busy it was, but use caution when ordering via mobile app as staff didn't notice me at "mobile collection point" and they had run out of all milk alternatives and have no way to refund you.

I go there regularly when I'm around. This branch never disappoints.

Very nice hot drinks and snacks on offer. Parking area can get very busy but otherwise its great place to relax and grab a refreshment.

Poor staff interactions. They really didn't seem happy to be working there and came across as quite hostile and rude. The drinks were fine though. Quite disappointed.

No hot chocolate available at all which is a bit silly. Had 4 people behind the counter and the service was still slow. 1 toilet was out of order but good enough for the staff to use? Making the lines alot longer for customers. The toilets were obviously not cleaned in a while, making them dirty.

Terrible experience at this Costa. Tables were dirty, hot food was cold. Cakes were stale, and sadly the coffee wasn’t great either. Also serving too many customers for eat-in food when there’s no seating.

Nice chill out place for coffee

Stuff was very aggressive and rude. I bought a lunch with coffee and I asked for sugar he threw it in my dish and didn't gave me tissue i asked for tissue he gave me with anger face i won't go back to this coffee shop again at all.

Sadly, the experience today was really awful. I am a big fan of Costa, but I will never visit this particular site again as the staff were verbally aggressive and rude. I came with my family of five, including my disabled daughter. We all wore masks as required and after ordering went to sit down, to find only tables of four. When I tried to get one more chair I was shouted at by a member of staff who said that coronavirus rules meant tables of four only. The manager again argued the same thing, when common sense would suggest allowing a family to sit together. In consequence we had to split up with two members sitting on the other side of the restaurant. This surely is total nonsense and the attitude of the staff ruined the whole experience. Really poor customer service and to be honest, they don't deserve the one star.

We'll set up for social distancing, and half price Monday to Wednesday for as long as the Eat out to Help out scheme lasts!

The description is "wet" - just like the rest of Britain! It implies, that although the weather was mild for the time of year, the "alfresco" option was not on the table (or under it ) for that matter!!

Worst Costa I'v been to, staff were lazy, toilet stunk and there was what I hope was water literally all over the room, I could go on but I won't, won't be going in there again.

Nice location, staff seemed really confused with an order and couldn't get it right. Ended up overcharging the previous customer Only 1 till which meant the queue was growing

It wasn't the best experience I had soulful noise and he was a bit Bland Drinks quite expensive as they usually are. But apart from that. It was alright nice place to see it and you.

Clean and comfortable, but it's a bit more like a supermarket cafeteria with hard plastic tables and chairs rather than the usual cosy Costas. A few big armchairs and some squishy sofas would make it so much nicer...

Great place to get some work done. Been here twice now. Spent the day doing some work on my laptop whilst I waited for my car's MOT to be done around the corner. Very chilled and relaxed. Friendly staff. Usually quiet when I go there. Nice and light with all windows, so lots of natural daylight to fill the store. ☕

Always attentive and know what you want

I suggested my family friends to go to costa in staples corner because of the QUITE place, however the staff was hovering very loudly from 7:00 oclock although they close at 8:00 pm. Even when I asked politely the staff to do it after the closing time or at least when there are no more customers, but the manager itself said to continue. I was really disapointed i had to scream in order my friends here me. That took 30 minutes until they finished hovering. Very unprofessional manager service and i am not going to recommend this place again.

Nice and quiet on a week day. But the new blend which was 25p extra was horrible.

Four members of staff. It was so slow, trays on tables not well run. Drinks not warmed. Toilet smelled awful.

Nice, large, Costa Coffee Cafe, inside Staples Corner Retail park, with seating outside, for warm days. Popular with people visiting this wide ranging retail park, or for people passing by, heading south, towards Cricklewood, from Staples Corner roundabout. Lots of parking spaces available. A welcome break and good sevice from the employees inside.

It was okay but the staff were too busy to be personal but were preparing for closure and so that probably effected their interpersonal skills.

Good store, quick service & clean

Probably my favourite Costa - team are always friendly and polite, service always swift and upsells always offered. Their displays of cakes and pastries always look good too - better than other Costas I’ve popped in and out of. Always clean and a good place to relax and/or work from.

Didn't like the attitude of the server... i will return only for a coffee, not no bants here... buy hey not letting some idiot dictate where i go in my own city.
