The staff here are amazing, so sweet, incredibly friendly and they ALWAYS deliver my packages with love & care. I always ask for extra Mango Sauce and they always deliver. Genuinely a really lovely branch and I’ve said to them a million times; this branch is the best ever and it’s because of the people (plus they know how to make a Mango Frappe) and I just love them. All of them are hardworking individuals and deserve nothing but continuous recognition. I truly hope their Managers know just how AMAZING each and everyone here in the store are! My lovely Costa besties. Huge love to you all ❤️

Violetta & Wayne are very excellent staff at this Costa they are very friendly always put a smile on everyone's face they are so down to earth always have a beautiful smile on there face both of them very welcoming.

The best customer service! Took my dog for a local walk and we stopped at Costa Coffee. As I was drinking my hot chocolate outside one of the ladies that served us came outside (it was cold!) to offer the dog water! Shocked at the kindness I asked if they do puppacinos as I’d like to buy one. She got me one and she said they are free! I wish I asked what her name is so I can applaud her customer service!! Ps my German Sheppard loved it!!

Ordered of Uber eats got sent the wrong order and then refused to resolve the problem. The manager referred to his staff “heather” as a non experienced/ newbie and said that what she said when I originally complained doesn’t stand

Always regular visitors to Costa at Swan Center Yardley. Have never given a less than five star review. Same today!

I must say in my experience this is the friendliest of Costas in Birmingham. Very good service too. The environment is very cosy. One can relax and sip away the well made hot drinks and watch the world go by or get engrossed on your laptop. It has a family oriented environment. I like to go there nearly every day.

Brilliant, delightful coffee shop with plentiful parking. The quality of the beans is superb, best in Birmingham! Catch a cup on your way down Stratford Road. Must say, the Baristas working are very knowledgeable and skilful when producing the perfect cup of coffee with a wonderfully warm croissant. Noted, Shiraz in particular as an outstanding barista capable of a fine artistic design on any flat white or cortado! Highly recommended 👍 John Smith

I love this place.. fresh coffee latte daily in the morning around 9 o'clock.. with brother and friend. Caffee latte with muffins very tasty 😋😋😋🤗🤗🤗

I usually go for a coffee in this place but the old lady work there she is so aggressive and rude. Not anymore

Got to say there was one woman serving and preparing everything and a constant flow of customers. She was great.

This place is a waste of time whenever you go they haven’t got anything available. They’ve either run out or don’t make it even though they’ve got signs everywhere which state they do so either the employees are lazy or this Costa is incompetent just close the thing down because you aren’t serving the public’s needs like seriously so many wasted journeys to this place it’s unbelievable !

I wish I got her name but I will describe her has a old grumpy lady. She has no customer service skills always has a face on, I had once asked if my coffee can be changed to medium and she had the biggest sigh made me feel uncomfortable. Whenever I go I am extra polite and have smile on my face because I feel sometimes staff have a bad day or a rude customer, but I always get the same approach rude, grumpy, don't want to be hear attitude. Just un fortunate that it is me local Costa.

Quiet and convenient stop for Coffee & grocery essentials with adjacent GreenApple Fuel shop

I came here a couple of weeks ago. The coffee was nice but the barista forgot my syrup 🤷🏽‍♀️ she was polite though & bubbly. Small space with about 6 tables, 3 are for 2 people & 3 tables are for 4 people. I personally think they should be for smaller number people as most people were in 2’s or solo so tables of 4 were taken up but customers were happy to share. The guy who was probably the manager could’ve been politer/smile etc. Staff need to pay more attention & this would do even better - nice little stop off
