I like this place very much for their excellent customer service. They never fail to disappoint me and are always kind. This place makes me feel happy and safe. I would definitely recommend it to coffee or tea drinkers.

Weird - no ice, no WiFi. Pleasant enough staff but with another Costa just along the road opposite the station that has both ice and WiFi I won't be bothering with this one again.

Costa is Yiewsley is probably my favourite Costa branch. The branch and its team are consistent and it shows. It’s clean, friendly and efficient. The coffee is lovely too. This branch has also got the classic actual paper menu boards (rather than tv displays as many Costa’s have now) so you can actually read what’s available instead of being presented with a load of advertising, which is nice - maybe I’m just getting old! Anyway, well worth a visit.

Amazing customer experiences here at all times in Yiewsley; London.! I come here with my family every Friday after prayer. Every single time similar customer service- smile 😊 on their faces! Bianca is exceptionally great ❤️

Well, today morning, I stepped into this Costa Coffee at Yiewsley (next to Wilko). I had a good experience and the service was excellent. Welcomed with a smile ! Kalpita did a GOOD job of explaining me about Costa App and also warming up my croissants and the Chai Latte was good as well.

A traine try to make my coffee then tbe manager came and took over it was only 3 customers and I waited 10 minutes it did not bother me but what's bother me WHEN SHE MADE MY COFFEE AND LEFTED AT THE COUNTER...."WITH OUT CALLING" I mean come on. I guess I was not that handsome to get a good service 😕

Costa Coffee has become my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying caffeine fix during my lunch break. Their flat white is absolutely fantastic, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's a great place to take a short break and connect with the local community... thanks 😊

I visit this costa almost every morning and always find the place spotlessly clean and tidy, im always served by the same 2 girls, Hortenzia and Kalpita who are always smiling and happy which creates a very welcoming atmosphere and the coffee they serve(large caramel cappuccino) is 2nd to none,always very frothy and plenty of chocolate..just how a cappuccino should be...highly recommend this costa coffee shop

Daily stop before I start work, every morning I am greeted with a smile from Hortenzia and Kalpita and the pro-activeness of the staff to remember my regular order and at times and start preparing soon as they see me walk in, which I highly value as it ensures I'm in and out with my OAT VANILLA LATTE / Extra Hot :)

The staff was really friendly , i am going there quite often with my son ,we ordered babycino hot chocolate and the barista is always giving to my son the preffered color of marshmello, team members are so kind. shop is really clean all the time and the wiltshire toastie is delicious

I go to this quite regularly, it's by far the best Costa Coffee I have been to purely because the staff especially Bianca and Hortenzia give amazing friendly service and keep this place absolutely clean and spotless. They work super hard and should be rewarded for the work they put in. Keep it up and thank you for always giving top service.

This Costa is looking a bit tired, some of the furniture has seen better days. Having said that, whenever I've been in it's usually been quiet. The service is friendly and smiley. Would recommend for a quick coffee or takeaway but perhaps not for a date.

The coffee was not as good as I expected. I had cuppachino with cocoa nut milk ......it's usually very nice. Not this time , was watery and tasteless. Won't go there again. The same drink at Costa in Tesco is delicious

The three staff members that was there were very friendly and helpful staff. There was a big queue as always but they were able to serve customers quickly and not lack anything when it came to good customer service. I made my order and the other staff member made it for me and I left feeling really happy. I'll definitely be coming back to that branch again. Hopefully my next visit will be as positive as this one I had. :-D

Had an iced coffee with coconut milk - jolted the life back in to me 🤣. Can't complain- the brach is on the high street and nothing spectacular to mention.

Ordered 2 mint chocolate chip frostinos from uber, they came with hardly any mint ( as you can see in the photo the colour should be mint green not white). Was very watery/tasteless and they didn't put chocolate sauce ontop, instead they used cocoa. Very dissapointed and unacceptable.

Costa West Drayton location. UB7 7BB When I entered with my son to order bebychino, employee named Agnieszka didn’t greet us. She repeated my order three times loudly with anger. She served drink with one marshmallow. I did asked why only one piece???Agnieszka even didn’t apologise, added second piece showing her anger and hate towards to us. She didn’t provide receipt of my payment! My 4 year son asked why this girl was so upset and talked very loud... What a shame, young lady!!!! I would like to recommend Costa HR department do not hire abusive and angry people, because of this employees you will loose a Customers! Kindly asking Costa Management to provide a Customer Service Training for this employee!

This Costa on Yiewsley High Street is amazing and its all down simply to the staff there!!! I have been a regular at this costa for years and honestly all the staff are always friendly, helpful and cheery!!! My coffee and food has always tasted amazing, the atmospehere was great back when you could sit and eat there. It was ALWAYS packed before covid. The staff there dont get enough praise and out of a choice of all Costas I would ALWAYS pick this one. Keep up the good.work guys

Rubbish Costa. Broken glass door for ages. I turned up there 3 minutes prior to close - and the lady behind the counter had shut the till. Why not have 17:45 as closing time. ps. this place closes at 18:00 on Sunday and not 19:00 as stated on Google - have edited that now. Experience rating: Terrible!

Not much I can say about this store. Its what you would expect.

No hello when I entered. Was asked to put on my mask so I did. Yet the staff member wasnt wearing a mask herself, regardless of there being a shield she should wear a mask and gloves especially when shes dealing with food and drinks. Just incase she coughs or sneezes on someones food and beverage she should be wearing a mask herself before she asks anyone else too. Very hypocritical to be asked to wear a mask when your not yourself. Please make mandatory.

Amazing staff!!!! I am a regular here and have till date never been let down!! The staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I even dropped my drink by accident and they got me a new fresh drink without charging 🤗🤗 I think the only reason I keep going there is coz of the staff

She need go to training for the coustmers service .how to talk to people politely. She cant not even explained properly .costa need employed people who can able better communication and better service too. SI don't know

Coffe quite expensive but not bad.

I really wish the barista considered the fact that I am paying for the cup of coffee NOT HALF. I've visited 3 times and every single time got half a cup of coffee. Will not visit again. I'd rather buy a full cuppa in another location lol

I like Costa. I like the layout and the ☕ so they are the positives (along with a polite and friendly barista in this particular branch). Negatives would be no WiFi. A big drawback for those who, for work or pleasure, want to connect over a coffee. The Costa app seems easy enough to use. Scan every time you make a purchase and you get points equivalent to 5% of your purchase. There is no 'buy 8 coffees and get the 9th free' type offer which is the equivalent of over 10% savings in the long run so not such a good deal there. Personally I think Costa need to up their game if this branch is anything to go by. The coffee is OK as is the service but in two big areas they are simply not competitive. Also, no contactless payments here. (They are using a dated system.)

Very slow service was waiting over 10 minutes to get served and I found one of the girls very rude not friendly at all. Really poor customer service. Doesn't look like they get trained in how to greet and be polite to customers.

Cozy place with several coffee shops and fast foods like Costa and KFS. But 1 simple green tea costed me £2.20 at Costa. While I bought it for £1at other branches.

Friendly staff, nice clean store

Just pop in for a coffee to fill the time, the shop is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly, though could do with greeting the customer even they are busy, I was standing there for few minutes without the staff greeting me as both were busy serving one customer. The coffee and price is as good as any Costa so no complain there. Ambience of the restaurant is good, WIFI available and in good download speed.

A nice cosy Costa located on the high street. You always seem to get a seat at this Costa. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If you want to meet with friends or have a small meeting. It’s the best place in West Drayton. 👍🏾

Depends which one you go to.....thhe one in yiewsley high street is good. The one in pinner not bad. The tesco one is not the best. The one in hayes is good.
