Costa Coffee in Milton Keynes

Very disappointing service, I walked in 7.17 through the door they left open and asked politely if they let me use toilet and order coffee once they open, that’s just in 13 minutes. The only repeated answer like from tape was ‘we’re not open yet’. Well lady I was diving a long distance and I’m a diabetic, would be nice if you were just understanding towards another human being, not a robot. I didn’t force myself in, you left the door open and I’ve seen you working there, 13 minutes later you would have been tipped on top of my order.

We came in with our grandaughter for a bubble tea only to find you no longer did them the 2 servers were absolutely lovely and created a drink for her they also made me a lovely white chocolate hot chocolate with strawberry as they didn't have the milkshake would recommend people to visit wonderful service

One of the poorest Costa ive ever been in, loads of litter right outside the door, all the outdoor tables piled inside on a fine day, very bland interior, the hot chocoalte was so weak and whenasked if it coud be altered we were advised its as recipe..! My latte cool sadly and couldnt be bothered asking for vetter after the chocolate response.

I had a disappointing experience at Costa Coffee brookland recently. Despite being a regular customer, I was told I could only use one of my rewards—a free drink and a £3 drink reward—although I have used both simultaneously before. This inconsistency was frustrating. Additionally, the store was uncomfortably cold, and when we asked if they could turn off the air-con, we were told it was boiling hot behind the till. The cold draft blowing on us made it impossible to enjoy our coffee. The staff's unfriendliness only made the experience worse. Overall, a horrible visit. Definitely did not enjoy our coffee this time.

That old man who is part of your staff is the most unfriendly man I have ever seen. I was ashamed to buy coffee on my own money.😅

Great vibe with lovely staff members. Unfortunately, in every Costa I have tried lately, the quality of coffee has gone done. Last time, I was told that a small and medium coffee is almost 9o% milk, which is not what I would like to have, and for an extra shot, they charge an extra 50p.

Mac/McKenzie !! What an incredible women !! Our family adore this women to bits ! Allways so happy and upbeat allways has a massive smile on her face ! We been going to this costa since it opened and she’s the main reason we go ! Our toddler adores her and she’s allways going out of her way to give him a big warm welcome and make him feel so special . She honestly is such a massive asset to that store. She’s got a Postive attitude and such an amazing work ethic.

Staff were rude, burned the milk to the point where it was dripping out the jug all over the place. When asked for a refund I was just told that 'it is the right temperature' no apology whatsoever. Will not return there

Aye aye, captain! Let me spin ya a yarn 'bout me visit to this fine establishment. The joe be stronger than a typhoon and the lasses behind the bar be as swift as a schooner in a fair wind. The digs be as snug as a cutthroat's hideout, with charts and trinkets adornin' the timbers. I give this place a hearty recommendation, for a cup o' joe never tasted so fine. So, hoist the Jolly Roger and let's set sail for a steamin' mug o' caffeine, savvy? Yarrr!

We love going to this place. The staff if lovely and always welcoming. Theres plenty of space to go in with buggies.

I love getting baby chinos for my girly and coffee for me... The Toblerone latte is tremendous btw! , there was no carrot cake this time (which is fantastic cake) but there's always a next time. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful :) The actual restaurant is very pretty inside too, nice big windows and nice seats

I enjoy a coffee here nearly every day and have always found staff incredibly friendly and extremely efficient if they have queues they always apologise but have to put up with some very nasty customers

Young girl on till today really needs to learn some manners, sounded like she was processing prisoners

Horrible place with rude arrogant staff, untidy with trays and cups laying on tables because staff can’t be bothered to clean, not only that you have to wait in the queue to order but then you have to clean yourself a table to sit and on top of that the staff approached me asking not to clean the table because I’m not allowed, Well clean it yourself then so I wouldn’t have to

Good place to hang out with friends for a cuppa and chat, it is not very spacious that's all. Absolutely love the coffee at costa.

This place is pretty so nice. The staff were so lovely as the service was excellent, I definitely liked this café and I will return.

Half a cup of hot chocolate and their card points system wasn't working again!

Myself and my mum came in today to try the new ‘the purple one’ latte and we were served by a really rude lady with no customer service at all. We asked if it was possible to try the purple one as a ‘frappaccino’ but instead of offering an alternative she rudely and abruptly reminded us that we ‘are not in Starbucks and a frappacino doesn’t exist in here’ followed by a blank stare. Very attitudey from this point onwards which was embarrassing as there was a queue behind us.

It's clean and friendly however the shop needs blinds on the windows during a sunny day because it's near impossible to sit anywhere

Popped in for a quick coffee. Two wonderfully hard working chaps, who were so busy but calm, friendly and multi tasking. I asked the younger chaps name, it was Jordon. What a lovely young man who couldn't do enough for me. What was more impressive was all tables were full, a que of customers but he still was calm under pressure and extremely professional. Best CC I have been in and will return and tell others. Very happy customer.

It's a Costa. Not the cheapest, not the best, but decent coffee and sandwiches. Very nice staff, they're still a bit new because it's only opened recently at the time of writing, but very friendly and polite. I look forward to visiting regularly.
