Costa Coffee in North Warwickshire

This Costa has to be a firm favourite of mine. Atmosphere is my main reason to entertain my friends. Easy to park outside, step into the world of coffee, sit and enjoy. Here again. Why not. Might be good to have a disabled hand push automatic pad to allow parents with children, anybody really who's in a chair to enter and exit at ease.

Great staff, always quick and friendly

Disappointed, i’ve never had a bad experience at costa and i’ve been to many. Staff was rude and un talkative, gave the impression that they dont like their job and didnt want to put any care into it. Got my drink order wrong 3 times in a row, didnt bother taking it back after that. Food was good as always as its premade.

Sunday morning. Sitting on sofa. Bacon bap and cup of tea and chocolate cornflakes cup cake. Very quiet and comfortable.

OK. Only downside is no wi-fi and phone signal never good in there.

Staff are lovely and efficient. Downside is the food, croissants never taste fresh even first thing and they never have the vegan sausage breakfast rolls. All the other veggie food is smothered in cheese. Not a Coleshill issue but also confused on the new alternative milk.

Toilet out of order ,no alternative, unfortunately no other Cafe available

My wife and l visit Costa in Coleshill once or twice most weeks for a Coffee and a cake. We also take our Grandchildren who enjoy it there. The service is always efficient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Friendly staff, it would have been better if it was served in a real cup instead of the takeaway cups. Apparently, the dishwasher was broken 🥴

I just had a dine experience at Costa in Coleshill. I only had a cappuccino and chocolate croissant and both were great. Although Costa is a chain I quite like the coffee, strong and smooth. Nice! The girls serving seem to be getting younger, or am I getting older 😂, but they were lovely, both smiled and were attentive. It’s great for Wi-Fi and clean toilets

A smile doesn’t costa anything. My hubby was served by a young girl who used no please or thank you”s. She didn’t smile once or acknowledge when hubby said thank you for drinks. After being given cream on our lattes, that was off. I asked for it to be changed. This time I was served by a young lad. He didn’t say sorry bout that or even try to make right that cream was off Then he gave us the wrong cream, when I told him he just said “All we got” He was rude So I had to remove the cream before we could drink the latte. We have 2 Costa’s a day and I will never set foot back in the coleshill one

Service without a smile attitude for free asked for a Toblerone late didn't look anything like in the picture was in a mug went back asked for it to atleast resemble the picture as it should got more attitude for free minus the Toblerone. When you ask for cream too and you get none why ask me. Why advertise these drinks as they should be served when they are not served like this as the staff are trained to make the drinks like they are advertised bit like if you buy a bmw you wouldn't want a skoda

Really friendly helpful staff. Not to busy with a mix of seating . Parking around is only 1 hour . Park further up road to get longer free parking. Went again 10th December 2022 .. Still OK with good friendly staff

Had a White Chocolate Hot Chocolate with slice of Carrot Cake. Very nice, not the fastest service though.

I worked here for about a month, all the team work flat out to deliver an excellent customer experience, great bunch of people, I would definitely recommend as a lovely inviting place to meet friends or have a chat with team, great coffee, nice food, excellent service.

Good coffee and staff nice but with all the staff they need to have one person designated to clean tables and clear plates and cups as when I was looking for a table all but one was full and needed cleaning and clearing.shame!

This place does not even get 1 star , there is always only 1 staff member on in the morning and when people like to get a drink for work in the morning I feel stsff there should get a move on , cue is out the door and the staff there are so slow and very unfit , there is no pro active work it's all very slow like they don't want to be there , people like a jot drink in the morning so I suggest get more staff in or get the place shut down or hire people who can move

Slowest coffee I have ever ordered. 15 minutes to make two flat whites.

Coleshill Costa, 3 staff flat out, slow but doing a good job, good team work.

Very very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the seating area, especially the leather sofa, it had stains over the front so much so that I chose not to sit there. The floor needed at least a good sweep wiped the table with my own wet wipes. .and they were only about a third full..so not busy !! Think twice before visiting again x

Nice chill out area to treat yourself and have some aline time or bring friends

Good service from the young staff. Good choice of drinks, the hot chocolate was lovely, very chocolatey.. sausage and bacon rolls just right for a late breakfast or late lunch. Nicely priced..

Stocked up with toasties and toilets were both open. Nice to see it was busy.

Always a pleasure here great staff but come 7-8 always busy for the 1 member of staff there so there is a queue and a wait
