Costa Coffee in North Kesteven

Met up with friends for a coffee and a catch up, great service as always, good seating and plenty of choice for drinks and snacks

Staff are too busy with their headset, and cannot communicate with customers when they are ordering. No interaction whatsoever. Usual hygiene problems tables being cleaned/ cleared and sanitized again! toilets in a state of disrepair. Please Costa tell us if your main income stream is individual customers with laptops taking up tables for four. Yes it is a drive thro' but if dining in is not profitable close it!

Always breakfast in this very nice slightly tucked away Costa near Lincoln, cheaper than any hotel breakfast and better coffee. Beautiful morning makes it even better.

Came for a coffee and spoke to Ben who was very nice and offered great customer service as well as engaging conversation in many topics. Will come visit again for sure.

Always very popular, great service. Quick and friendly both in store and via the drive through system.

Nice relaxing coffee shop with good food and drinks and prompt service

This would probably be a great Costa if it wasn’t for the utterly miserable staff. I don’t go for a coffee to feel down about myself or the environment I’m in. The young girl that served me (brown hair) looked and talked as if I just punched her. Not at all the mood you need to be faced with when going to have a relaxing coffee.

I go for great coffee and time to read, best time after 2 for me

Fast becoming an office,every other customer seems to be using the restaurant as a workplace working on laptops and making drink last hours! Often taking large tables up

Tables and chairs pushed right against soft seat benches and one branch at near Lincoln the coffee was like dish water.

Had a coffee, sat inside with my dog, staff friendly and a nice relaxing place.

Efficient friendly drive through

When you're in a hurry and really need a drink after a frustrating morning, there in the middle of an industrial area is an oasis.

Just wanted to share the attention to detail on allergy and intolerance on food and drinks by Ben today ,just wish this service was the same in all costas. Very well done Ben x

It's what you expect from Costa Coffee. Standards are high. Nice Latte. No food. Nice coffee house either sit in or take out.

We all had the frappe and bubble drinks but they were flavourless, not enough fruit puree in them. If you were to a blind taste test you would think they were all the same icy drink, so disappointing.

Always enjoy a Costa coffee and whatever staff recruitment process Costa use it works. Staff are always cheerful, chatty and polite.

Walked in 3 girls behind counter talking stood there for 5 mins so I asked if anyone was serving to be told in a minute so stood there again for 5 minutes just walked out in the end very poor from this branch

My friends and I regularly frequent this costa as it is a lovely place to sit together and chat. The staff here are friendly and always very welcoming, you can tell that they respect you as customers. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Had to wait for while to be seen and served

Disappointed with the selection of shops. Not as it used to be. Used to be the thriving hub of Caérphilly. Such a shame, as it's a great location. With Cardiff over the mountain, it makes it hard to keep it local.

Drive through Plenty of parking if wishing to sit in What you expect from a Costa Coffee

Given its position it is never gking to be a cosy coffee shop bit its clean and its a Costa.

Absolutely fantastic service and the staff all go above and beyond, one of if not the best costa shops I attend see you again soon

Usual expensive Costa prices and watery flavourless coffee.

The staff didn't seem to friendly here seemed like they couldn't wait to get us served and seated even though the place was nearly empty. I had my usual frappe and they made 2 of the same frappe with 1 coffee shot between them so wasn't enough coffee to taste. The frappe was also missing the topping that covers the cream making it a little bland unfortunately. I can't rate food as I didn't eat anything.

Stood waiting for what seemed a life time. No staff acknowledged the fact we were stood waiting to be served. At one point I thought Lesley had gone off to Colombia to get the beans herself although in all honesty she could have done with getting another product from Colombia instead to speed her up. I can honestly say I've seen more get up and go in road kill than I have the team here

New and clean. Friendly service and nice relaxing inside. It's got a drive through, so you don't have to stop inside. After google asks for an update, still the same and still feels new. It's summer and has a pleasant outside area.
