Good location next to other food retailers such as Gregg's and Subway

A great place to spend 90 minutes catching up on emails and having a drink. Always busy but never in a bad way. The staff are friendly and if you want to stay for longer than the 90 minutes, they can register your car.

Lovely staff member, even to the point she offered to put more cold milk in my daughters drink so she would be able to drink it before school.

Didnt have food. Only had a coffee while waiting to meet someone. Service was great.

This is the best Costa I've visited and I've visited quite a few it's clean staff are all pleasant I only drink Americano half hot milk and taste lovely every time

Stopped in on my own for a coffee in around 3pm in September 2023 before travelling to a meeting. Staff were very friendly and I was greeted with a large smile on arrival. The venue was clean and tidy, and the toilets equally so. I ordered a large latte that was a typical Costa in terms of flavour and texture, so no problems there. Although not overly busy, the staff greeted all customers well and I could hear them explaining various features of the menu to the clients to help them order. Would recommend and I will definitely visit again if I need to kill time before or after a meeting.

Just had tea and coffee witch was good, the room was a bit cold from the aircon

Not a great experience here with my Daughter this week the service was poor and seemed understaffed. The staff were pleasant but just rushed,lots of customers waiting to be served and moaning. I think the people working there need more help, The Coffee was the usual good cakes not so great. Shame had some great experiences here in the past hopefully a one off.

Had a very good Americano in a huge cup 😁 Served at the table by very friendly and likeable young lady. Can sit outside as well, as was very warm on Tuesday 😁 at Costa Penkridge. For some reason, Google is calling this Costa Stafford, but it's PENKRIDGE 😁

Well today went first thing morning for toast and asked if I could have my poster up in there to support my fair on 17th December at peace memorial hall in aid brain tumour research this when Karen was very Kind and put one up for me and got to lovely gifts for the raffle Didn't ask for these but she was very kind and man in there took some flyers to put in his workplace how very kind like say thankyou to Karen and the man made my Day after someone I first asked from another place said they couldn't I was nervous to ask but do glad I Did .

Just rude. Got stared at when asked for a kind of milk they don’t do. Got my order wrong - not a biggie, really, just take out cup instead of drink in. Miserable Barista pulled a face when I politely questioned it. I’ll pop up road to Costa near M54 island instead next time 👍🏼

honestly terrible! Waited for an hour and a half for my order and then they cancelled it. Ruined an innocent young man’s perfectly lovely Sunday morning

Coffee and hot chocolates are amazing, perfect location to pop in after work or school, beautiful interior, and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

A very pleasant Costa, very modern cafe with an additional alfresco style terrace outside for sunnier climates. As it’s Easter we tried the Kit-Kat Special Hot Chocolate which was nice. Also had a cheese & ham toasty which was tasty. Toilets were clean and tidy although the tap in the non-disability toilet is a bit poor it it’s operation.

Self isolating so can't pick up the order. Ordered at 12pm from Uber Eats. Currently 1.20 and nothing. It's literally 4 minutes away. If you can't offer the delivery service, maybe don't advertise on Uber Eats. Shambles.

Just been in to order 2 drinks ..4 staff in working today .the only young lady without a name badge with mask under her nose coughing & spluttering all over ... she even walked in kitchen coughing ..come straight back out to SERVE NEVER washed her hands...Needless to say we walked out without a drink COSTA why on earth would you let your staff work in that state?

Looks to be a new Costa. Usual coffees and food available. Friendly staff large seating area inside with decking seated area outside. **The parking area has a 90 minutes limit** Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is used with no options to pay for extra parking** £100 charge for going over beware! Couldn't see the reason for this other than to make money. Not run by Costa. Co-Op and other small outlets on site.

Visited today 2 staff on total of 3 customers so not busy. Getting to be like all the other costas dirty tables Had to move 3 times before we found a clean table. About time the area manager did is job.

I am not best impressed as I have previously been to 3 Costa’s all closed and your website said it closed at 6:30 when I arrived at 6:15 and it was closed. Absolutely fuming.

Always great coffee and excellent service received during my daily visit to the Penkridge shop. The staff are always very friendly and happy to help! The shop as a nice ambiance and I can definitely recommend!

Not great service, coffee was bitter and burnt, not upto Costa standards (might be franchise) bacon roll plastered in tuna melt underneath un edible, didn't realise till on the toll road, won't be visiting again and complaint raised with whitbred, worked for Costa for many years and this is not a good example

Nice to have this here but service is a little slow but overall great coffee recommend purple ones
