Great people with amazing customer service.

Lucky to live near this Costa as has the nicest staff , it's quick and efficient and most importantly warm and cozy.

Food and items good, however no straws were provided for our drinks

The staff here are absolutely lovely. They always treat my mum brilliantly and have a little chat with her, it’s such an appreciated thing. Really recommend this costa.

We were delighted to see Costa open at Cozy Corner. It's always busy there so our coffee before shopping is secure.

Our local coffee shop, really nice and welcoming. Staff are great. Soya alternatives without extra cost really make a difference. Very glad this opened here.

Went into the shop today! I have to say the service I received was outstanding. The staff were really helpful giving advice on the drinks and food. I’d say the best service I’ve had in a Costa coffee shop ever! Well done lads. You really know how to make a customer feel valued and content. I will definitely be coming to this one in the future.

The staff are EXTREMELY rude . Every time I come here I have a member of staff being rude , isn’t your job to give me service and tell me to have a good day ? Never coming here again

It's ok, service took quite a while for what was a relatively quiet shop, but we all have off days. Update: I'm now a regular here, I've got 0 complaints, staff are friendly and efficient. Good little Costa.

Delivery driver left bags on wet doorstep, bottom of paper bags split and coffees were dropped onto hallway carpet and stained carpet. Abysmal delivery service, complaint raised

I ordered 3 items yet received 1?

Ordered an ice coffee got a warm cup of coffee with 2 lumps of ice in, took it back and staff were very quick to sort it. Very clean and tidy staff friendly and helpful

After original delivery time had moved, the coffees which were expected to be hot, were not, the cappuccino had no froth or chocolate dusting which were ordered and the latte tasted as if it had only a half shot of the requested syrup. I'd guess the drinks had been made and stood on the side for a good half hour. Overall, not worth the money this time round.

3 members of staff, not that busy. All the tables were dirty and the floor covered in cake, like there had been a food fight! Toilet, gross run out of soap, told staff, did nothing.

I often pop in here. Always busy. Clean, friendly efficient staff. Never had bad experience since it opened

Quick delivery and driver read instructions thank you and was polite. A bit more filing in the baps would be nice but overall today is good

Good food. Missed one item off my order though (crisps).

Did not receive my order. Driver rang and there was a problem with the address. I gave him my address and he said he would bring my order. Nothing. My £22 order is somewhere, no idea where. It's so frustrating. I would have re-ordered if I knew it would be cancelled but it takes up to 7 days for a reply to my Just Eat email and there's no way to ring them.

I love both the coffee shops on this parade - they each offer something different. Of course pretty much everyone knows what to expect from a Costa! Nevertheless the thing that keeps me coming back regularly (apart from the really long and handy opening hours) is the kindness and the speed of the staff. They are so nice, and they are super-efficient with their drink and snack-making skills.

The salted caramel frostino had no coffee in and tasted like a strawberry sauce was used in the mixture. I don’t have problems usually but considering I ordered this for delivery and paid extra for the convenience I am very disappointed the drink is wrong.
