Costa Coffee in Great Yarmouth

Lovely and clean. Staff are very helpful. Toilets are also at this place. Reasonable amount of seating and situated upstairs in Next.

The food was delivered by a very polite delivery driver. The food was piping hot, tasted delicious and packaged very well.

Ordered a single cappuccino when it arrived it had No froth it was completely flat. not a cappuccino at all really disappointing

I have been going to the Costa on Gapton Hall retail park with my family for many years. The people are lovely. I want to say a huge thank you to Vilija who for years has always been amazing, friendly, makes a super cappuccino. Vilija also takes hygiene very seriously. Lovely lady. Costa need to applaud staff such as this lady. She gives Costa a good name.

I have used Costa at Gapton for many years, and find the staff amongst the friedliest and hard working in the area. Always a smile.

Staff was so polite as a usually. I visit that tiny place regularly , but Today coffe was extremely bad !!! First I think because I was the first customer , but after second cup of coffee I realized they have problem with the machine . I will visit again and hope everything to be like normal !!!

Has everything you expect from a Costa

Driver was on time and friendly. The drinks weren't in their normal cups so didn't have enough drinks and cream on all three of them for the price. But tasted delicious

Costa staff forgot to put bubble in the bubble tea. Again.

Usually when I get costa from town, it’s cold, but this one was still hot and really nice. Thank you

Even though my order was on time. The hot chocolate I ordered had a dent in the cup and it was leaking so I lost nearly half of it and £5 I don't find that acceptable

Asked the lady Emily at the front of house who was serving, if you had any cheese and chutney melts where she replied “if we had any they would be out there” in a very rude way I then went and to order something else , there was a really lovely lady didn’t catch her name dark hair brought our roasties over then Emily rudely walked over and slammed my rocky road on the table unlike the other girl who was polite asked if everything was okay if we needed anything nope this girl clearly hates her job!! I can here her slamming doors as I sit here and right this review if you hate it so much leave stop ruining others days

Both staff were working so well bearing in mind they work alone while the other has their break. Very impressed and friendly.

Love the new refit, but always clean and tidy anyway. As usual all the staff are efficient and very friendly, the manager creates a nice atmosphere, Always enjoy going there!! 100% satisfaction!!!

Tucked away enough to be quiet during the festive shopping period. Brilliant barrista with a positive uplift.

I found the store manager to be abrupt and rude to most customers whilst I was in the queue and when being served. The trainee however was lovely.

Lovely lady from the Lowestoft branch served us, who I guess was covering someone that day.This was the day the cafe was closed to sit down but open to take aways. We were the only customers but she was funny, polite and very chatty. Probably the smiliest staff member on the whole of Harfreys that day!!

Great service just need to keep on top of cleaning down tables as they are sometimes left what I would consider longer than should be other than that very polite staff

As usual overpriced on coffee and food, actually got 2 nice people serving us which is a change for this place usually can't be bothered to acknowledge you.

Typical Costa, good choice of food good coffee friendly helpful staff .

Not good having a daughter with crohns and needing the toilet staff not helpful, apparently i had to buy for her to use the loo to get code to use it. When i said she has crohns she just need to go i was told m&s was up the rd they had toilets with a smirk on her face. Its the worst costa around and mainly because of the staff. 😡 Hope they never get anything like it.

Poor service, no customer skills, would not recommend

I love Costa. But this particular branch had a very rude man serving. He kept stopping and telling customers they were closing in 20mins, then sent them away. After waiting for ages to be served he got my order wrong and I didn't realise till I'd walked out. Of course I couldn't go back and tell him...they'd closed. Since then I've been to other Costas which have been brilliant. Shame this one let the company down.

Staff a little rude. Cramped restaurant but nice coffee and good food selection.

Only problem was carrying the coffee down the stairs !!

Only difference in coffee from home to a Costa is the price...doesn't taste any different.

Its a clean small but popular cafe above a clothes store. Pricy I think, I'm not a lover of all they sell, but a nice meeting place for a coffee with friends or family..or on your own.
