Costa Coffee in Brent

On the website says they working till 8pm but 6pm they locking door.

I use to be customer of Costa more than 10 years, I have stop using it’s coffee because they don’t care customer, quality of their coffee is worst, they don’t train their staff about how to make coffee, test is very nasty, I should stop and go other brands

Coffee was great. Staff helpful. Toilet a mess.

I came here 15.00 clock evening and I asked cashier can I used the toilet because I am a diabetic person and I came here housing centre and there toilet out of service..but cashier not listening me then he said not allowed out side person...is this humanity?

Something needs to be done about Costa freely allowing drug addicts coming in to harass customers for money or asking to buy them drinks. Some customers being nervous and giving in is exactly why the same drug addicts keep coming back to beg. Other cafes and restaurants in the area with no designated security staff have a zero tolerance for this and immediately ask them to leave. Hence why they all congregate and operate in Costa. I respect that staff want to keep themselves safe, but totally ignoring what’s happening is awful. Seeing women alone be harassed for money by multiple drug addicts swarming them in the queue makes this Costa a really horrible place.

Literally a joke, hire staff that actually want to work.

order food online and they gave me something i didn’t order and i am also allergic to it which is completely unacceptable and i could of literally died.

Local costa in the heart of Harlesden. Lots of space, good for working. Pleasant staff.

Never have change if you want to pay by cash. Also asked me to pay by debit card rather than Apple pay on a different occasion. Left their big covid glass barriers up so they can’t hear you. Absolute shambles

The staff in here need to do food safety training. One of the coffees made me throw up and I was in bed for the whole day. My mum nearly called an ambulance.

They seem to close whenever they feel like. Time on the door said open until 7pm, but at 5:55pm they were closed with the lights off. This didn’t surprise me tbh, as I often come in after 5pm and see staff are clearly trying to close things down already and sweeping up, discouraging people from sitting in etc. I’d get it if a small independent cafe was doing this, but it’s a chain! I don’t know who is authorising closing early just because maybe it’s a little quiet that day, but it’s very annoying. If the hours have changed, signs and google should be updated immediately to reflect this!

Firsty ... they've a COCKROACH INFESTATION so the rest shouldn't matter. But tables aren't cleaned, food choices arent great and staff are slow and disinterested

I am appalled by the service at this store I was kicked out over an hour before closing at 5:50 and it closes at 7… makes no sense the staff was terrible and demanded me to leave. I was make not a peep and was minding my own business this is an appalling point of business and I think this place and staff should be shut down.

Only received warm milk no coffee in the drink

This Costa has a cockroach infestation! I ordered a drink and while I was waiting, I saw SO many bugs scuttling across the counter and under the coffee machine. It was absolutely disgusting. I threw my drink in the bin. This is not hygienic at all.

I try to get a coffe at 18:20 but the staff told me it was already close. I point to them the sign outside that say that the shop closed at 19:00 but they reply careless that they were already closed. They obviously were in a rush to go home. Embarrassing!

Ordered an milkshake as was recommended this. Specifically asked to use oat milk substitute instead of milk for my gf. Staff blatantly mixed milk with oat milk half way after discovering they made the wrong order and pointed this out. Instead of correctly admitting their mistake they pretended that they used oat milk. Was not wrong, my gf was later having an upset stomach as she cannot have milk. I would not visit this particular Costa or recommend it based on how it approached our order.

Went in to Costa today and right at the till is a cockroach the man put a cup on top and left it on the counter while serving people 20mins later it is still under the cup, also table and chairs are dirty and they seem to allow customers to put their feet on the sofa area with no socks on! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

The oat milk was cheap and not very nice! I ordered a coffee cappuccino which should have frothy milk. As the milk was so cheap it didn't froth. This was disappointed especially since the oat milk is extra money!! The coffee wasn't very good. Not made well and the milk was awful!

The baristas are no good. Don't know what a latte or a flat white is. They do not know the difference between them either. Why is the flat white in a latte cup and full to the brim? Pls learn the difference. My original order was also not possible but they had told me after they had already made the only possible substitute. Staff just rushing to close and lock the shop.

Today I have very bad experience in this store , I order 2 medium maple syrup lates , overfill cup drink was tasteless , taste was like hot milk mix with water ! No taste of syrup or coffe , I went ask the staff if he made me correct order he told me I need to steer it , well I did , still was tasteless and discussing, I told him to throw it and left the shop , won’t go there again

Has to be the worst Costa coffee I have ever stepped foot in. I was actually taken aback by the smell of damp, the completely knackered furniture, the stains on the ceilings. And the coffee is the usual.

Please update opening times because it shuts at 7pm NOT 8pm and is misleading. They don't allow you to sit in after 6pm. The coffee is never hot enough for me. Only go there if I have no other choice. A couple of staff are very friendly. Shocked on one occasion to see all 3 members of staff using their phones. Not talking possibly messaging. Admittedly there were no customers waiting.

I'm working for costa as well the service it was really fast and nice and the quality of the iced weapd late it was really good. Tell us the secret 🤣😍😍😍

Case che per me non vanno bene...molto sporco il locale molto vecchio gli arredi.. e rovinati ..il cappuccino è molto buono.... per il bagno devi chiedere di aprirtelo quando ti serve non ti danno i codici... un ora e 30 minuti prima della chiusura di fanno spostare se sei nella sala interna verso quella esterna sempre se c è posto..nel caso devi andar via perché devono iniziare le pulizie

Aw the team at Harlesden Costa are the nicest! Such a lovely energy to walk into! They introduced me to the costa card which was nice but nothing beats great customer service that left me leaving with a smile on my face :) thanks guys! See you soon!

The delivery man told me that my delivery was damaged and he put in the bin told to contact just eat. I need not even received replacement.

I go to this branch most days as I work locally. The staff are incredibly friendly and so welcoming. The coffee they make in there tastes perfect each morning. They each have a smile on their face and the effort to know each person that walks through the door is heartwarming. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Wouldn’t recommend, there are better coffee shops in Harlesden. Every time I get my Coffe it’s just way too hot. I shouldn’t be asking for coffee to be regular temperature. Shop is always messy as well.

Excellent Costa coffee branch, I’ve been going there for years… I can honestly say they have friendly, polite staff who make a prefect coffee each time. If you are in the area definitely recommend this one.

coffee was burnt, flies gathered around the tables around us, burnt dairy cheese stuck to our vegan mains, service took 10 minutes for 2 drinks while the store was empty with 5 employees stood around chatting.

Terrible and possibly the most disrespectful customer service I ever encountered. They paid no attention to myself nor my friend who made an order. One of the staff members was shouting at the phone in her hand whilst she was supposed to be taking our order. There was a bit of confusion about the order as well, because the customer before us was given coffee and he said he may have been given mine. He then said he was going and left. They then placed an order in front of me and I thought it was mine, they then both started talking about me in either Hindi or Gujarati and I recognised a few of the insult words, which I was very tempted to react to, but I know if I did I would be labelled the villain. The one who was on her phone was very rude and the other one who was making the coffee insinuated that I had made up the customer who left with the other coffee. It was a very prejudice thing to do, because I even felt at one point that I was really trying my hardest to prove to them that I wasn’t lying. And they would stop talking about us and this coffee they made and couldn’t think of why they made it instead of just believing what I told them. Anyway to me it’s quite obvious why. I hate that branch now. Get some diversity in that place please, because they obviously have no respect for the indigenous residents of the area in which they serve.

Been overcharged for products I've never asked and given the wrong coffees, as I ask for non dairy milk due to allergies. There's always an issue and they close way earlier than stated on the website and store info

The worst Costa I’ve ever seen. Flies on my croissant, cup of watermelon was soggy and terrible customer service. I was the only one in the queue and I had to ask to order. A lady was talking to a friend on the mobile and couldn’t be bothered. Shut this place down!

Missing food and drink. One tostie arrived cold worse service

This is no reflection on the staff. It is on management . Your service as a good income yet the environment is run down and shabby ,! Customers are sitting on torn chairs the cleaning service for environmental cleanliness is poor.

If you're in a rush just get black coffee, anything else and you'll be late for how long the service takes. The staff aren't too rude but having to explain my orders after waiting for 10-20 minutes at a time is a stressful situation almost that one of an altercation. 4 times to this Costa in the span of 30 days and 4 times an issue. I ordered a specialty drink 40 minutes in advance that even if it was made for a bit I could just grab it and go, doesn't matter if it's a bit melted I just didn't have much time to spare. They completely forgot about it and I asked them if they've been busy and got a reply to a slow morning, they completely forgot about it and had to wait 10 minutes for my order. Another time I put in an order and had to wait 10 minutes, while other people were served another customer that was the 4th served after my order actually spoke up that I've been waiting for a while. Once they were speaking to me again I had to tell them what I ordered multiple times, the person had to grab someone else because they stated they didn't know how to make my drink. Along with another order on a different date when they didn't bother with my coffee when I paid alongside coupon. I don't know if the manager stepped in but another employee took care of it after 15 minutes or more. I honestly hate speaking out and try to be patient but watching customers go by and one get served a similar drink before me gets hair splitting. The last is just a minor issue with one of their equipment not working. Not their fault just unfortunate how every visit has ended in disappointment. Staffing in Harlesden is getting worse and worse along general safety. If you're passing through I'd just keep going and if you're here looking for a fix of coffee expect some turbulence or keep your order simple as possible.

I'm a regular customer and people of harlesden genuinely dirty and very bad, they burning the seats and making the place dirty. I have noticed there are new staff recently working hard, cleaning the tables and brushing the place every time. Excellent.

No customer service staff are very rude. Toilets was disgusting tables were a mess. They ignore you when you ask them to clean it up for your use. The coffee was bland and cold

Had a bad experience with a customer...however the lovely ladies (staff) were very apologetic and attentive. The Chai Latte was delicious and just the right temperature for me.

I am dumfounded by just how much attitude the server had which culminated in her throwing the cup holder down on the counter towards me and walking off. Every request was met with an eye roll so I'm surprised as to why she is working there. I've worked in hospitality before and if I ever treated a customer in the disgusting way she treated me, I would have been sacked! Even when her manager was explaining to her about the correct utensils to use and to remind her to clean as she goes along, she rolled her eyes at her too. It's just disappointing that for a shop I enjoy going to, this visit has sullied my experience and I will not be returning.

Wrong items brought, caramel missing from salted caramel frostino. When you call the store you are expected to come in to the store to get it changed.
