So many various beers and ales. Very nice evening staff, they were polite and quick. Breakfast was good too. It is a lovely place. Thank you guys.

Some of the food served leaves much to be desired. Parking can be a problem. 2- 3.4.22 Tasty breakfast & food served by friendly staff in pleasant pub surroundings. 21.5.22 Management should be aware of people coming in & then letting kids sip alcohol from their glasses! Ridiculous & unacceptable. 1.6.22 Staff need to be aware of menu prices & not overcharge customers & blame it on old sales registers! 25.6.22 Unpleasant staff who ask you to look for a clean table if they are asked to clean up a table which you want to use & has been previously used by a diner ! Ridiculous. 5.8.22 Need to ensure that packets of ketchup, mustard & mayonnaise are well stocked! Not all items on the menu are available either! 7.8.22 Ridiculous that they charge for & serve a so called large breakfast with several items missing from the menu & then throw the butter 🧈 into the middle of food on the plate! Going back & forth from the kitchen to add missing food items & then saying that they have run out of stock! 2.11.22 Items missing from the menu are not properly supplemented by counter staff & kitchen staff like Libby who have got comfortable in such surroundings with others, are cocky, unpleasant & quick to blame the customer for not getting the orders correct! Ridiculous judging by what's happened in the past! Otherwise, tasty breakfast . Car parking problems exist. 27.1.23 Tasty breakfast served in an environment with no heating & the toilets were in a flooded mess! 6.10.23 Tasty food served in an environment where customers seem to vape/smoke , where the toilets need to be kept clean including the tables & apparently drinkers get aggressive & abusive to others! 3.12.23 Tasty food served by friendly staff in a clean environment. However the stinking toilet is a mess with smashed up hand-dryers! Shocking. 23.12.23 Tasty fish & chips 🍟, however the tables & seats are not cleaned & staff have to be prompted to do so. 25.2.24 Tasty fish & chips 🍟 but toilets 🚻 need to be kept clean as there is no toilet paper! 3.7.24 A cold pub where food on the menu is not available & toilet seats are missing! 14.9.24 Tasty breakfast served by staff in a clean environment However the toilet flushes don't seem to work properly! 28.10.24 Seems that to ask for tables to be cleaned & cleared up is a crime by surly & unpleasant staff around who expect you to help with the cleaning up & lecture you too as well as not following up on requests like serviettes! Ridiculous.

Haven't been here for years but pleasantly surprised and clean compared to some of thr Moons in the area that are knackered

I have been visiting this place ever since it opened in early 90's .. .

Large selection of beer an ale from around the world includes craft beers. Meals come with choice of alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks, good bargain, can order from the app or at the bar. Staffs are mostly helpful and friendly. Very busy at evenings and weekends. Cheap and cheerful value for money food and drinks.

Great pub value for money. The aftenoon meal offer is good deal. I had the all day brunch comes fresh from the kitchen. Beers and ales from around the world also craft beer. Normal pub environment child friendly, have gaming machines, sports channels etc.

To much crowded. No space. Table not cleaned properly. No waitresses to take orders.

The bald headed moron that works there. I tapped him to ask a question and he barked at me, do not touch me. Seriously, rude with an attitude. Not the first time he's been rude to us. Get rid of him!

Very good fish and chips with the drink on Friday. Better than chippy and always nice and crispy batter.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⚠️⛔️‼️☣️ I m with Tim Martin for 2 decades and spent time with Kenton moon but this particular assistant manager in Kingsbury moons is just after me or targeting numerous time and finding reasons. She bared me in past and I apologise without my mistake that time was about game machines and it a same story 10 machines but I have go off first from the machine because she don’t like me for whatever reason I guess and again today she decide to bared for LIFE. Just because I asked here why more then 10 people are still drinking and You want me let go my drink she goes to its close long time and respect that so left my drink then when I asked her while leaving premises that this guys are still drinking she just fired up on me and I told me rudely it’s not your concerns and as customer I asked her it is. I also asked her politely if you want me come back tomorrow and have a word with you but again ignored . I learnt my lesson well by her put my 30 years of relationship in Tim martins in drain. THANK YOU NEVER TURNNG BACK👍🏻 BUT ON PIECE OF ADVICE YOU GUYS NEED IT! WETHERSPOONS NEED TO TRAINING STAFF WELL! My photos are witness that clicked from outside after 10 minutes I walked out but she still let other people drink and she called cops because I told I m not coming back but try to threaten me to call cops on me. I m sure this IS NOT BUSINESS PRACTICES WOULD RUN BY WEATHER-SPOONS BECAUSE OF LACK OF TRAINING. Some Wetherspoons fail with food and some absolutely smash it. Well I'm very happy to say that this Wetherspoons knocked it out of the park. I ordered the hot and spicy chicken, my goodness it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was soft and falling off the bone. It was absolutely superb! And sometimes things say hot and they aren't well don't try the sauce that comes with it if you're a wimp. My, it was fiery. 10 out of 10 for your chef here Wetherspoons! The food was top class and absolutely delicious! Thank you. I'll definitely be back to try the steak. Oh and the bar man was also pretty fabulous. He was friendly, efficient, and obviously hard working as he was keeping everything clean.

I recently visited J.J. Moons Kingsbury and ordered a cocktail. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed/humiliating with the quality of the drink. The cocktail I received was poorly made and lacked flavor. The presentation was also lacking, as it seemed hastily put together. Additionally, the service was slow and inattentive. Overall, my experience at J.J. Moons was underwhelming, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a quality drinking establishment.

Very poor service. Behind the bar staff seem reluctant to be there. No attempt at please or thank you, just take the money and go away. Ask to change channels on the TV and response 'we've lost the remote' Miserable experience

Good value beers and quick, friendly service

Me and my son are, (for a bit of fun) travelling all the individual London Underground lines from end to end; taking a selfie photo of us with the station name roundel at each terminus. My son Is autistic and likes to eat at Wetherspoon pubs, because he knows what to expect. So the nearest to Stanmore just happened to be JJ Moons in Kingsbury. I hadn't eaten all day so a Large mixed Grill was the order of the day! I have to say I have had some pretty rubbish Mixed Grill's at various 'Spoons' pubs, with missing bits or the meat being served up within an inch of being cremated! Congratulations are due to the staff at JJ Moons in Kingsbury, because this plate was served up to perfection. I know some people take pictures of their food, I'm not one to do that usually, but this should set an example to other pubs in the chain of how a Mixed Grill should be served up!

Great for a cheap brunch. Good selection, choice and reasonable food. I wouldn't say the food is 4star quality but it's 4star value for money. Thursday is curry night at JJs. Not bad, gf options available. Friday evening is busy with locals and a mixture of ages.

This is the second smallest Spoons in the country. It has ongoing relationships with The George, The Oak and Trinity in the cross fertilisation of customers. Luckily, unlike The Oak and surrounding cafes, there is not the heavy proliferation of Romanian clients that take over the environment but spend little. Here, you are more likely to find a customer base made up of students and pensioners. Staff are lovely and hard working.

Always come here on an away game in London, park up at Stanmore and it's a couple of stops, close to the tube. Perfect. Service good food decent.

If you want to watch Formula One - they don’t show it here. I expected all pubs to have all the sports channels. Such a shame.

Was in on a busy day for the Rugby League Challenge Cup at Wembley. Never waited more than a couple of minutes to be served. The bar staff were exceptional and were working very hard. The prices were also very good. Breakfasts coming out of the kitchen at a tremendous pace. A great team running this pub.

Good Atmosphere, alright Service, helpful, good was good but ordered a pint of budwiser and honestly it changed my whole review here. How do you mess up a pint? By mixing water with it! I was literally drinking 90%water and 10% budwiser, it was that bad! I had to give it back because it was the worst pint I had in my life!

Not sure about this place to be honest. Seems very popular so I went for the first time today. I had a poached egg with bacon sandwich and tea which set me back just under 12 pounds. Expensive when you think of what you’re eating with the bacon being the most pricey. The bread was white sliced bread so we are talking the worse and cheapest bread available out there made with raising agents rather than yeast or even sourdough which is much better quality. No option to change. . The poached egg was warm to cold. The top up for hot drinks like tea, coffee and hot chocolate is a nice touch but it’s with a machine. Tea good as no different to other places unless you want herbal which is not available. Not a lot of variety to be honest. A bit like going to Asda for your shopping and not be able to find what you want. I think the success of the place is it’s a bit like going to your local British pub. A log of people want that even when they travel. They done like to deviate from the norm. It’s fish and chips, pork pies, full English breakfast and nothing else is acceptable. For those type of people I think this place is everything they need. For someone like me that likes variety and well travelled that wants more like a better quality bun and more on the menu than your standard cod, chips and mushy peas, pork pies and black pudding, not ideal but I feel it’s a place tailored for Brits and they fit right in. For the popularity I was expecting much more. The prices are about average but so was the food. Atmosphere was not too bad. A bit dated. Ordering system seems good. You can scan a bar code and order that way and pay at the counter. No one greeted me at the entrance which is fine. You just sit Sloan at any table. Would I go back? Unlikely. For the price there’s better out there for the price. Some might disagree. This is my first visit so any changes I will update my review

Pub can get busy. Staff are friendly. Have visited several times. They do sometimes get the order wrong. But they correct it very quickly and food is always hot.

Great service and atmosphere. Much better than another place I went to which felt a bit dark. The only critism I have is placement of the condiments. They were near my table but don't normally expect them to be near the entrance to the toilets.

The manager Aisha was so sweet and helpful today as well as her other colleagues, will definitely be coming back.

Staff was good. Less facilities for families with children. Quite a few One person was sitting on table of 4 persons. It was all around. We were 7 of us. One gentle man offered part of his table? Thanks to him. I think, staff should help in such circumstances.

Can't complain with JJ Moons!! It's been a long time since I've been back. But as usual, it's always been accommodating and very easy to walk in and grab a drink or bite. This place hasn't changed and is really good it hasn't! Its been a great pub since the very beginning.

Second time they stop serving before closing time. Last time I was there 20 min before closing this time 15 and they don't sell anything...

Manager took our drinks and food, checked cctv and said there was no drinks. We were gone for 5 minutes, then manager declined everything. Staff tried to sort it out, the bald head manager was very rude and unprofessional. He doesnt deserve the manager position. Change the manager, I know you’re seeing this, get another job my bro, you dont have the skills to work here🤣🤣

What an enormous contrast to the last weekend when I visited JJ Moons in Kingsbury and both the service and food which I have to inform was very poor the same two large breakfasts were not at all on the same level as I have had today the beans were dry and not fresh the eggs overcooked no care at this place here visited 23/04/23 not at all impressed and there is no doubt there is a North south divide as had the same meal today in sheffield and was far far better please guys its the same ingredients why should the quality here be different to up north you are the same company hope they are listening as this needs to be addressed

Good pub food. Recommend the crispy chicken bao bun with spicy siracha sauce and the scampi. Extremely good value for money. Traditional, classic public aesthetics with a charming interior that feels cozy yet ample space and seating. Average table size seats 4. Standard selection of weatherspoons taps and ales.

Reason of posting this is to know the owner and manager how they treating their customer. That’s it. Btw expect this experience everything was good.

Really enjoyed the visit, friendly pub, with a nice atmosphere. We all had burgers to eat, which were hot and tasty. The staff, however, made the visit, they were cheerful, friendly, helpful and fun, whilst remaining professional. I would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.

Surprisingly prices are decent here. It was quiet when we went at 8pm. We bought 2 pints of carlsburg and paid around £5.50.

Wow....so much choice on the food menu! Pizza, curry, burgers, thai....lots of sides too. Drinks are very cheap!!! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great ambience. Will be back there soon.

Well. It was a busy friday. Staff helpful and not to stressed. Volume is LOUD..food was. Well. At least on a plate.. but cold.

I can't say I'm proud to call this a hangout of mine but it's where cheap school reunions take place. Prices are phenomenal I don't know how this place makes money.

And another wonderful 'spoons. Bar on the right as you enter, booths down the left and high and low tables elsewhere. A small smoking area out the back. The pub was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent: friendly and polite. The Guinness was excellent

Visited on a Tuesday at 5pm. Half of the menu was not available when tried to order food. By 6.30pm they run out of pint glasses. Left and went elsewhere.

This place has really gone downhill of late. They are chronically understaffed and the food isn't the same as it was. Waited 23 minutes after ordering on the app for a beer! OK, was busy, but again because they are so understaffed it really is shocking. They also seem to be ok with vapes being used? Shall avoid in the future.
