I have only bought coffee here 4 times and every time they have got it wrong. This morning I purchased a skinny vanilla latte and had to go back as they had not put the vanilla in, when I went to drink it again they had put almond syrup in It!!! There has not been one occasion when my order has been correct. I will not be buying coffee from here again

Had a nice visit to this franchise today to grab a quick coffee while waiting for a train. Served by a nice guy who was fast and really polite to everyone. It’s a good branch to have as the Runaway coffee place past the ticket barriers don’t take cards.

Don't allow dogs. Nice staff but none seem happy. Sausage sandwich could have had a bit of butter, dry bread and cheesy sausage.

Staff were friendly but we waited 40 minutes for sandwiches. I was told that they had lost our order due to a technical issue. When the food arrived it was mediocre and not worth the wait. As an apology they offered a free drink; when I requested a drink for each of us I was told that it was one drink between four of us, so clearly not really an apology at all. We were also absolutely freezing by the time our food came despite having winter coats on because the heaters weren't working. Again, I was told this was due to a technical issue.

22 Malling StreetOnly my second ever visit. A first for Casta and Madge. A CAMRA Good Beer Guide pub and a Cask Marque. A Harvey's pub with 3 of their beers. Had a super Sussex Best. The pub wraps round the central bar, access from the back where there is a beer patio. There is a separate dining room and thus pub serves foid. One TV and a dart board. Accesdible toilet.

The seaweed and prawn crackers were stale, the lamb was fatty (in a ridiculously sweet sauce) and the Tofu was tough and dry. The salt and pepper prawns were like bullets. Absolutely awful won’t be returning here ever again
