Costa Coffee in Aberdeenshire

So slow to get the coffee, always only one person making them, which means the queue takes forever to move.

Me and my brothers go to Costa Westhill on the regular, staff are brilliant and I've never had an issue with my coffee or food.Customer service 10/10 . Looking forwards to it reopening !!!

Disappointed that coffee and breakfast roll were lukewarm. First time that’s happened in Costa. Service was good and quick but I’d have been willing to wait a few more minutes for hot food and drink!

Nice enough - venue, staff and service but I think they need to be more diligent clearing and cleaning the tables. In recent times I’ve been in lots of tables had dirty cutlery and plates still on them. And staff were chatting in the area behind the checkout. Not a good look!!

Love coming here for a coffee. Really nice staff who go out of their way to please. Prices of costa food though is getting hard to justify. Good job the staff are worth going back for :-D

I went to Costa coffee at Westhill to meet a friend.We were under the impression the cafe closes at 6 pm as Google says.By 5 pm a staff approached and said cafe is shut and would give few minutes for us to be out. Then my friend went to inform the staff that the Google says wrong opening hours, ask them to convey the message to the management to change it. She basically asked us to get in touch with the customer service get it done. Is this how you would treat customers at Costa? She was no apologetic at all, felt she was frustrated. None of the staff working had any customer care while serving the customers or speaking but being rude 😕 Having second thoughts of going there again .

09:46am took me 15 minutes to get a coffee and only two people infront of me. I could literally pick the beans myself, travel back, grind them myself, make a coffee, and drink it faster.

Shame about the lack of vegan choices for lunch but there was 2 vegan cakes. Had the rocky road cake and a green tea which were both tasty enough.

Need to clear and clean the tables. Don't like "sit in" coffee served in take away cups with plastic/ wood cutlery. Floor needs cleaning more often as covered in crumbs etc - look at Cults, Aberdeen for a good example of service and cleanliness. Think it is down to insufficient staff numbers.

Good coffee & nice choice of cakes, but decor & furnishings are getting a bit run down.

Would be great if opened earlier for picking up coffee en route to work, but otherwise a nice wee spot for a coffee and cake

Quite place and friendly staff. This costa closes at 5pm everyday. So really a shame, we no started using Starbucks instead.

Its Costa so you pretty much know what your getting, it's nice a relaxing to sit it. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff more interested in speaking to each other than serving

Went here to meet family. Despite Google maps saying it was temporarily closed it wasn't. A fact one of the staff was desperately trying to sort. Coffee was beautifully presented and lovely . Cakes were delicious. The staff were excellent .friendly smiling chatty and brightened up ur morning. Was very busy but didn't feel overcrowded. Just a happy buzz. Will definitely go again

The cafe was very under staffed and although the girl behind the counter was efficient we had to ask for our table to be cleaned. We also had our drinks in paper cups and our cakes in paper bags. I think the prices they charge warrant at least proper cups and plates. I don't think I would hurry back, but did feel some sympathy for the existing staff.

Poorly managed, often either closed early or take away only - really frustrating!

What to state about this shop! It sells wonderful Coffee also sandwiches and cakes. Staff are always polite and helpful. Location offering plenty of parking and good access to other shops.

Westhill Costa is the best, I had a no power in my house for 6 days before Christmas and I went in for a heat, the staff here were amazing, so kind and lovely, I will never forget it, I was do cold but they really warmed me up that day! Xxx

Very unpleasant manager Patrick, started mooning about mask, I requeted call police, but Patrick introduce Him self as police and law, what a shame what short minded people employed, wouldn't recommend Westhill, Aberdeenshire place to any of my friends...

Lovely coffees and selection of tray bakes, well organised staff and cleaning between customers.

The staff are friendly and compassion, you feel very energetic visiting the place. It has quite modern decor and has plenty of choices for food and drinks. I strongly recommend for a taking a break.

The staff were quite abrupt and one in particular was quite rude. Moved part of the counter to go and get something for their lunch without saying excuse me please and I just automatically had to move.

Dropped by for a latte with my wife and ordered this along with a tea, two rolls and a cake which came to over £21. Hugely overpriced and to be honest the pre-made rolls were shocking for the money. I for one will not be back and would recommend you up your game considerably! As an aside I recently went to dunelm coffee shop in Dundee whereby I had two bacon rolls (superb by the way) , two pots of tea and a delicious cake for £9. Take a leaf out of their book both for value and taste.

Costa is always good. Had to queue outside for a table but the broken biscuit chocolate cake was worth the wait

Coffee for 50p today what's not to like.

Costa are only doing takeaways or online orders right now, no in store eating but the service was very good and there was no queue.

After a cold wait in a queue at the weekend, allowed to enter by a not overly pleasant assistant. Ordered our drinks & food. Once again, there was no Terry's chocolate orange segment to go with the over priced hot chocolate drink but a cheap looking chocolate coin given instead ?? We sat at the window only to find a very dirty window and floor. We are going to give Costa a swerve for a while as they really do need to up their game on how to serve the public with courtesy. Covid 19 regulations seem to be a reason now for bad manners.

First things first, I'm not the world biggest Costa fan. I'm one of those people who consider coffee a food group. That being said the staff at this Costa were lovely! A batista that knew what she was doing made this trip worthwhile, and I ended up with a very drinkable cup. The place was very busy considering it was 4pm.

No detailed receipt given, asked for small lattes, large ones supplied. Reluctant to provide tap water. Always asking ne to buy special blend 25p extra thinking of giving Westhill a pass, not happy.

Usually no to do have reverted to Holiday Inn if we fancy a coffee

Love this Costa especially at this time of year, our barista Lauren was very friendly and happy with her christmas jumper on. Advised what drink was the best to have and couldnt take a smile of her face!, nice ambiance and comfy seats to relax and heat up after being out in the cold!
