Great place for coffee. Comfy chairs....visited 22/12/2024....... Edited review...today 13/01/25 got parking ticket for last visit. Crooked parking company taking the piss. Visited on a Sunday when all other shops were closed. Didn't know you had to pay to park here....criminal..£60 for a coffee. Don't go here...

I sometimes work from here and it's very relaxed. This morning I was offered a Christmas chocolate by a staff member, in fact the whole store was. Was nice!

Whilst the Costa products are a welcome occasional treat following a long daily drive, the counter service provided by two members of staff in particular - God bless Equador and Portugal - is consistently superb, friendly and warms me more than my latte! In truth, I first felt flattered that they remembered my occasional order :-) , and so was a little disappointed :-( to learn that...... they actually remember most orders from their customers. Oh well. Thank you both so much

My favourite coffee Nice and quiet

The place is very nice, but there is a very rude Indian employee. I asked her if there was a possibility to heat or replace my drink because it was very cold. She took it in an aggressive and barbaric way and got rid of it and made a new one. I don’t mind even if I refused, but at least in a good way. I asked for her name, but she refused to give it to me.

It’s fantastic to have a drive-thru at such a convenient location. The inside is always busy but well-maintained. The servers are often rushed, but they consistently do their best to provide good service. The former manager who opened the branch created an excellent environment for both staff and customers, and that made a lasting impression. People like that are real assets and should be retained. My only feedback would be to consider staying open later to capture evening trade. Even if it’s just skeleton staff past a certain time, that would be a great improvement.

The onky coffee shop on my way that opens early. The coffee is good and the service is quick. When you need a coffee at 7am on a Sunday, this is the place to go!

We enjoyed it very much, went there with my brother who was visiting from Sweden. I was worried we would not find anythinh for him to eat as he is gluten and lactose intolerant but we were pleasantly surprised to find something for him too which was amazing.

Went here because it showed up as a laptop café option on google. The venue is spacious and has plug sockets for using laptop's etc but Wi-Fi is awful, very very weak and didn't work for the 30 minutes I persisted with it. I had already spend £5 on a coffee which now felt like a waste of money. Coffee was okay but not worth £5. Staff were kind enough to wipe my table after I asked for it to be cleaned. OVERALL: it is an okay venue for a chat and an average coffee shop menu. But for laptop users its a no, no.

Plenty of seating and parking. And, for me, convenient to visit while I'm out and about.

I visit this costa drive-through every morning on my way to work but lately they have added a new member of the team who quite frankly doesn’t meet their very previously high standards of customer service. She barely says hello got my order wrong rolled her eyes didn’t say sorry and just handed me back my coffee And looked at me blankly It’s such a shame as the two of the ladies who are regularly there are outstanding. Significant amount of training or replacement needed as that’s not the kind of service I want to start off my morning every day.

Popped in here for first ever time, the 2 staff members on duty were very professional and helpful, even with the long queue of customers waiting. Will most definitely be going back again very soon.

An item was substituted without asking me. instead of blueberry, they sent mango, I am allergic to mangoes and I took a sip and gagged before throwing up. my original delivery time was 3pm but it arrived just after 3.15pm. all in all not a good experience.

Hamsa, is definitely the star of the place. Not sure if he is the manager or not. If not, he should be. His customer service skills are off the chart. on the few occasions that I have attended this branch, he has made me feel like I am the most important customer in the cafe. He was incredibly friendly and hard working, he hardly stopped moving.

A very expensive egg mayonnaise sandwich, Just slides egg NO mayonnaise that I could see, crisp and a cappuccino nearly £10! Give me a sandwich from Boots anytime very tasty and half the price.

Went to Costa to try the KitKat Mocha, definitely worth the extra couple of miles I had to drive to get there. This shop in particular is a nice spot, large space, near the high road, car park and a drive through.

It's a drive through coffee shop opposite the Pets at Home and Wickes. Handy if you're in a rush in the morning. Although the traffic on Blackheath Road when joining at peak times is not to be underestimated. You can also go inside the shop where they have wi-fi and toilets. It's open earlier than many other coffee places on a Sunday. It has the usual products you would expect from Costa- coffee (including lattes, hot chocolate), sandwiches, etc.

A drive thru Costa in the car park by Wickes and Pets at Home on Blackheath Hill. There is also seating inside, in a bright and clean building, with good wi-fi. Service was efficient and friendly and there were more products for sale than I have seen in other Costa outlets.

Nice it is open earlier than others on a Sunday but could be better if staff listened to your order and got it correct. I ordered toast (to be cooked both sides) when arrived only cooked on 1 side. Asked them to correct the order, which they did, but by that time my coffee was finished and had nothing to drink with my toast.

Delivered a pork sausage roll instead of vegan sausage bap. This is a non meat household.

We got a bacon and brie sandwich which was heated up. It is superb and we loved every bit of it. The seating was comfy and it was a nice quiet place to get a bite to eat or do some work online as you have access to the WiFi. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and toilets here. Everything was very clean upon entry and well presented. The staff were kind and helpful to our family. There is car parking outside the store as well.

I visit this branch a lot on a Sunday after church. The staff are always welcoming. I am very particular about how I like my hot chocolate, but they always get it right. Thank you.

The driver arrived and said the drink had spilt so he’d arrange another. Nothing arrived to replace it and all the app offered was a serial refund (not the considerable delivery fee)!

I come to this Costa regularly when I am working from home and I am always especially happy with the service. The staff (especially Erik!) are so nice and welcoming & it's always really nice and tidy!

Phenomenal food at very reasonable price. This coffee place is truly hidden gem. The atmosphere is down to earth, which is combined with great food, coffee and service. The manager Hamza is giving the right guidance to his staff. They are very kind and polite and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this place .

Very friendly and competent staff at this particular Costa, they go beyond the expected. It doesn’t seem to be like a chain run cafe, unlike the others, it seems more like an independent cafe. I also found Erik extremely helpful and professional , what a lovely staff. Highly recommend this branch .

Staying out of area ordered four breakfasts coffee etc he bring two yoghurts we never ordered wouldn’t take them back. Couldn’t speak to us in English. Costa phone line not open do NOT USE

I do use a lot Costa but the stuff is now has no clue to make a coffee, is expensive and tasteless awful

Quality of service is just awful

hello we went there to drink something and because it was a very hot day so i asked the lady on the counter for a menu so i can decide our drink and food and to see the prices easily but instead the girl gave me this horrible look and made me feel stupid for asking the menu, when i asked again she pointed her finger toward the tv screen very angerly and did not say a word. When i looked at the screen it turned into some advert and i start waiting for the menu to show and it will stay few second and change again. This other girl came with a smile but helpless, we had some cold drinks which were easer to order but could not order something to eat. The place had only two customers in such a big and beautiful place with a free parking in a very busy area. I was very disappointed with there system. Thank you.

Awful. Wrong ingredients used that meant I couldn’t have because of allergies and refund process with just eat is confusing. Don’t waste your money or risk your health here

Place shut down because of maintenance issues and all customers were asked to leave. I still had more than half my lunch to eat. It was pouring with rain and there were no dry places to sit so I stayed until i had finished which the staff were not pleased with but unless all the electrics had failed or the floor was swimming with water from a leak i did not see the need to be rushed out.

Mid afternoon and they had no sandwiches left to purchase. Very disappointing.

Go-to for breakfast. Use the drive through regularly and always have super quick, friendly service and quality for food and drink is very consistent. Orders are accurate and staff are always so cheerful despite the early hours. I'm always reminded to use my points / offers in my reward card!

Always use the drive thru here after school drop off. The staff here are always working so hard, happy, and its always service with a smile! The food here isn't great, it's super expensive and the ingredients in sandwiches etc are lacking.. well, the ingredients! Will still always grab my coffee on the go, but I won't be ordering the food anymore. Drive thru

This afternoon, I had the very finest experience at Costa. The setting was lovely, and one member of staff named Molly in particular put me at ease and definitely made my day. I can only promise that I'll be returning.

This Costa is lovely great friendly staff much better now they have a few new staff members. I was served by a lovely young lady with tattoos think her name she said was Mollie and omg the caramel frappe was amazing! Lovely choice of food and a great place to sit and chat with friends. Will deffo visit again soon

very poor service! easy to say staff was moody like a smile would hurt them! messed up 3 out of 4 items on my order & while stood waiting they messed next two customers orders up. tried to charge me twice for whipped cream. gingerbread latte was warm not hot & was very weak.

Really nice modern Costa coffee. Drive through as well. On the main route between blackheath and Greenwich. Can get busy but the staff handle it well. Manager and senior staff here are great. Always smiling and helpful. Płace is kept clean and tidy.

Had an amazing experience at this Costa this morning. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Purchased some glass bottles as gifts for Christmas and was absolutely amazed that the person serving had kept all the original packaging so my goods won’t get damaged. Really appreciate this type of attention to detail. Not to mention the store is absolutely immaculate. With this type of friendly service, it can turn any bad say around. You guys are 10/10

Situated in the car park of Wickes / Pets at Home, this branch of Costa is always busy at the drive through but has a good amount of seating inside. They stock the M&S range of sandwiches and have the normal Costa treats. Service is friendly and you never have to wait long for your drink to be prepared. A good branch to pop into if your near.

We've just left this Costa and had such a good experience from one of the staff members who helped check some allergy information for a brownie for my son. Unfortunately I didn't get the servers name but he was so thorough! He went through all the allergy information, washed his hands, used new serving tools to handle the brownie and also opened a brand new pack, all just to minimise any potential cross contamination. Such a good, thorough attitude to allergies. Thanks a million 😊

States opening time is at 6.30am Sunday. Sitting here at 6.31 and no sign of opening anytime soon. Terrible puncuality
