Costa Coffee in East Hertfordshire

The staff in here are all absolutely amazing. Always incredibly friendly and personable. This has become my regular coffee stop and it's always a pleasure coming in. It can sometimes get quite busy but the staff are always exceptional.

Have been a regular here for years and they have all got to know my son and wife . Debbie, Lian and all of the staff are great and do the best costa I know and have been to quite a few around the country . Gets busy but always a good coffee and even my son has a special “Alfiechino” . Great place. Highly recommended.

It's probably the best Costa we have been too and we have been to quiet a few over the county. Staff are absolutely amazing, working practically flat out all the time. Keep up the good work, will miss coming in every day since our contract at the airport has now finished 😔 If anyone deserves a pay rise, all the staff working at this costa do !!!.

An excellent Costa within a Tesco at Bishops Stortford. Excellent service and very clean/tidy. Had Drinks only/No food.

Always enjoy a coffee here, sometimes with a little treat too, always plenty of seating, obviously very busy on a Saturday.

I'm currently sat enjoying my drink. There are 2 members of staff who are run ragged and still doing their job with a friendly demeanour. In the queue was an elderly chap who is clearly a regular and has mobility issues. The male member of staff, spotted him, told him to sit down and amongst the dozens of drink he was making, made the elderly chaps drink and took it to him. Its clear that more staff is required to help, but the two members of staff working right now are a credit.

Staff rude Infront of customers, pulling faces and slamming mugs down in anger. Utterly horrific.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and usually remember your previous orders. Always polite and very pleased to see you. Very welcoming.

Very slow serving. Takeaways are never full cups. Hot chocolates are like dish water. Coffees are weak. Bish bash bosh. The machine the petrol garage is 10x better

Friendly staff, good selection, but 2 staff to serve the volume of customers is inadequate. Spent more time queuing than enjoying a coffee. Will try other places in the future.

Very slow service - took almost 20 mins queuing and to be served an Americana. Staff were miserable. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting your time

Friendly team with a smile regardless of how busy it gets. Quality of drinks and food very consistent. Many, many regulars and they remember our orders better than we do. For my hottest coffee this is tops. Very relaxing place to unwind.

I do love a decaf Americano and something naughty! Laidback atmosphere.

Come here at least once a week, love the staff. Always very friendly and attentive even during busy times. I do feel sorry for nathan, getting syrup in his eye, one of the lovely lady baristas made a beautiful cappuccino to commemorate this incident 🤣

OK but smell of coffee on my clothes for days.. What special blend are they using 🤔

Caffetteria di catena all'interno di un superstore Tesco. Buono per una pausa prima, dopo durante la spesa. I tavoli non sono sparecchiati spesso ma forse ciascuno deve riporre il suo vassoio. Noi non lo abbiamo fatto 😁

Very very dirty, staff not very good, cakes and sandwiches only just in date making them taste dry, I can't believe you think it ok to change for condiments when somebody is eating in your dirty restaurant with unclean knives and forks.

Dirty glass, wrong coffee.. some of the staff are not very polite and just look generally miserable absolutely filthy carpets and seats... Carpet dangerous as coming up so is a trip hazard.. overall I will not be coming back to this Costa..

Extremely expensive, as you would expect. Overcrowded and very hard to find a seat.

Can't go wrong really. Cleaner than the local Starbucks in the seating area I feel although wouldn't use the spoon as manky (not just water stains) and the latte glasses had aeen better days but won with a takeaway cup! Staff friendly. Order a hot coffee if you don't want luke warm.

Always great to have a coffee here. Even better with the extended seating area.
