Poor service Swears at customers and sent raw pizza and a wrap that’s wet

Just some feedback, if you grab a fistful of flyers and shove them into the plants at the front of someone’s house, you can guarantee they WONT be using your services. Do better.

Charcoaled grilled chicken wings are marinated uniquely & possibly the best I’ve had I get them extra crispy with lemon juice & drizzle of their home made chilli sauce the original og of kebabs shop sauces nothing out the commercial tub thanks guys

Good food and great size portions too, have eaten here for a few years and it's always been consistently good

Food is great. Had a delivery and some of my order was missing. Rang up. Couldn't understand what the guy was saying. They took my money but never sent the missing food. Disappointed.

Terrible, took 2hrs for food to arrive, half of which was missing and the other half wrong..called them and they re delivered some extremely questionable and cold food whilst demanding the incorrect food back…I’m sure they then gave that to someone else in some sort of cold food exchange programme

Great app and super tasty food. Delivery was prompt and food was hot.

Disgraceful. Paid £50+ for a meal for 3 people. 2 items missing when delivered. Rest of the food went cold while we waited a ridiculous amount of time for missing food to turn up. There's better and cheaper take-aways in Ware.

Food is really good. But they can't justify putting their prices up so radically. I paid around £10 extra for same order a few months ago. My business is going elsewhere now

I ordered 2 chicken burgers with chips. The burger buns were really soft, rotten and watery like a wet sponge! Disappointed!

I have lived local to charcoal grill for over 10 years now and I have never had a bad order of food. I usually get the chicken and lamb shish kebab which is always very tasty. Never disappoints, customer service is great and the place is run by kind people.

A take away shop which cooks the meat on charcoal. So that it's quite delicious.

Chicken wings are awful not a bad kebab though

Very good.... ordered to chicken kebab it was done Very quickly with in 12minute .. the meat was with the pitta bread salad and sauce/ dressing in separate containers.. tasted lovely

Food arrived barely warm. Considering we live round the corner wonder how long it took the driver to find us. Not as good as we have previously experienced

So disappointing tonight , ordered pizza and food , took hour and twenty minutes cost 47 pounds for 4 and 18 pounds worth was missing ..... two ate two waited another hour , family time ruined , I always cook , but boys wanted to treat me for what I do .. not that great ,cold , lot of money wasted 🙄, won't go back now .iv got food a lot there but not anymore ...an apology or refund would have gone a long way .

Ordered on boxing day first time in ages as I had food poisoning last time and needless to say I had it again. Pointless rining as they are not interested been poorly for 2 days. I will now be taking this further today as looking at the reviews I'm not the only one this has happened too. Avoid at all costs

I use to visit regularly when the bargeman pub was open and order food on my way home , no pub now but I still visit because the food is nice and the staff are friendly.

Best place for fast food in the area

Waited over 90 minutes for the delivery and when it came it was wrong. Refused to give us a refund and offered a free pizza next time. Not the first time this has happened either, we forgot how bad they were as over a year since we ordered last.

Just had a Doner wrap and chips, chips were lukewarm and dry, and found a small sliver of metal in the kebab

Ordered a chicken shish with rice. I stoped half way through as it didn’t taste right, I now have been up all night being sick! Dont eat here!!!!!!!

Ordered their mixed grill. Meat chewy. Found a snail in my shish meat. Complained and waiting a refund. Shame I can't Attatched photo's

Just received my order. The large chips were cold and not many there. The large chicken wrap with salad which was £9.20 was dry, tough and inedible and the salad was about 1 leaf of lettuce that felt like it was 3 days old. The other kebab was dry and not great. Was expecting a lot better and was very disappointed. Also checked and found out their food hygiene rating is 2 out of 5. Wish I saw the reviews and the rating before ordering and saved my money.

Ordered three chicken shish kebabs with all the extras, rice etc. The stuff had all been bashed about so that all the pots of sauce had opened and was everywhere. The chicken was so over cooked it was untrue and the salad looked a week old. So disappointed especially after being told it would be half an hour and ended up waiting an hour and a half.

Just ordered nearly £30 worth of food live locally was told it could take 1hr 30 mins fair enough. Got a phone call from the driver could barely speak English had to walk a few minutes to meet him thought delivery was to your see doorstep. Didn't have the full order and when phoned up said I will get it but don't no when.

Ordered delivery 1st time yesterday, delivered on time, freshly cooked, hot and excellent value for money. Very highly recommended. Would not hesitate in ordering again. Only regret is that I hadn’t discovered it before now !

Very disappointing. It took them 2 hours to arrive, only to find out that my order was completely wrong!!!!! The onion rings had no onions in it, just the fried stuff! My wrap had only meat and sauce in it, when it should have had salad and other vegetables!!!! So disappointed I waited for so long to receive something that no effort was put in. I’m sad.

Terrible experience. Extremely long wait. Messed up my order with someone elses. So half of it was cold by the time second kebab was cooked again. Slow slow slow and to top it off second kebab chicken shish wasnt cooked properly, undercooked so went in bin. Will never use again after being local takeaway for last couple of years. Never again

First time I used them 2nite. Very impressed with the pizza, and the prices r unbelievable!! Definitely recommend them.

Ordered for delivery from here last night and although they state on their menu they deliver outside ware for a charge they would not come to Hertford it wasn’t late it was 9.30 pm, yes there food is 5star but there customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!!!

Went tonight into Charcoal Grill as we thought, because I had just come out of hospital it would be quicker than online. Unfortunately it wasn't. It seemed they had forgotten our order and had to ask us again what we wanted after we had been waiting for quite a while. Again unfortunately though the food is good from there, this is the third time a mistake has been made

Ordered two medium swish, one large chips quoted £15.30, when delivered it was two large swish and chips £21 +, their mistake but they couldn’t care less, hungry so I paid, good food but a customer lost would never go there again, con merchants, would have been so simple to admit their mistake, what price customer goodwill!!!

Awesome food and very generours

Delivery was a joke!! Was told 45 minutes after 45 minutes nothing! Phone to see where our food was only to be told another 30 to 45 minutes!! Food I must say was delicious
