Costa Coffee in Enfield

Came at 8pm , says it closes at 9pm yet no one there to take you're order

The opening hour printed on shop and internet on sat should be 10am Even the staff was here. The staff insisted the open hour will be 11am at 1040. So .... they don't care

Usual coffee bar branch. Coffee ok as usual. Everything's fine.

I tend to sit in here with a cuppa and a snack, doing admin work online while my movie-mad husband watches films, and the customer service is always great. The only reason I dropped it down one star is because it isn't always open at the listed opening times.

Every time I’ve come here, things are done at turtle speed 🤦🏽‍♀️. Really frustrating

Asked for a large decaf oak milk mocha, lovely lady named Max welcomed with a big smile and was friendly. Service she provided was five star. Will come again.

If the staff went any slower time would go backwards.

Do not come here the worst costa in the uk staff are unprofessional and this place never opens on time complete waste of time. Should shut this place down

We came in for evening movie and shop closed because staff on break. We came in for early movie showing and shop still closed. Strange way of running business.

Unfortunately this Costa do not open according to the times listed on Google. E.g there are closed at the time of this review although the listing states they open at 11!

Coffe was cold and the lady work there is so rude

Very disappointing the cafe Costa Coffee was not opened at the time stated. We were told 12noon when we purchased our ticket. So at 12noon we went to the coffee shop the staff said it was opened 1:30pm. On the website says 9:00am what time is it opened?? fiffetent completing

Just waited 15 min from the opening time at 12 and doors still shut, nobody even let us in to wait inside instead of in the cold... staff arriving late and not even caring, they seen us waiting... Terrible.

It gets busy and very hard for a young girl to do it on her own sometimes.

Always get a coffee after watching a film. At the odean pickets lock. Great service

Nice little store in the Odeon. Not open at the moment. Due to covid19 restrictions..

Closed 2/3rds of the time, don't rely on this place to get a pre film coffee.

Got here keen to grab a Costa before Last Christmas .. apparently closed because they have run out of milk! Seriously ??!!!

I am costa fan but this cafe in odeon (luxe calkey) is biggest disappointment.Staff is well behaved but not very efficient or skilled in making coffees or hot chocolate.. point machine isn’t working :( No matter what you order drink only taste like milk and is cold

It is the first time I've drunk a proper espresso. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended. I was there Sat 9th March around 6.30pm after the 4.10pm Cap Marvel had finished.

Hmmm, no exaggeration to say WORST Costa EVER! No food (waiting for delivery) at lunch time?!? Only crisps and sweet cakes. Orange cake and banana cake slices were great... (Hence extra star) but not what I wanted for my lunch. Also... opens at 11am, no good for man nor beast when you need a breakfast roll and first coffee of the day. Oh and female operative quite abrupt when speaking to her, but she left five mins later so was probably annoyed she had customers just before she left Back to McDonald’s then.

It says Costa but it’s not! The milk is cold and it’s only the milk you taste , regardless of your order .

Brilliant experience... recommend.
